We offer a bar minimum instead of a rental fee.
Your reservation includes three hours of event time. Set-up and breakdown time will be arranged in coordination with the host and venue.
In the event that the Client decides to cancel the scheduled event, written notice must be provided as follows: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event will incur no charges. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the event will incur a charge of 35% of the total event cost. Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the event will incur a charge of 65% of the total event cost. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will incur a charge of 100% of the total event cost. All charges will be made to the card on file. This policy ensures fairness in managing event bookings and associated resources.

We have a spacious shared parking lot at the back, along with street parking and additional parking lots within walking distance.
