On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. The East Room has the historical look but with modern comforts of a newer venue(AC, parking, many bathrooms). The staff was very helpful from our first visit and throughout the whole process leading up to wedding day. Clear pricing and they respond to emails quickly. Our wedding experience was amazing we had a perfect day .”

He brought me water during pre-ceremony photos, carried my dress as we moved around the venue, and guided us through the day's events. He made sure we had a personal tray of appetizers, brought us our signature drinks, and even kindly paused guests from interrupting our dinner so we could actually enjoy our meal together. One of the greatest compliments we received after the wedding came from our guests. We heard rave reviews about every aspect of the experience—from the beauty of the venue, to the exceptional service provided by every staff member they interacted with, to the incredible food. I honestly don't think I've ever heard so many compliments about wedding food. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was and how well they were taken care of throughout the evening. This team operates with such professionalism and care that we truly enjoyed our wedding from beginning to end. We made only a few key decisions, shared our vision, and then simply showed up and enjoyed the magic. With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. Thank you to the entire team for transforming a rained-out wedding weekend into the intimate, romantic wedding of our dreams.”

“Wedding was 1/9/2020 . Our officiant didn't add our ring exchange to our ceremony. (We had a buddist ceremony); The chaos of a strict photography schedule kept my husband and I busy. But I was so upset that moment was not going to be in photos. Dom somehow knew I needed that moment to complete. He snuck it in before our cake cutting and I was overjoyed to have him officiate that for us. He was spot on with the playlist and songs matching to our chosen genre. He did more than we asked for even when our venue coordinator dropped the ball on us with not posting seating charts. He is the best and wouldn't pick anyone else to trust to DJ/MC a special event .”
