With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. Thank you to the entire team for transforming a rained-out wedding weekend into the intimate, romantic wedding of our dreams.”

Whether it was hopping on frequent Zoom calls, keeping us on track with timelines, or replying to texts with thoughtful advice (even for the tiniest of questions). Her calm and kind energy made the whole process not only smoother but also more fun. One huge bonus: her team also offers wedding rentals! We rented candles, décor, and a large seating chart from them, which was such a lifesaver. We didn’t want to deal with sourcing all of those items or figuring out what to do with them afterward, so being able to rent directly through her made everything so much easier. Our wedding day went so smoothly, nothing went wrong (or if it did, I had no idea, because Hannah was on top of everything!). I wouldn't change a single thing about it. It was truly perfect, and a big part of that is thanks to her. Now that the wedding is over, I honestly feel sad I won’t get to work with Hannah anymore! “DJ Dominiq was the DJ for our wedding at Hummingbird Nest Ranch in October 2024, and choosing him was one of the easiest decisions we made. I’m also a wedding planner and have worked with Dominiq for many years on countless weddings, and that long-standing professional relationship is exactly why we chose him for our own wedding. My fiancé is extremely particular about music, especially transitions, flow, and reading the dance floor. We wanted a party that felt elevated, fun, and alive, without the undertone of a corny MC or over-the-top DJ personality. Dominiq absolutely nailed this. The music flowed seamlessly, the energy never dipped, and the dance floor stayed full because he truly knows how to read a room. Even though Dominiq knows us well and has worked with us many times, he still scheduled a final meeting a week prior to the wedding.
