About this venue

Our venue is located in downtown San Mateo. Tucked away to give your event privacy, but highly accessible by car or public transport, and nearby many local restaurants and businesses. Perfect for couples planning a microwedding, small and intimate, but still special for your day. Booking with us gets you complimentary furniture rental: 20 chairs, 2 large dining tables (plastic), and 2 large banquet tables (wood). Along with lounge furniture: 1 large sofa, 2 large accent chairs. Our amenities include a private restroom, dedicated host parking, bluetooth speakers, and adjustable lighting. Outside vendors are welcome to help you add more furniture, cater, etc. to make your event truly custom to your ideas.

Yes, you may bring your own beer, wine, and seltzer. Liquor must be served by a licensed bartender.
Yes, there is one dedicated parking spot. Guests may park in nearby street or metered parking, or nearby garage parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Our venue is located on the ground floor and there are no steps/stairs throughout the venue.
Lounge furniture includes sofa and two accent chairs. Our dining furniture includes two dining tables, and two larger banquet tables, and twenty chairs. We have linens for our tables.
Our starting package for a reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any more than is charged as a full day booking (twelve hours).
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is located 7 miles away from San Francisco International Airport (SFO), 25 miles away from Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport (OAK), and 28 miles away from San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC). You can reach our venue by public transportation train or bus, or by private car or taxi/rideshare.
Our venue is fully insured, but we recommend couples attain additional insurance for their event.
