We loved this venue and all our memories from our wedding. We worked with Narod who helped in all communication. We also got help from Ryan in AV. They were both so easy going and great to work with! We loved how beautiful the setup is. The ceremony outside was so nice. The Redwood Hall is also so gorgeous for photos and fun for dancing. We also really liked the cocktail area. We got an animal ambassador and guests had fun seeing the ferret and kestrel. We got nothing but compliments related to how fun the venue was. We are so happy we chose this place for our wedding. We loved the experience. Thank you to CuriOdyssey for going above and beyond. From communication early on to day of. It was amazing!

From our very first meeting over Zoom with Thalia, I knew we’d made the right choice. Her chipper, upbeat, and lighthearted personality made us feel at ease immediately. We had the pleasure of working with Thalia for our engagement photos, our wedding, and my sister’s wedding. Each time, she was a master at combining carefully curated poses with beautifully captured candids that embodied the spirit of the event and of the couples at the center. Thalia skillfully posed us in ways that photographed beautifully and didn’t feel awkward in the moment—my husband and I were laughing and enjoying ourselves the entire time. We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

Natasha's Treats is your go to vendor for ANY type of dessert! She was so immensely helpful with all of our dietary restrictions and created the most beautiful vegan cake for us! She also made vegan cupcakes, gluten free cupcakes and an assortment of regular for all of our guests and they were completely cleared out by the end of the night! Everyone said how delicious they were and I absolutely agree!! Our vegan cake was strawberry shortcake and our vegan cupcakes were red velvet. The icing on both were incredible but especially the red velvet!! Our guests also couldn't tell that something was vegan or gluten free and we're raving about how delicious it was. So much gratitude to Natasha for all of her help making sure I could eat our desserts and ENJOY them!!! Thank you Natasha!!!! Also the pictures are from the day after as we enjoyed the rest of the cake with my family but the presentation day of was stunning!!!

We held our wedding reception at Saratoga Springs in the Cathedral Grove region of the venue on a Saturday in October. After visiting them for a walkthrough, we booked this venue about a year and a few months in advance. This was the first venue we visited and we fell in love! We felt a great family-like vibe from the staff, starting with Jennifer who coordinated our initial booking and tour. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Sam were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. Throughout the actual event, the Saratoga Springs staff was excellent. They assisted us and our own day of wedding coordinators in running the event and making sure we had everything that they could provide. Our reception was during a brutal heat wave in the Bay Area, but Cathedral Grove had so many large trees that the shade they provided meant the floor never got hot and it felt more like 75 degrees which was SO essential for the comfort of ourselves and our guests. Everything was great, and we give the venue and their staff a 10/10. There was one glaring issue we want to address. The DJ we booked, Paul Dominguez, was a very nice man. He seemed to be on top of it, being in constant communication with us leading up to the event. We felt that he was going to do a great job. Yet, when it came time for the event, he made SEVERAL mistakes in what we asked him to do that we felt the need to address this situation and performance. He is part of the approved vendor list for DJs but we honestly feel Saratoga Springs needs to either reevaluate him or discuss this with him because literally everything else about the night was perfect for us, except him. Again, he is a nice guy and even provided cold sparklers for us for free which we really appreciated, but the lack of attention to detail in several aspects of this night was something we felt we needed to address here. Overall, Saratoga Springs is an excellent venue choice for a big event like a wedding/reception and we are happy to recommend anyone looking for a venue. We had an amazing experience for our reception and we are very satisfied with the staff and scenery of this venue.

We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was super easy. they helped us plan out the timeline and made sure we’d have everything covered. We had such an amazing experience with our catering team for our wedding! Carla, the owner, was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to talk to. From day one, she was communicative and very flexible with all the requests I had, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. One thing we truly appreciated was that they even delivered food to our home during our tastings--it made everything so convenient. The food was already amazing during the tastings, but it was even more incredible on our wedding day. All of our guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was! Carla and her team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were also the only catering team we found who packed up all the leftovers for us, which meant so much since our family stayed at the venue--we got to continue enjoying the food even after the wedding. They also created our wedding cake, which was absolutely beautiful and delicious. We also ordered the raspberry no-bake cheesecake (which I sadly didn't get to try!), but based on how quickly everything disappeared, it was clearly a hit. We only had a few slices of cake left, which says a lot about how much our guests loved everything. We are beyond grateful for Carla and her team for making our wedding day so special. We will definitely be booking them again for future events--highly recommend!

From the moment we first reached out, the team was incredibly positive, creative, and responsive, which was so appreciated during the busy wedding planning process. On the day of, their warm, bright, and natural light-filled space with beautiful gold tones truly set the tone for our special day. They even have gold cutlery available on request (it's all in the details). Having dedicated day-of coordinators, Jennifer and Priscilla, was an absolute game changer - they were so helpful throughout the entire process, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and highly recommend Eagle Ridge to any couple looking for an exceptional experience. Priscilla was our technical "day-of" coordinator, but both she and Jennifer had been so responsive every day leading up to the wedding, it felt like we had a coordinator every day! Btw, they did every single table setting for us the day before. Thank you again!
