We do not work with any outside catering, nor do we offer site rental-only/ceremony-only events. Rates do vary by year, day of the week and time of year. We offer prime and off-season rates. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.
