Spread over 25 acres of gardens, The Brothers Ranch features palms, tropical flowers, and bamboo that helps transport couples and their guests to another place. This lush landscape serves to enhance a couple’s wedding theme and is complete with a refurbished courtyard and barn. The Brothers Ranch has multiple ceremony and reception areas to choose from, both inside and out. In addition, there is a bar, full kitchen, and designated dressing rooms, along with the sensory-indulging gardens. Up to 400 people can gather at this venue. Soon-to-be-weds can choose their own caterer to be approved by the ranch, allowing the pair to customize their day to their tastes and preferences. Parking is available, with overflow as well. There is only one event planned per day, and the couple has the day before and after the event for setting and cleaning up. “Seriously the hottest up-and-coming venue in the entire Monterey Bay area - where the beautiful and unique grounds are only the surface! Every aspect of the venue has been carefully thought out to accommodate the wedding party, guests, and vendors perfectly. The tropical foliage of the ceremony lawn offered a stunning backdrop for our vows (plus the sweet scent that wafts from nearby strawberry fields). The reception area was the perfect size and layout for our guests to eat, drink, play games, and dance throughout the night - cozy but spacious at the same time. Brothers Ranch was so beautiful and so well designed that we really didn’t need many of our own decorations. Also a huge plus for us was having access to the space for the entire weekend (Friday-Sunday) so we had plenty of time for setup and we didn’t have to worry about cleanup at the end of our wedding night! But the true heart of this venue is Jessie and Jonathan Brothers. More gracious hosts than venue owners, they helped us every step of the way to have an amazing and stress-free wedding. They both went above and beyond running around the whole weekend handling all of the little details to provide a seamless experience for us and our guests, from giving golf cart rides between the reception and ceremony spaces to rolling out heaters after sundown. So a big thank you to Jessie and Jonathan and definitely book Brother Ranch - the best venue in all of Monterey Bay for an amazing, beautiful, stress-free, and super fun wedding!”

From her professionalism down to her attention to detail, there was not a single step of the planning process that we were not completely blown away by Autumn and her work! During the early phases of our wedding planning process, we had received 6 different floral proposals from various florists local to the Bay Area. Autumn's proposal blew every other company's out of the water! Coming in at 20 pages, her proposal outlined our color pallet and inspo photos for the conceptual design, the exact flowers (with pictures) she chose based on our vision, the exact vessels, candles, and candle holders she had in mind, and pricing for each bouquet, boutonniere, and arrangement. Shortly after receiving her proposal, and prior to making our final decision on florist, I flew into San Fran on a last-minute work trip. I reached out to her literally as I was touching down at SFO to see if she was available to meet at our venue to go over design and vision. Autumn immediately dropped everything and met me on site within an hour! That alone earned our business - she was committed to us and our vision from the very beginning. Throughout the planning process, Autumn ensured my husband I stayed involved in the decision making process, regularly sending options for different vessels, candles, candle holders, ribbon selections, and design preferences. On the week of the wedding, she asked if I would like updates as she arranged our florals to which I said OF COURSE! Daily she sent me the sweetest photos and videos of the bouquets, aisle arch, etc. which was the shining light pulling me through an incredibly stressful and busy final week of planning/travel! We truly cannot speak highly enough about Autumn, her amazing work, her attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process! “If you’re looking for a wedding planner - your search is over. Hiring Paige was one of the best decisions of our entire wedding, and I promise you’ll be impressed by her work too. We hired Paige about a year and a half before our wedding date, and we had absolutely no idea where to start. Throughout the entire process, Paige was patient with our questions, enthusiastic to help us achieve our goals and our outlandish ideas (whilst also helping us keep realistic on what was possible) and always went the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible for us. Paige managed all of the vendor communications for us, which was a massive help whilst we juggled our full-time jobs and other commitments. Reflecting on the experience now, there is no way we could have found our vendors (who were absolutely phenomenal and largely sourced and recommended by Paige’s expertise) and managed the communication with them half as well as she did for us. She kept the entire wedding planning progressing, helped us work through difficult challenges as they arose, and became our number one confidant and trusted friend throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, Paige was incredible. She was like a blur being everywhere at once, making sure guests, vendors and ourselves were properly cared for throughout the day (she brought us food and drinks, learned how to weave our table decorations (literally because I saw it on Pinterest), fluffed my train… she literally did it all!!). There was absolutely nothing we had to worry about or “sort” on the day as her team had everything completely in hand. She was incredibly professional and continued to go above and beyond for us, and we never once saw her without a beaming smile. It’s clear that Paige loves her job, and she invests every ounce of passion into ensuring her clients weddings are world class. Paige is the most down-to-earth, bubbly and supportive wedding planners we could have ever have hoped for. I am SO grateful for all of the wisdom, time and passion and patience she shared with us. We had a small, backyard family wedding of about 50 people, and everyone was so happy with their meals. We interviews a couple of local caters, and we were very impressed with Joseph and his recommdations for a menu. We had a grazing board, seasonal salads, steak (best steak ever!), fish, veggie pasta, seasonal vegetables, mashed pototoes, and small desert cakes. Joseph and Kimberly were such great people and so fantastic to work with. They made our whole day stress free. They arrived with their own set up and we can't recommend them enough!”

She really let us be ourselves and joyfully captured all the silliness that makes us who we are.
