In 2020, I took a leap and left my 9-to-5 job to pursue my passion for photography full-time. Now, as a dedicated wedding and lifestyle photographer, I’m thrilled to capture the special moments that mean the most to you. I take pride in delivering high-quality photos and genuinely enjoy being part of your big day. Based in Aptos, I also serve the surrounding areas of the Monterey Bay region, and I’m always ready to travel wherever your love story takes us!

I believe the best photos happen when you feel comfortable and at ease. That’s why I strive to build a genuine connection with each of my clients, creating a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself. I understand how awkward it can be to have a camera in your face, so I use prompts and encourage movement to keep things fun and natural. This approach ensures that your photos will come out amazing and you'll also have a good time! I guarantee that with a few easy prompts, you’ll be laughing and enjoying yourself. My goal is to ensure you feel at ease from start to finish, capturing candid shots that truly reflect your day.

Best Photographer!
We had the absolute best experience with Deanna for both our engagement and wedding photos. From the very beginning, she took the time to really understand what we wanted and then executed it perfectly. She has such a great eye capturing a beautiful mix of candid moments and more posed shots, which gave us the perfect balance in our gallery. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially with guiding timing and making sure we got the best possible shots without feeling rushed or stressed. For our engagement photos, she even helped us choose the perfect location, which made a huge difference. One thing that really stood out was her communication and turnaround time. We received preview photos quickly and the full gallery came back quickly as well. Everything was seamless and professional from start to finish. We truly couldn’t be happier with our photos and the experience overall. We’re already booking her again for maternity pictures, which says everything. She is literally the best, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing photographer!

Best Wedding Photographer!
Deanna was such a highlight of our wedding! From the very beginning, she was so wonderful to work with. She is kind, fun, communicative, and immediately felt like a close friend or family! Not only that, but she is an amazing photographer. Wonderful Wedding Photographer
We absolutely loved working with Deanna! From our engagement shoot to the wedding day, she made everything feel so easy and fun. The photos turned out amazing—we seriously can’t stop looking at them! She totally got our vibe and captured everything so naturally. The second shooter was also fantastic and helped make sure no moment was missed. We felt super comfortable the whole time, and it honestly just felt like hanging out with friends who happen to take incredible pictures. Highly recommend!

Deanna Captured Our Day Perfectly!
Deanna was absolutely amazing! Booking with her was so easy and communication was seamless — she answered all our questions and made the process stress-free. My husband and I are both super introverted, but Deanna made us feel completely comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Our guests raved all night and even days after about how wonderful she was to talk to and how warm her presence was. When we received our photos, I was in tears — every image was beautiful and captured so many genuine moments. We are so grateful we found Deanna and can’t wait to work with her again in the future!
