Luxury Floral Designs
Rating: 5.0 (19 reviews)
  • Starts at $2,500
  • Serves Watsonville, CA

Welcome. Karla has been an artist for as long as she has been alive. It all started when she was in preschool and thought that painting another pre-school student with paint was fun. Unfortunately, she got sent home that day, but the artist in her was born! Working with flowers, and making events beautiful for her clients, has provided Karla with an outlet that is very fulfilling for her. It creates a balance, and zen for her, which fills, balances, and feeds her soul.

Awarded Best of Zola
Karla did a wonderful job capturing our vision. Wow! I loved the different floral pieces. I wanted something simple but elegant for the tables, and some more dramatic pieces for our sweetheart table, ceremony arch, and aisle. She was so great at guiding me through this process and did so much within my budget! I would highly recommend her. Such a delight to work with!

  • Serves Watsonville, CA

Hey there! I’m Lauren, your new flower bestie. I am an artistic soul who appreciates every flower and every season. I believe in coming alongside you to bring your floral vision to life in a purposeful, detail oriented way.

Lauren was incredible. I had hired a different florist who had to cancel about 2 months before my wedding. Lauren had been recommended to me by the baker for our cake and she was able. Immediately it was clear that floral designs are her gift. She created a floral vision board for my wedding based on the emails I had sent her describing my personal style and flower preferences, and also with photo examples of flowers I loved. The vision board was perfectly me, to a T. My bridal bouquet was so beautiful and smelled amazing. I carried it around with me all weekend and made room for it in my overpacked luggage to bring home so I could press the flowers! My friends also loved their bouquets, my mother LOVED her gold band corsage, and the boutonnières for the guys were the perfect compliments to everything else! She was so very sweet and accommodating, when I expressed concern for costs she very kindly worked with me to find a budget and also give me amazing florals. She even worked with my reception venue to add flowers to an Ivy wall which turned out AMAZING. My flowers were one of my most favorite pets of my wedding! I cannot recommend Lauren enough - I promise you’ll be so happy you hired Paisley’s!!

Offering al la carte and full service design, with delivery and set up to assure your day is stress free.

I cannot recommend Courtney and Quaintrelle Farms enough! From start to finish, working with her was an absolute dream. Our wedding was on November 10th, which is a bit tricky when it comes to flower availability, but Courtney pulled it off with ease, creating the most stunning arrangements from flowers she grew locally. Every bloom was beautiful and unique, and she perfectly captured the vision we had for our day. Courtney handled all the florals for our ceremony, reception, bridal bouquets, and boutonnieres, and everything was just breathtaking. The flowers were not only gorgeous, but they added such a personal, local touch to our celebration. I was also lucky enough to have Courtney create a headpiece for me, and let me tell you—it was magical! It made me feel like a druid high elf, and I couldn’t stop looking at it. She also made the sweetest flower crowns for our niece and nephew, which were just adorable and really added a special touch to their outfits. One of the things I’m most excited about is that Courtney also does pressed flower art, and she’s currently working on a piece with flowers from my bridal bouquet. I can’t wait to see how it turns out—what a perfect way to preserve such a meaningful part of our day. Courtney’s talent, creativity, and passion for what she does are unparalleled. If you're looking for a florist who not only provides beautiful, high-quality flowers but also puts heart and soul into everything she creates, look no further than Quaintrelle Farms. Thank you, Courtney, for making our wedding day even more magical!

Working with Something Borrowed Blooms was a breeze from start to finish. It was so easy to bring my vision to life. The flowers they delivered were stunning and vibrant, with a level of quality that honestly exceeded what I was expecting. I did notice a few blooms had some dirt and crumbs on them when they arrived, so I had to do a quick clean with a steamer, but it was a minor fix. They were a bit spendier than I would have thought, but overall their work was beautiful and realistic and they nailed exactly what we were going for. I'd definitely recommend them to other couples looking for an easy and resourceful floral opportunity.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.8 (100 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Watsonville, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Awarded Best of Zola
I recommend 100% using flower moxie if you want to DIY your flowers. My cousin used them for her wedding and had a great experience so I decided to use for mine as well. I was worried since my wedding was on a Sunday that a Thursday delivery would have my flowers wilting by the time of the actual wedding. It was perfect. The flowers lasted so long. The recipes for the arrangements are easy to follow. Everyone loved my florals and was surprised it was DIY. I would totally use them again.

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

I cannot reccomend Kat enough. A coworker relationship turned into friendship that FLOURISHED into her making my floral dreams for my wedding come to absolute life. She is so talented, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I showed her pictures and she ran with it. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t go unnoticed at all. When my vendor who made our faux flowers showed up late and the guys bouts looked like absolute trash, she took the time (because she had leftovers from what she made) to go make 3 other bouts so that our dream came true. Her dedication to sustainability is top notch! I am so happy I chose her to be our florist! Her partner Marissa- though we didn’t use her for our wedding, I have inquired with her for cupcakes before. She has the best ideas for cupcakes and is so so friendly! As a team their day of coordination is top notch. They are the REAL DEAL! Make sure to hire them for you big day. You won’t regret it!

The Dainty Daydream
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Starts at $3,500
  • Serves Watsonville, CA

Hi Im Emily :) A wedding Planner turned Florist. I have a love for all things pretty including event design and florals. I love designing anything from organic to refined flowers. Which means any design ideas you bring to me will be a fun challenge i'm up for.

Working with Emily at The Dainty Daydream was so easy. I had ideas of an abundance of citrus fruits in baskets and cut open on the tables to accompany the flowers and add a fun, summer vibe - and she delivered exactly what I wanted. When we mentioned wanting orange trees by the altar, she didn't say no when she found out orange trees were not in season in summer. Instead, she got creative. Emily sourced the citrus trees and tied oranges to the leaves with clear string so they looked like they were in bloom. It was so beautiful and very creative. I also had concerns right before our wedding that our contracted arrangements might feel small for what I was picturing, but Emily stepped up and sourced fluffy florals that made everything look lush, vibrant, and exactly the size we needed. She has a real talent for solving problems and delivering arrangements that feel abundant without being over the top. Emily's work was beautiful and her willingness to find solutions instead of roadblocks made the whole process smooth. We'd absolutely recommend her to any couple looking for a florist who actually listens and delivers.
