    I finally got around to writing this review, and I just have to say THANK YOU — truly, thank you so much for all your hard work. I didn’t expect it to turn out this beautiful!!! I’m absolutely in love with everything. Our guests were blown away, and Instagram went crazy! Everything looked so harmonious and delicate, and the arch and my bridal bouquet completely stole the show. I honestly didn’t think it was possible for it to look this stunning!     Amazing experience for my wedding

    We had an amazing experience with Pacific Floral Lab for our wedding. From the start, communication with Polina was easy and reassuring, making the whole process smooth. We shared a few ideas and our color palette, and everything was beautifully brought to life. Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll confirm our availability and ask for any additional details or inspiration needed to better understand your vision. From there, we’ll create a personalized floral proposal with design inspiration, floral details, and estimated pricing. We can then refine the proposal together and schedule a consultation if needed. Once everything looks perfect, a signed contract and 25% non-refundable retainer are required to officially secure your wedding date.
We recommend reaching out once you have your wedding date and venue confirmed. Having a general idea of your floral style, color palette, or a few inspiration photos is also helpful. We accept bookings up to 12–18 months in advance and recommend booking early, especially for popular wedding dates and seasons.
Our full-service wedding floral design begins at $2,500. Most of our couples invest between $3,000–$7,000, depending on the size of the wedding, floral selections, and overall design. For couples looking for abundant florals, larger installations, and a cohesive floral design throughout the ceremony and reception, we recommend a budget of $6,000+.
We primarily serve Santa Cruz County, Monterey Bay, and the San Francisco Bay Area. We’re also happy to travel beyond these areas for weddings and special events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location and event logistics.
Yes! Depending on your floral design, we can provide a selection of vases, floral vessels, pedestals, and candles to complete the overall look. Rental and styling needs are discussed during the design process and included in your custom proposal when applicable.
Your floral investment goes far beyond the flowers themselves. Every wedding begins with a custom design tailored to your venue, color palette, and vision. Our team sources flowers from multiple trusted markets and suppliers, selecting the best available blooms for your wedding. We condition and prepare every stem and create each arrangement by hand. Your service also includes delivery, on-site setup, breakdown when required, floral mechanics and supplies, transportation, and the work of our 1–5 person floral team.
