Marisol is a fantastic florist! Working with her was a breeze, and she is incredibly knowledgeable. We connected early in the wedding planning process and had a Zoom call to discuss my needs and inspiration. She was able to tell me what types of flowers were in the inspiration and what would realistically work for the time of year and my budget. As the wedding date approached and we finalized the number of centerpieces needed, Marisol was flexible and helped adjust the order to best utilize the flowers. Closer to the wedding, we met with my coordinator and quickly finalized all the details. Marisol shared photos of the fresh flowers upon their arrival, and I was thrilled with the beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, arch floral piece, and centerpieces on the big day. I only wish we could keep fresh flowers forever! Thankfully, I got to enjoy the centerpieces a little longer by taking some home. Marisol's dedication and talent truly made our wedding day special. I booked Kelly and Michelle to do wedding hair and makeup for myself, my bridesmaids, moms, and sister-in-law. We’re all of varying skin tones and hair types and they were able to highlight our features, match our skin tone, and style our hair to our liking. They were both incredibly easy to talk to and friendly. I wasn’t able to have a trial but Kelly did an amazing job with my makeup and hair. I had booked her friend as my florist who provided flowers to apply in my hair. Makeup is truly where they shined and they perfectly applied the romantic style I requested. In terms of hair they will request it be straightened first. My mother-in-law has naturally tight curls so it was impossible for her to straighten before hand and she had wanted to keep her curls. In any case, she still liked her straightened hair but felt it wasn’t her. Other than that Kelly and Michelle were professional, on time, and easy to work with outside of my wedding day. They also provided each of us a touch up kit that included a lip applicator, sponge, powder, sample lip stick, and q-tips.

We had a great experience working with Sarahi for our wedding this past August! Sarahi was very helpful to answer all my questions throughout the booking process and to help me figure out which package I needed. An engagement session was included in our package, and that was so helpful to get to know her and feel more comfortable in front of the camera! For the wedding day, Sarahi showed up early and did a BEAUTIFUL job with the details photos. Those are some of my favorite photos from the whole day! She and her assistant worked really well with our videographers even though they had never met before, and they helped to make sure we stayed on-track with the timeline the whole day and night. She captured everything we wanted, and even helped find beautiful photo spots that we hadn't considered before. After the wedding, she delivered the photos very quickly, and we were so happy with how they turned out!

Kaci was the perfect day-of-coordinator and we highly, highly recommend her. She shepherded us through the month- and day-of calmly and confidently and made the wedding day run smoothly. About a month before, we met with her to discuss our priorities for our wedding, establish a timeline, and make sure we were on top of all the details. She came to this meeting very organized, and prompted us to think about things that weren't even on our radar - as an example, whether we wanted a grand entrance and what song we'd like for that. As we got closer to the wedding day, she took over communicating with our vendors and provided all of them with detailed itineraries and instructions. A few of our vendors told us that Kaci was one of the more organized coordinators they've worked with. She was very responsive if we had questions or wanted clarifications and was always open to more communication. On the day of, she was perfect - we felt totally at ease knowing that all of the vendors knew the plan and that Kaci would tell us where to be and when. She had a calming tone and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, and was instantly responsive if we needed anything or wanted to make last-minute changes. We were able to focus entirely on enjoying the party. We are so glad we chose Kaci!!

Ashley was amazing! Leading up to the wedding, she was super helpful in guiding us through the steps to set up playlists and coordinate the intros/outros of the bridal party. Our wedding was spread out over a large property, and she had zero issue running speakers to each area, providing a festive, cozy atmosphere! We had a couple live performances and she was very accommodating in getting mic stands and cables all ready to go. Then the DANCING began! Lights, speakers, the whole deal - Ashley killed it! We leaned into more 70’s and 80’s music, and Ashley completely understood the assignment. Needless to say, the music mix was brilliant. Since then, we have had at least a dozen of our friends and family tell us that this was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. I have no doubt that Ashley is 99.99% responsible for that. Hiring Ashley and Fog City Entertainment made a lot of sense 6 months ago, but now, having seen what she can do for a wedding’s atmosphere and dance floor, it’s a no-brainer. Thank you, Ashley!!

The whole team had such a calming presence on the most overwhelming day of my life. They guided me gently when I needed direction and let me just enjoy the moments when I didn’t want to be posed. The photos look like something out of a bridal magazine, but at the same time they feel real and true to who we are. The video blew me away with how cinematic it turned out, yet it still kept the intimacy of our day intact. Friends and family keep commenting that it’s the best wedding video they’ve ever seen. We worked with Yoko from Two Perfect Events, and her team was on top of it every step of the way. Yoko made sure to get to know us and took every step possible over the year we worked together to make sure that we were prepared for the big day. She was in touch with our vendors, and our families and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. We never felt behind schedule or rushed because Yoko and team were so organized and on top of it. They really took care of us throughout the entire process. Something we appreciate is that they anticipated we'd need breaks during the day and scheduled those for us as well, they also made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout! Our families could not stop talking about how efficiently the entire day was managed. 11/10 want to plan another wedding just to hire them again.

We had such a great experience! Our chaperone, Michele, was amazing — super professional, kind, and made us feel totally at ease. Opened in spring of 2001, the Los Altos History Museum resides in an impressive three-level, 8,200-square-foot building – built entirely with private donations; building ownership was transferred to the City of Los Altos in 2002. The Museum features a changing exhibits gallery as well as the permanent exhibit, “Crown of the Peninsula,” that describes the rich history of Los Altos and the surrounding area.

We had such a great experience hosting our corporate team-building event for 60 people at the Los Altos History Museum! The venue is beautiful — we used both the full courtyard and the galleries, and it worked perfectly for our day. Our event had a few moving parts, including a scavenger hunt, full catering for breakfast and lunch, and even a magician/mentalist — and the space handled it all seamlessly. The amenities were super convenient too. We had a shuttle drop off team members, and those who drove had no issues finding parking. Lisa was amazing to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and incredibly accommodating — from the early setup to coordinating all the logistics. Our team had a great time, and the smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces made the whole experience feel effortless. We also selected Heirloom as our caterer from their approved vendor list, and the combination was smoother than I could have even dreamed! Would definitely recommend for events — both personal and corporate!

Honestly. Patricia was fabulous. As the Mother of the Bride, I watched her handle vendors, last minute surprises, and all of our guests with Grace and Professionalism. I never experienced any anxiety and knew that she had absolutely everything under control. My husband and I arrived before anyone else and watched as she seamlessly made sure that everything was done as planned. Her presence was barely noticeable except when needed and then she would almost magically appear anticipating the need. I am so impressed with her skills and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my closest friends and family.

We booked George and his team for our wedding video in Las Vegas, and honestly, they were incredible from start to finish. Communication before the wedding was super easy. they helped us plan out the timeline and made sure we’d have everything covered. The team blended right in on the wedding day; they were friendly, professional, and somehow everywhere without ever feeling like a camera was in our face. The final video completely blew us away.
