“It all started when me and my wife was searching for a wedding planner that didn’t charge an arm and leg for services. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. The East Room has the historical look but with modern comforts of a newer venue(AC, parking, many bathrooms). The staff was very helpful from our first visit and throughout the whole process leading up to wedding day. Clear pricing and they respond to emails quickly. Our wedding experience was amazing we had a perfect day .”

Joni and Lauren shared their expertise on countless details, both big and small, and were always quick to respond—even to my last-minute questions during the week of the wedding. On the wedding day, they were by my side making sure everything looked exactly as I had envisioned and that every detail was executed seamlessly. Marco was also incredible. He brought me water during pre-ceremony photos, carried my dress as we moved around the venue, and guided us through the day's events. He made sure we had a personal tray of appetizers, brought us our signature drinks, and even kindly paused guests from interrupting our dinner so we could actually enjoy our meal together. One of the greatest compliments we received after the wedding came from our guests. We heard rave reviews about every aspect of the experience—from the beauty of the venue, to the exceptional service provided by every staff member they interacted with, to the incredible food. I honestly don't think I've ever heard so many compliments about wedding food. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how well they were taken care of throughout the evening. This team operates with such professionalism and care that we truly enjoyed our wedding from beginning to end. We made only a few key decisions, shared our vision, and then simply showed up and enjoyed the magic. I'm sure it took countless conversations, days of preparation, and extensive coordination behind the scenes, but they made everything look effortless. With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

“DJ Dominq was a whole vibe as he hyped the crowd and set the tone in getting everyone on to the dance floor with his enthusiasm, energy and music. He even joined in on some of the dancing, which I loved, and after my wedding, many raved about his dancing and DJ skills. He made our wedding unforgettable! “It is my fortune to have Herbert as my wedding photographer. This gentleman is responsible, skillful, and friendly overall. Herbert and his assistant arrived one hour earlier than any of us to take pictures and videos of the wedding site. During the wedding, he kept shooting videos without taking a break. after the wedding ceremony, every guest left the wedding but him. he suggested my wife and I for more night time videos. Herbert had been working over 12 hours during that day. Not long after the wedding, Herbert sent us the demo of our wedding video and asked our suggestions. We gave a few of our thoughts, and he sent back the final video and It was a immaculate wedding video. Every detail of the wedding, the background music, and the whole color are perfect. I would like to recommend this photographer to anyone who needs one. It was a great experience with Herbert on my wedding day.”
