Where do I even begin!! I am SO grateful for the epic team. I was lucky enough to meet Kendra when touring the secret garden. Despite not going with that venue, my fiance and I knew we had to work with Kendra and the epic team, and it was the best choice we ever made for our wedding! First, Epic has it all, a catalog of DJ's, catering options, bar options, photography/video, florists, and a long list of other amazing vendors that covers all you could ever need or want to plan a perfect day. On top of it all they have the BEST coordination team you could ask for! When looking for a different venue, Kendra went above and beyond to provide various options and really fit exactly what we were looking for. We ultimately ended up booking the Lakehouse Resort in San Marcos, and we were able to bring the inclusive package from Epic that included photography/videography through Epic Events Studios, coordination and support through the whole proccess and day of, DJ as well as their suggested photobooth and florist as well. All of the vendors were amazing and so professional, and really helped make the day so special and fun. The epic team handled getting insurance info from vendors, coordination with them for the wedding day to ensure no hiccups and all the things in between. Laura, our coordinator was truly an angel and made the whole experience so stress free. From our first coordination meeting, it was like meeting up with an old friend. She was so excited, supportive and open to all ideas to make our day perfect and tailored to us! She worked with our venue and vendors to ensure everything was aligned, and helped us curate a perfect timelime and layout for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Through the whole process the team was responsive, and always willing to help with any questions and ideas we had. The communication and reminders/updates were so reassuring too. I truly was so at ease during the process and never had to stress. Fast forward to the day of, and Laura made sure everything went off without a hitch. From setting up all the decor (she went above and beyond!) ensuring vendors were where they needed to be, to making sure the ceremony, reception and timeline went smoothly, everything was PERFECT and there was genuinley not one hiccup (if there was I never knew about it!). I never once had to worry or check on anything the whole day, and friends and family were actually remarking about how calm and stress free I was! I owe most of that to Laura and the team, because I trusted her completley and knew she had it covered. I truly can't praise this team enough, thank you again for making it the perfect day that friends and family are still talking about! I promise you will not regret working with Epic!

Where do we begin? My husband and I cannot thank the Love and Life Events team enough for helping make our dream wedding come true. In the beginning, I believed that I did not need a coordinator because I had already planned out most of the wedding. Boy was I wrong. YOU NEED A COORDINATOR. We were recommended to Love and Life Events team by our DJ and picking them had to be the best decision ever. We got assigned to Dalavy the most amazing coordinator ever. From the very beginning she was super open, honest, organized, and communicated very well. Because I had booked a lot of our vendors already we decided to go with day of coordination which means that Dal and her team would start helping around the 2 month mark. 2 months flew by and we finally had our meeting with Dal. She was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable and my husband liked her as well! Everytime we had a meeting with her I felt so at ease that everything was going to be done, and she always reminded us not to be stressed. She constantly checked on us up until our big day. She made me feel comfortable when we made so many changes to our timeline. She truly became like family. On our wedding day Dal was on it. She always beat everyone before they could ask her something and she truly made the day so much easier. My family cannot stop talking about how amazing she was. From setting up to taking down she was so organized it was so easy to find everything we needed. Our day could not have been as successful as it was without her and Kristy who is also apart of Love and Life Events. My husband and I are actually so sad that our time with Dal and this team is over. We would def recommend her and this team to all our upcoming friends who are getting married. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. My family, friends, and even vendors I used all had nothing but great things to say about her! For any big events I’ll have in the future I will be sure to head her way yet again to use for her services. For the price she will charge it is WELL worth it! I have no complaints.

If you are reading this because you are looking to hire a wedding planner. STOP LOOKING AND HIRE SAM. I had her as my day-of coordinator and have ZERO regrets. She picked up all the planning about a month and a half before my wedding and she could not have stepped in at a better time. That last couple of months before your wedding is a tornado of payment deadlines and vendor meetings. No matter how organized you are, it is A LOT to keep track of. Sam helped make sure all my deadlines were met and picked up all the last-minute things that I hadn’t even thought of. She was able to provide great vendor recommendations for things I hadn’t checked off my list. I am the type of person that finds things easier if I do it myself and it’s difficult for me to ask for help. However, I quickly realized that I could ask Sam anything and trust that she would get it done. She was always available and responsive via text, call or email. Not only did I find her easy to work with, but my family and guests all made a point to compliment her work ethic and warm personality. Sam means business and does it was the brightest smile on her face! My wedding didn’t feel stressful or rushed at all. Everyone had a great time at my wedding and it wouldn’t have been that way if we didn’t have Sam and her amazing team.

Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing!  I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter! The bridal shower was beautiful!  The decor, theme, drinks, food, tables and chairs, decorations, umbrellas… and so many details… all came together so beautifully. It was quite impressive to see the event space transformed into my daughter’s dream shower! Because Terri is so creative, organized, resourceful and is a great communicator, I was able to host my daughter’s bridal shower and actually participate and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime moment stress free.  I highly recommend contacting Terri/TMF to anybody who wants a true professional to create an amazing event guests will really love and you can be proud to host.

It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. Lizzie and her team are seriously the best! She is so creative and took a couple of our inspo pics and random ideas and made the whole wedding come together. We wanted a wedding that was over the top and had all the extra stops pulled out and Lizzie delivered everything we could have wanted. She put together custom looks for us it was so hard to choose they were all gorgeous, she came to all of our meetings and helped us sculpt our vision and she brought up so many details and extra little things we never would have thought of. In college I planned social outings and holiday parties for my roommates. Due to my love of organization I majored in Recreation and Leisure Studies, which included event planning at California State University. After graduation, I worked full-time in municipal recreation for the City of Cypress planning and day-of coordinating city-wide special events, as well as managing venues to host banquets, parties, and beautiful wedding receptions.

Kristina is an absolute magician and angel! Prior to my wedding day, she was incredibly helpful by asking all the right questions about things I never would have thought of. The week of, the weather was all over the place and we had to totally redo our layout to account for the possibility of rain. She was so patient and calming while I rattled through several terrible ideas before we landed on the best one together. She coordinated with all my vendors prior to the event and even made sure my venue allowed one of the vendors they tried to deny. For all my decor and visions, I was so disorganized and didn’t communicate anything very well, and she still was able to pull it all together and made sure everything was perfect and just as I had dreamed. Her assistant Kelly was like a whisp who floated here and there making everything happen without anyone noticing. They worked seamlessly with all my vendors and bridesmaids. Her pricing also seems so reasonable considering how much time and energy she put into me and my wedding. I wouldn’t have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her!
