Hobbyist coffee brewer, professional nap taker, and sucker for raw moments and authentic emotions. Dedicated to documenting the beautiful moments as they unfold. Based in Southern California & available worldwide.

From start to finish, Yin was so much more than just our photographer, he truly felt like a friend. From our engagement photos to our wedding day and everything in between, he was there every step of the way. He went above and beyond, from venue meetups to thoughtful location scouting, making us feel completely supported and at ease throughout the entire process. His co-shooter, Nika, was equally incredible—professional, kind, and such a calming presence on the day. Together, they made the entire experience feel effortless and fun, while still capturing every meaningful moment so beautifully. Honestly, Yin doesn’t even need reviews (his work speaks for itself) but we feel so grateful to have worked with someone so talented, genuine, and invested in telling our story. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to document such an important chapter of our lives.

We feel so incredibly lucky to have had Tom Keene of LA Digital Photo photograph our wedding at the California Club in Los Angeles. He stepped in on very short notice, yet somehow still managed to exceed every expectation we had. From the moment he arrived, Tom brought a calm, professional, and joyful presence to the day. He guided us through poses effortlessly, was impressively efficient with our (very large and lively!) family group photos, and managed to capture the energy and emotion of the entire afternoon so beautifully. Everything felt seamless and stress-free in his hands—something every couple hopes for on their wedding day. One of the most special moments of the day was a quiet conversation we shared with Tom on the patio before dinner. That simple, grounding exchange stood out to us—and the photo he took in that moment is one we’ll definitely be framing. It was such a meaningful pause amid the excitement, and his warmth made it even more memorable. And then there were the sneak peek photos—delivered that same night! We were blown away by how stunning they turned out. If those were just the previews, we can't wait to see the full gallery. Tom went above and beyond in every way, and we’re genuinely so grateful he was a part of such an important day in our lives. We wholeheartedly recommend him to any couple looking for a talented, professional, and truly thoughtful wedding photographer. —Sienna & Stephen

While some photographers emphasize their gear or trendy post-processing, I take pride in subject-photographer interaction - the relation I build with clients, picking up on nuances in pose and expression while we shoot, anticipating the viewers' response - because ultimately, that's how photographs that matter to us are created. I'm a native New Yorker who found myself relocating to Los Angeles and making it my home. Wherever you'd like to have your wedding, it would be my pleasure to be your photographer.

Awarded Best of Zola
I had worked previously with Stephen, and loved his work so much that when I was looking for a photographer for our wedding he was the first person I thought of. I even made him drive out to Arizona for our wedding, and I am so glad that he was happy to do so. :) He was such a great addition to our weekend. He is so nice and easy to work with, and gets along with all of the vendors. Our photos turned out INCREDIBLE. He did such a nice job editing and delivering photos that truly represented our wedding weekend. I've never seen a photographer who can capture emotion like Stephen can. I am really not a fan of the light and airy wedding photography styles that are popular now, and Stephen is the antithesis of this. Stephen's photos are vivid, have personality, seriously capture the moment, are unforgettable, classic and a little bit artsy. He has such a way with color and framing. I can't sing his praises enough.

Straight to the point: MARTINA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The one regret I have is not hiring her sooner. You can tell she loves what she does through her work. She’s loving, caring, responsive, on top of stuff (your stuff), very knowledgeable and just does everything she can to make the process as easy as possible. On our day-of, if anything went wrong, I knew nothing of it, everything went great and we received nothing but positive feedback from our bridal party. They all fell in love with her and her amazingness just as we did. You won’t regret hiring her, that I promise you. One of my last asks of her was for her to join me on the dance floor for one dance, and she sure did fulfill me ask. We love you so much, Martina, thank you for helping make our day so amazing and special. We miss you so so much and are happy we crossed paths xoxoxo

I’m Dolores, owner of You So Fancy Events. I specialize in Wedding Coordination (also known as Wedding Management or Day-of Coordination), stepping in during the final stages of planning to make sure everything comes together smoothly. Many couples plan their wedding themselves but want someone experienced to manage the timeline, vendors, and behind-the-scenes details on the wedding day. My role is to organize those moving parts, communicate with your vendors, and keep everything running according to plan so you can be fully present and enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to create.

Awarded Best of Zola
Dolores was my life line! My rock! I would recommend her to anyone with a pulse. I had already so much planned (or so I thought!) and she came in and helped me with everything I was still missing. Her experience in event planning was so reasurring but it was her strength and confidence that made me feel so safe in her handling my wedding. And it allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding! I got to actually enjoy my day with my husband and I felt so secure knowing she was handling my family members, the catering team, my photographer and the DJ seamlessly. I didn't even realize she was down a member of her team because everything was going so smoothly - her execution so perfect that I had no idea she was missing man power. Even the small details, like her ensuring that us newlyweds were fed and had minutes to ourselves before the roar of reception, were some of the most special moments of the evening for me. I am beyond grateful and could not recommend her enough.

Located in Los Angeles, California, Alyssa Walker Photography is an accomplished wedding photography business. They specialize in numerous photographic styles to produce striking images but specialize in the candid photojournalist style. No matter the activity, photographer Alyssa Walker will highlight every moment from your walk down the aisle, to the minute you say "I do," to the fun & candid dancing shots during your celebration. Owner Alyssa Walker firmly believes that love is inclusive and no one should be denied the right to marry the one they love. Inclusivity and love are interchangeable.

When choosing wedding vendors, you hear it all the time: the photos are what last long after the day is over. It’s a big decision, and after researching a LOT of photographers, I’m so grateful we chose Alyssa. She perfectly captured the vibe we envisioned from our Pinterest board and was incredibly easy to work with (not just with us, but with our other vendors as well). She stayed through the end of the reception, sent sneak peeks over before we even got into bed that night, and made sure everything on our shot list was covered. Our package included an engagement shoot, which we had to reschedule last minute due to illness. Alyssa was so kind and accommodating about the change, and that session helped us feel comfortable in front of the camera. We’d asked for posing guidance, and she was fantastic at giving clear, easy cues and direction. The included photo album is gorgeous, and doubled perfectly as our guest book. On the wedding day, she struck the perfect balance between letting us enjoy our guests and pulling us aside for quick photo moments. Her direction made all the difference; we ended up with both stunning posed shots and genuine candid moments. We received our full gallery online, along with a USB drive, and I have to mention the packaging! It’s absolutely gorgeous and feels like a keepsake in itself. That level of thoughtfulness really sums up our entire experience: every detail felt intentional, and we truly felt taken care of. Thank you so much, Alyssa, we loved working with you!

My husband and I worked alongside Joey at a wedding a few years back. We were the videography team for the day so we were able to have an in-depth view of Joey's work as a photographer. He was very thorough, professional, and personable throughout the entire day. He ran his ideas for the overall plan for the day by not only us, but the clients and other vendors to make sure all of our expectations were met. The ceremony took place in a church and Joey was very respectful of the rules in place. The wedding day was unseasonably hot, even for July in the South, but Joey kept a smile on his face and a good attitude throughout the entire day.

Little Lily's Kitchen
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)

At Little Lily’s Kitchen in Los Angeles, we understand the difference between "custom" and "bespoke". One is choosing bits and pieces of someone else's vision, and the other is actually creating something that is YOUR vision. We start with a blank sheet of paper, and on that, we work with you to create an experience that is all about you and yours. A reflection of the couple. Something to be genuinely excited about sharing with your guests. Our chefs build a completely original menu for you, after an in-depth consultation is completed. The consultation allows us to understand the vision for your guest experience and individual needs.

Little Lily’s Kitchen was a true delight to work with. Kari is very thorough when it came to planning the days events, making sure that no detail was left behind. Kevin, the chef, took our love story and built a truly delicious menu. From the hors d’oeuvres and the oyster bar, to the dinner and the signature cocktails, Little Lily’s Kitchen made our wedding day magical, memorable, and tasty.

I'm a portrait photographer capturing love & beauty in sunny southern California & beyond. I believe being able to freeze a moment in time to look back on and cherish again is such a beautiful gift. As a kid, my family would host gatherings at home often, and I would pause and blink my eyes really hard trying to take a “photo” in my mind during the fun. Haha :) I never wanted the time spent with loved ones to end. In college, when I tried searching for what I wanted to study and become, I was reminded of those memories - the things that brought great elation, the things that felt like home. I want to capture moments like that for you, too.

We had a fantastic time with Alex. This was our family's first photo shoot and Alex went above and beyond, helping us feel comfortable and have fun while getting our pictures taken. I was especially thankful for how thoughtful she was in finding ways to keep our toddler entertained and engaged during our photo session. I would highly recommend her for any photo needs. Can't wait to book with her again! -SF

Mak's Flowers
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Pasadena, CA
  • Florist
  • Starts at $500

I absolutely LOVE being around flowers, and learning how to design and sell arrangements seemed like the best way I could spend more time around them, AND it’s a real treat that I get to share their beauty with others. Floral arrangements are generally considered a luxury because of how expensive they can be and it is important to me to make them more accessible. In addition to floral design services I also offer workshops and DIY flowers, which can be really fun activities for pre-wedding parties!

Makenna did flowers for my wedding and they were so gorgeous, lush, and whimsical. I was drawn to her style because it was a bit more organic than the typically stuffy arrangements one sees and she exceeded all expectations. Makenna has a keen eye for delicate details - the boutonnieres, bouquets and centerpieces were all gorgeous. The flowers are also typically sourced locally and in-season, which I thought was really cool! Additionally, her services were very affordable. I would HIGHLY recommend Mak's Flowers.

The Hendrys
Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Pasadena, CA

  • Starts at $5,700

We're Sarah and Darren—nice to meet you! We are LA transplants originally from Scotland and we're been in the wedding photography game for a while (almost 14 years to be exact!). We are not your typical cookie cutter wedding photographers, that is for certain! We go against the usual grain, and that’s exactly how we like it to roll. Normal is boring. Well, for us, at least.

We're actually rating The Hendrys one trillion stars out of five because they are "out of this world" amazing photographers and you should stop reading this review and book them ASAP! If you're still reading though, let us break down our perfect experience with them: They were recommended to us by our venue (Valentine DTLA) and we fell in LOVE with them as soon as we saw their website! Their portfolio and "about me" won us over because we were looking for wedding photographers who could capture the in-between moments, do some fun stylized shots, and be just as fun and goofy as we are! We reached out over the website and heard back from them immediately over email. Their super funny, yet professional personality came through and that got us so excited to work with them! They were also open to us asking as many questions as we wanted (especially when it came to the contract), which made us feel even more comfortable! We then got to meet them over ZOOM where we broke down how the day would go, they asked us what kind of pictures we were looking for, and we just got to know each other. We honestly may have become best friends with them as we couldn't stop talking to them about everything and anything for 2 hours. After that, we knew we were gonna be in the best hands, but we could never have ever imagined how perfect they really would be! When it finally came to the wedding day, The Hendrys went above and beyond! They were extremely professional as they kept us on schedule while experimenting with different types of photos (using a Fish Eye Lens, prisms, neon lights, etc.). They knew how to make everything feel super relaxed and fun and just let us do whatever was natural to us no matter what kind of photo it was. While we were losing it over the fact we just got married, The Hendrys just let us take everything in while politely directing us for photos. When we weren't doing staged photos, they were out of sight, but taking stunning photographs of everything that was happening in between. They were like ninjas as they would disappear and then reappear and grab us for the next shoot! It really was so cool! A few weeks after the wedding, we received our photos in record time and they were the COOLEST PHOTOS EVER (which you can see attached to this review)! Working with House of MTH was an absolute joy from start to finish. Mher brought such a relaxed, fun energy to our event while offering thoughtful direction that elevated every moment—the family had no idea their daughter could look so elegant until they saw the video. When the highlight video played, there wasn't a dry eye in the room; his work has this incredible ability to capture raw emotion in a way that moves people. Beyond photography, Mher went out of his way to support the entire team, lending a hand with our dessert display and collaborating with other vendors to ensure we all got the shots we needed. My dessert presentation looked stunning thanks to his attention and expertise. If you're looking for a photographer or videographer who genuinely cares about your day and delivers images that will stay with you forever, House of MTH is amazing!!

DJ Catur

Pasadena, CA
  • DJ
  • Starts at $800

Hello! My hometown of Decatur, GA inspired my DJ name (pronounced: cater). I grew up in the Atlanta area and have been in Los Angeles since 2016. My favorite music genres are Hip Hop + R&B. Although I hail from the South and will always have an affinity to snap and crunk hip hop, I love West coast music, too. I'm fluent in Spanish and know how to spice up a party with some of the more popular Spanish genres, including reggaeton, cumbia, salsa, and Latin pop. I love music, and it brings me great joy to contribute to celebrations and special moments.

We had such an amazing, positive experience with DJCatur! He arrived and departed right on time, and his professionalism showed throughout our event in celebration of our 25th anniversary. Communication wise, he’s very high touch and always responded within one business day. He did an amazing job incorporating the songs and diverse genres we requested, and he really set the perfect vibe and tone we were hoping for. His audience engagement was excellent — both on the mic and through his music choices — and he encouraged everyone, from kids as young as 4 to seniors, to get up and dance. Our guests had a wonderful time, and we couldn’t be happier with his work. Highly recommend DJCatur!"

She stays abreast of current trends in order to create timeless updos and blowouts with a contemporary twist.

Patricia did makeup and Ashley did hair for myself, my bridesmaids, my mother and mother in law and we looked fantastic. We were so happy with results and both artists were kind and accommodating. I would recommend them both to anyone! Krystal was good to communicate with through the whole process and the pricing was fairly reasonable.
