If I could rate Magalie higher than 5 stars I would! She was nothing short of amazing throughout the entire experience. She was very communicative answering all emails quickly and staying in touch from the initial discussion to the day we received our final album. She listened to all of my requests and concerns with incorporating certain elements of the day into the photos and avoiding certain editing styles. She truly went above and beyond to make my wedding day move smoothly as well, which was not one of her responsibilities (truly was a lifesaver). I even had multiple guests express what a joy she was to have around! You cannot go wrong working with Magalie. I know I can't wait to work with her in the future!

We absolutely loved working with Magalie for our little city hall elopement! From the very beginning, she was so kind, friendly, and thoughtful. During our initial call, I mentioned that I’m really shy and tend to get stiff and awkward in front of a camera or when there are people around. On the day of, she remembered that and took us to a quieter, more private area — it instantly made me feel so much more relaxed. She made the whole experience feel like we were just hanging out with a friend all morning rather than posing for photos. The pictures turned out so beautifully and truly captured the joy of the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to share such a special moment with us. Highly recommend Magalie to anyone looking for a photographer who’s not only incredibly talented but also genuinely cares about making you feel comfortable and seen.

Magalie Lafleur Photography was an outstanding choice for our wedding photographer. From our very first interaction, Magalie's communication style of email, text, and phone calls put us at ease and made the entire process seamless. Her work is simply brilliant - she has an incredible eye for detail and a natural talent for capturing the love and joy of the moment. Magalie was incredibly patient and calm throughout our wedding day, even when we had to accommodate a last-minute change in location. She made both my husband and I feel completely comfortable in front of the camera, which was especially impressive given that my husband is not usually one for photoshoots. By the end of our engagement shoot, he was even suggesting different poses we should try! Magalie's professionalism, skill, and personal touch made her an invaluable part of our special day. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Magalie for both our City Hall elopement and our wedding day, and both experiences were absolutely wonderful! Choosing a photographer to capture such special moments wasn’t easy, but after finding Magalie online and seeing her portfolio, I knew her style was exactly what we were looking for—timeless with a vintage feel. She completely understood the assignment. A huge bonus: we received sneak peeks from both events within 24 hours! Magalie is also one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She’s the ultimate girls’ girl and made the day completely stress-free. My husband and I aren’t naturally very posey, but she made us feel confident and comfortable, and the photos turned out amazing. She’s warm, professional, and brings such great energy.

You can expect to receive the final gallery within 2-3 weeks for an engagement shoot. For wedding photos, the timeline varies: during the off-season (November to April), the gallery will be ready in 4-6 weeks, while during the peak season (May to October), it may take 8-10 weeks.

For the wedding, you can expect approximately 75-100 edited photos per hour of coverage, including both color and black-and-white images.

Unfortunately, I do not provide unedited or raw files. The true magic of your images unfolds during the editing process, which transforms them from raw captures into polished, beautifully finished photographs.

Yes, I often collaborate with assistants or second photographers to ensure every detail is captured beautifully, providing a comprehensive coverage of your special day.

If you don't see a package that fits your needs, I'd be happy to work with you to create a custom package tailored specifically to your vision and requirements. Please let me know what you're looking for, and we'll craft a solution that perfectly suits your special day.

I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.

In my years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.

I don’t charge travel fees for weddings within 125 miles. For locations beyond that, I’m happy to provide a custom quote based on the distance.
