  • Starts at $3,500

Welcome and congratulations on your engagement! You’re here because you already have a good handle on the planning process and just need a calm, organized and fun person to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. That’s me! Hi, I’m Patricia. As a former Executive Assistant it was easy to transition to becoming a Wedding Coordinator. I traded managing CEOs and their schedules for managing couples and theirs! I’ve been in the wedding industry since 2006, starting with designing invitations and full planning to where I am now.

Awarded Best of Zola
Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My husband and I arrived before anyone else and watched as she seamlessly made sure that everything was done as planned. Her presence was barely noticeable except when needed and then she would almost magically appear anticipating the need. I am so impressed with her skills and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my closest friends and family.

We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was super easy. they helped us plan out the timeline and made sure we’d have everything covered. The team blended right in on the wedding day; they were friendly, professional, and somehow everywhere without ever feeling like a camera was in our face. The final video completely blew us away. It captured the emotion, the energy, and all those little in-between moments we didn’t even realize happened. We’ve watched it so many times already and still get chills every time. Paulina & Carlos

  • Starts at $4,800

Beginning my journey in the world of filmmaking, I initially delved into the realms of music videos and commercials, honing my craft in storytelling and visual artistry. However, it was a serendipitous opportunity to work as a cameraman at a wedding that unveiled my true passion. Now, with 9 years under my belt and hundreds of weddings captured, my love for crafting heartfelt wedding photographs continues to grow, reaching couples across the nation.

We couldn’t be happier with our photos! George was super easy to work with from the start. quick to respond, gave great direction, and made us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. Which is saying a lot because we’re usually awkward in photos... haha On the wedding day, they were calm, professional, and somehow managed to catch every special moment without ever feeling intrusive. The photos turned out even better than we imagined. If you’re getting married in Las Vegas and want someone who actually cares about your experience, George is the one.

Caryl's Mobile Bar
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
Mountain View, CA
  • Bar services & beverages

At Caryl’s Mobile Bar, I believe the bar should be more than a service point, it should anchor the room and invite connection. We serve weddings across the San Francisco Bay Area, partnering with couples who value intention and atmosphere. The bar is one of the most visited spaces at your wedding; it deserves to be beautifully styled and professionally managed. From signature cocktails to perfectly timed champagne toasts, my team and I bring warmth and precision. We create a bar experience that feels sophisticated and truly aligned with your celebration.

Caryl is amazing and went above and beyond for our wedding!! Out of all the bartenders we reached out to, Caryl had the best communication and quick responses. We had already purchased alcohol for our wedding and Caryl was able to accommodate with a custom menu for our needs. Not only were the drinks amazing but the service was above and beyond!! They treated our guests so well, even offering to make drinks not on the menu with the ingredients they had available. Thank you for making our wedding truly spectacular!!!

Board and Bloom LLC
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Mountain View, CA
  • Caterer
  • Starts at $240

Board and Bloom provides a luxury, unlimited charcuterie experience that is a favorite for wedding cocktail hours and late-night snacks. Unlike traditional grazing tables, we offer an interactive service where each guest receives their own fully customizable board built right before their eyes. As the host, you have total control over the menu, choosing exactly what we serve to reflect your taste. We are committed to inclusivity and can easily accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, and other dietary restrictions on-site, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium, personalized treat.

I recently experienced Board & Bloom at a dinner party and was deeply impressed. The owner-operator Angela graciously walked us through each unique flavor (the deep orange mimolette cheese is my new favorite) and paired a mouthwatering 2018 cab sauv. I highly recommend this local business and plan on having them cater an upcoming yoga retreat.

Hi, I am Andy, a wedding and San Francisco City Hall photographer based in the Bay Area. I photograph couples who want their day to feel relaxed and unforced, while still looking polished and elegant in photos. Mercy & The Heartbeats
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
Mountain View, CA
  • Band or Ensemble
  • Starts at $6,000

Welcome. There’s a certain type of person that lives for the stage. Lives to entertain. Fueled by the smiles and energy of a crowd. Into this tradition steps Mercy & The Heartbeats, a dance band comprised of veteran musicians from some of the most popular and successful dance and touring bands in the Bay Area and beyond. If you've got Mercy, then you've got all your favorite songs - 70’s and 80's classics, 90's singalongs, and the most current radio hits. A band not to be missed!

Mercy & the Heartbeats were the first vendor we booked for our wedding after finding our venue, and we're so glad we did!! We'd heard they were the best, and they delivered. Not only are we so happy with how Kyle and Jaque worked with us to make our music vision come to life, from ceremony to dance party, but we have also received endless comments from our guests about how amazing the band was. This team of musicians is the real deal! When our wedding ended, it was like we'd just attended an unforgettable concert where all our favorite songs were played brilliantly with our closest friends and family dancing alongside us. Could not recommend enough!!

Located in SF. As a Photographer; I'm a storyteller. My imagery captures a harmony of raw emotion, authentic evanescent moments, and curated artistry. I believe in camaraderie with my couples to create beautiful memories, love stories shared over wine & a fire-pit and giving back with each wedding I book. I champion for kindness and giving back. My couples echo this right back. They are stylish, authentic and plan amazing details but also know how to pop the champagne and head to the dance floor.

Animus-Art photography consists of two amazing humans, Pedro & B, who are even more perfect when they come together. Working with them on our engagement and wedding was nothing short of a fun adventure. My husband and I are not exactly naturals on camera, but you wouldn’t know that by looking at the images they captured. Pedro & B are fun, creative, passionate, hard-working and incredibly talented!! They go above and beyond to get the perfect shot! Their work is exceptional and speaks for itself. I couldn’t imagine the images being any more perfect. But aside from that, Pedro & B offer something truly special with their personalities and work ethic. They weren’t just our photographers- especially on the wedding day- they took on so many roles. They were like the best friend who never left our sight. While we were getting ready, Pedro spent much of the time with my husband and the boys, and B stayed with me and the girls. B was my superwoman on my wedding day. She wasn’t just one of my photographers - she was my maid of honor, my friend, my event coordinator, my personal assistant, my therapist. She just seemed to be there every second of the day, willing and ready to help out in every way. All this, while she snapped hundreds of beautiful, creative photos. Pedro is the kind of photographer who listens while you describe your ideal look to your hair dresser so that he can make sure it stays that way all night. And as he prompts you to fix your hair 3 hours into your reception, you smile with pride because you know you hired the best photographers in the world. The level of attention they pay to detail is unreal! They anticipate your needs before you even know about them. They capture real moments in a beautiful way. They know how to take photos while letting you be yourself- no constant stopping and prompting. In my opinion, those make for the best shots. They have so much fun doing what they do, it’s infectious. I am so so happy that they were our wedding photographers and hope to have them capture other important events in our future. Absolutely THE BEST!!!

I’ve always been inspired by the strong, ambitious women in my life who built successful small businesses in the hospitality industry — from restaurant owners and bakers to caterers and florists. Growing up surrounded by their entrepreneurial spirit, I was motivated to follow my own path and create something meaningful in the world of events. After spending two years working as a Wedding Coordinator at the Westin, the pandemic hit and forced a pause on hotel weddings. That unexpected turn of events only fueled my determination to turn my passion into a full-time business. And so, Kaci Danae Events was born.

Awarded Best of Zola
Kaci was truly the best day of coordinator we could have asked for! She was responsive from the very beginning and after meeting for the intro call, I knew she would be the best person to trust for all the details on our wedding day. We put our trust and confidence in her and she came through executing our vision to be better than we could have imagined. She respected all of our non-traditional wedding plans and never tried to convince us to do something else which we really appreciated. She allowed us to enjoy the week leading up to our wedding day knowing I didn't have to answer any last minute vendor questions, she calmed my nerves on our day, and she knew exactly how to handle my crazy family and friends to allow everyone to have an amazing day with us. Thank you so much Kaci for making our dream wedding come true!

Thalia Moshtagh Photography
Rating: 5.0 (27 reviews)
  • Photographer
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,200
  • Serves Mountain View, CA

Hello! I’m so excited for the chance to work with you. I’m a former teacher who has always had a passion for photography. I started working freelance in 2015 and did a lot of my first jobs in the music industry. I shot Warped Tour a few times and even had one of my promos featured by AP magazine. I quickly realized I loved working with couples the most, and now focus on couple and family portraits and weddings!

Awarded Best of Zola
From our very first meeting over Zoom with Thalia, I knew we’d made the right choice. Her chipper, upbeat, and lighthearted personality made us feel at ease immediately. We had the pleasure of working with Thalia for our engagement photos, our wedding, and my sister’s wedding. Each time, she was a master at combining carefully curated poses with beautifully captured candids that embodied the spirit of the event and of the couples at the center. Thalia skillfully posed us in ways that photographed beautifully and didn’t feel awkward in the moment—my husband and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves the entire time. Thalia has a true gift for composition and what initially drew me to her was the moodier vibe of the photography style. With that said, she knows when to play it up and when to tone it down and allow the natural vibrancy of the moment take center stage. In every opportunity, Thalia delivered a stunning variety of photos within her advertised timeframe. Her prices are extremely fair for the work she delivers, and my family and I immediately ordered multiple prints and albums from her very user-friendly website. I can’t recommend Thalia highly enough—if you’re looking for a photographer to take your special event to the next level and create memories to last a lifetime, you’ll be ecstatic you chose Thalia.

We found TPE through Yelp and are so glad we chose Leah. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, matching our energy and preferences perfectly to bring our vision of a cozy, laid-back celebration to life. Her planning templates made the process effortless, and her guidance was invaluable every step of the way. On the wedding day, Leah and Leo went above and beyond - even replacing centerpieces I had misplaced. They kept the timeline on track and handled every detail, from securing gifts to ensuring everything ran smoothly. This allowed us to fully enjoy our celebration without a single worry. Leah helped us design a day that truly represented us - nerdy, cozy, and unique. From a special ceremony in the Cal Academy Planetarium to a cocktail hour in the aquarium and dinner in the atrium, it was seamless. All of the vendors she recommended were professional, approachable, and a delight to work with. We and our guests had an amazing time, and we are so grateful to Leah for making our day truly special!

The quality of their work was outstanding - they created a unique wedding cake with two delicious flavors, mango passion fruit and raspberry chocolate, that was a huge hit with our guests. Jess made my absolute dream wedding florals come true! After our initial consult, she sent me a beautifully pieced together PDF of her ideas/vision for the florals which must have taken her so much time. We discussed any changes, and then signed the contract. She was extremely responsive, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire wedding process which made my life as a bride so much easier. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had her set-up process down to a schedule. I have to say, the florals were absolutely stunning and had my guests asking for the name of my florist. I feel that her work was truly worth more than what I paid for and I appreciate everything that she did so much. I don't know how to give more than 5 stars but I would if I could!

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

She came over for a makeup trial and really solidified my look for the wedding. We were able to figure out where I would need more moisturizer and coverage for my drier spots, which really helped for the day. My makeup also lasted all day, even with dancing well into the night. We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

Bride’s Perspective Our wedding was a candlelit pizza party in the garden—casual, approachable, and elegant all at once. About 80 guests came. The ceremony was under the tree near the entrance. During cocktail hour, some guests (especially families with kids) enjoyed docent-led tours of the house. For dinner, we seated everyone at two long banquet tables on the bricks. While a lot of us were dancing inside, guests also gathered outside around the heaters under blankets we provided. The venue’s gardens and old trees meant we needed very little décor — we went with some DIY Trader Joe’s flowers & lots of candles. When the sun set, the glow from the candles and string lights provided by LAHM was magical. One highlight was cutting the cake at the end of the tables, looking out at our laughing, candlelit guests. We expected warm October weather, but the forecast dipped into the low 60s. Propane heaters worked perfectly, and combined with candles, lights, and blankets, the night felt intimate and warm. We live close to the venue and got ready at home, which turned out to be ideal—relaxed, convenient, and comfortable. Before planning, I imagined a rustic barn wedding, while my husband wanted something elegant. The museum was the perfect balance — and better than either of us pictured. Working with Lisa was wonderful. She was professional, responsive, and calm from the first walkthrough through the end of the night. I enjoyed checking in with her throughout the event, and everything ran smoothly. We trusted her recommendations and appreciated how she coordinated with all our vendors. We joke that if we ever got married again, we’d do it all the same — same space, same people, same Lisa! Groom’s Perspective We knew our venue search was over when we found the Los Altos History Museum. Lisa, the venue coordinator, not only manages a beautiful space but also brings clarity with straightforward policies and transparent pricing, which gave us freedom to design the day exactly how we wanted. The event moved naturally through the property: ceremony under the trees, cocktails near the house, dinner on the bricks, and dancing inside. It felt private but accessible, and the gardens were perfect for photos. My favorite moment was watching the sun set over dinner as candles and string lights took over. Lisa was fantastic — responsive, flexible, and organized. She met with our vendors in advance and made space to store supplies several days ahead of the wedding. She was the first to arrive and last to leave. She even helped pack our car at the end of the night. A few notes for future couples: there’s limited getting-ready space (we used our home, which worked great), tenting for rain can be tricky and expensive, and there’s no commercial kitchen. None were issues for us, and Lisa explained these points to us early so there were no surprises.
