About this venue

OVY Camp and Event Center is a 501c3 non-profit. Each year, we open most weekends between January-May & August-December for events like weddings. Unfortunately, we do not host any weddings June - mid-August since we host our non-profit summer camp programs during that time. All rental fees help fund our OVY Camp scholarship program to bring youth to summer camp that otherwise wouldn't have the opportunity!

    Our wedding would not have been the wonderful, perfect, and flawless event it was without Joe. We loved the facilities OVY offered and they were very well maintained. From the bathrooms, to the trails, Redwood ceremony site, lawn for Yoga, to the main hall, everything was in great condition. Joe was very attentive and always seemed to be in the right place at the right time. He had a wonderful attitude to work with; his even keel nature helped on a big stressful day like our wedding. We are deeply appreciative to Joe and OVY space for cultivating and curating our perfect wedding day. We look forward to suggesting OVY to others as a great place to gather in any capacity. Maybe even doing anniversary reunions as many people have requested.

The rental fee for single day events covers the Sheid Hall, and all outdoor event spaces and trails. Multi-day rentals come with the items listed above AND cabin village overnight access, Willow Glen (private lodge) access, and overnight camping space
Yes, every event must purchase insurance for the entire rental period. We have vendors on our preferred list that are able to give affordable quotes under $200.
Single day bookings are allowed 12-hour access, with the option to purchase additional set-up hours the day before (if no other events/rentals on site at the time). Multi-day bookings are allowed access from 1pm of their arrival date, to 1pm of their departure date. Earlier arrival and later departure hours can be purchased by the hour, depending on availability.
