Amazing DJ!! Made the night unforgettable
Ashley was the BEST DJ ever!!! From our first meeting to the wedding day, she has always had a great attitude and energy. She wove together a variety of unlikely genre pairings at my request seamlessly throughout the day - from bluegrass to Spanish guitar to 70s disco to cumbia - it was truly amazing. She worked with my brother who recorded my two-part aisle song and timed it perfectly!! She was a great MC, professional and informative and not cheesy at all (I had initially told her I wasnt a fan of over the top MCs at weddings and she instantly knew what I meant and said not to worry!!). But also still upbeat and fun! She knew how to keep the energy up! Especially on the dance floor, we had a limited amount of dance time and she selected the best songs out of what I'd requested to keep people dancing the whole time!! Loved her fun, happy energy and she was truly an integral part of making this wedding come to life so perfectly. Thank you again Ashley!!!

As an open-format DJ, I love a creative challenge, and I am absolutely an overachiever when someone hands me bluegrass, Spanish guitar, disco, cumbia, and a custom aisle moment and says, “make it work.” That kind of musical adventure is exactly where I have the most fun. It meant so much that you trusted me with the energy, the timing, the microphone, and the dance floor. The Best Part Of Our Ceremony!
We booked Fog City & Gold Country Entertainment for our wedding and couldn't have been happier with Ashley and the team. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond and genuinely excited to be part of our big day. Ashley nailed the vibe we were going for—the mix was so good that people didn't stop dancing all night. Their energy kept everyone engaged, and they really understood what our wedding needed. Great DJ!
Ashley and Sampson were a great team for DJing our wedding! We had a very DIY venue that was a pretty blank slate, but the lighting and ambiance created by Sampson as our DJ really allowed people to dance (which we were pretty anxious about as non-dancers ourselves!). All the organization of the night went really smoothly too, things were announced exactly as we were hoping, tables got served food in great time, and we got to do our dances, cake cutting etc at a good pace. And I appreciated when our DJ double-checked with my husband on how long we wanted our first dance song as that was the part of the night we were most nervous about! I also appreciated the communication and planning ahead of time, and ability to send over tracks we'd like played or avoided in an easy to use website. We truly had all the songs we loved played, and all of the additions made were super fun and worked really well. My friends really enjoyed the night, and there was some good dancing for the older family members too. We had a lot of fun at our wedding in large part to Sampson's expertise!!! And Ashley was so lovely to work with in coordinating and scheduling, and was so professional with our coordinator when we had timeline changes. Thank you!!!

Go with Gold Country Entertainment!
Gold Country Entertainment absolutely crushed it at our wedding. From the very beginning, Ashley’s timing and coordination were flawless and everything flowed perfectly throughout the night. She kept the energy up the entire time and somehow always knew exactly what song to play next. The dance floor was packed ALL NIGHT LONG, which was exactly what we wanted. So many of our guests commented on how much fun they had and how great the music was. She did an amazing job reading the crowd and keeping everyone involved and excited. Beyond that, she was professional, responsive, organized, fun to work with, and helped make the night completely stress-free for us. She accommodated every single one of our requests and even made some really fun suggestions that made our wedding day something we and none of our guests will forget. We truly could not have asked for a better DJ/MC and would recommend Gold Country Entertainment (specifically Ashley) to anyone wanting an unforgettable wedding reception.

Amazing DJ
Fog City Entertainment was so easy to work with as we were planning our wedding. Ashley quelled any anxiety about setup, ensuring that they had it covered. DJ Garcia did a fantastic job! He kept the dance floor active all night and made the day run smoothly. There were no technical difficulties throughout the day and our vineyard ceremony was clearly audible to all our guests. I would definitely book with them again!
