Not only is Jesse so talented, he is also so kind and caring. Taking pictures can be so uncomfortable and he really put our nerves at ease and directed us in a way that resulted in epic photos. I would 100% recommend him. We also added on video services and I’m so glad we did. I cried within thirty seconds of watching the highlight video he made. It was so well done and something I will cherish forever. He also guided us on the timeline for our wedding so we would have the best lighting and that was really important as we had the time of sunset wrong and we had booked the ceremony at the wrong time. Because of Jesse’s expertise we were able to adjust everything in time before we sent out the invitations.

I spent excruciating days and hours combing the internet, listening to plenty of vlogs and samples from DJ after DJ, for anyone that can match the vibes my wife and I were seeking for our wedding and Matt absolutely delivered! He continued to work diligently with me as we worked through our vision for the wedding day and he was noting short of a consummate professional through the whole processes despite the obstacles, definitely worth every bit of time and budget we had set for him! Every single guest we had come up to us loved him from his transitions, to his control of the dance floor and vibes, and even his ability to MC was far above what we have experienced in other weddings! Not to mention all the lights, sounds, and CO2 cannons he brought out! Certainly at the grade and level he promised when we first met and more! 949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. Eric Morales was our DJ for our wedding in Temecula! He was absolutely amazing, helped keep us on schedule and kept the party alive the whole time! I had multiple guests tell me that they were so impressed with his style and loved how he got everyone on the dance floor for a group photo and then immediately started the party with everyone out there! It was so much fun, and if I ever need a DJ for something I will be hiring Eric! I also loved his use of the cold sparklers for our exit and even when there was a hiccup he made sure we got all the pictures! I cannot rave enough about how happy I was with our wedding experience and this company! 10/10 recommend! Also I know a big thing for brides is their playlist, and the platform we used to pick all our songs was so easy to use and Eric even checked with me to make sure everything was as I wanted it! TLDR: Hiring Modern Highway for our wedding was, hands down, the best decision my wife and I made for our big day. First and foremost, they are all talented, professional, and brought a large repertoire to the table. Christina is a fantastic singer, with big range. She is also a great business person, again with exceptional range - handling our light, acoustic service music, our post-wedding cocktail music, and our reception music. All live - which kicked the sheeet out of a DJ. She also MC’d. For weddings, hitting hitches is bad - there were none. The long version: Our wedding was a Sunday. It was in a more remote area from LA - Temecula. My wife had just been injured in a car accident - so we were a little nervous but the event was still a go with many people flying in. I am a musician and my wife and I had made the decision that live music was what we wanted for our big celebration. In hindsight, my only regret is the Sunday wedding because we hired Modern Highway to do our music and they were on fire. And some guests had to think about…Monday. But Christina and the band really held things together. It was a fun event and a big piece of that was the music. Christina brought a tremendous amount of energy. Her voice is electric and, when it came time to dance, the band brought it. Christina was very active moving through the crowd, dancing and singing. It is so hard to do that well - to be the energy. Where we needed “other” services, for first dances, parent dances, introductions, ceremony, etc., Christina & Modern Highway had it all covered. In a few cases we needed streamed music - covered. We needed someone to make the event go from the mic - covered. In a unique circumstance, my own band wanted to play - covered. If I’d been them, I would have said no. And frankly, based on what I saw from Christina, we could not have had a better person handling the mic that night. My wife and I look back on our wedding day as a true blessing - a day we were ecstatic about on the spot. I know a big piece of our internal satisfaction is knowing the entertainment was top notch. I wish Christina could have been our photographer as well!

Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

I was so lucky to meet Joey at one of the bridal expos. Out of all the vendors we met that day, she stood out the most—she was so genuine, and it was clear she’s truly passionate about what she does. I started out slinging appetizers as a banquet server and worked my way up through the wedding world, from intern to venue coordinator to full-blown planner. We had an amazing experience with Sun & Daughter Events! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, timely, and friendly. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. It was a small detail, but one of our favorites, and it really showed her dedication and care for us as clients. By the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend. It was hard to say goodbye after everything she did to make our day so special. We wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, professional, and personable wedding planner. You’ll be in great hands!

Wyld Story was such an amazing option for our maternity shoot. Tucker and Alyssa were efficient, timely, and clear in their communication, which put us at ease throughout the process. Their thoughtful, detailed, and professional approach resulted in stunning photos that captured the sweetness of our love for each other and our baby girl. Couples shoots can sometimes feel awkward, but Wyld Story helped us feel relaxed and like ourselves (often getting a big belly laugh out of me). Claudia made our wedding on April 5th, 2025 at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente absolutely perfect! From start to finish, she made the whole planning process so smooth and stress-free. She totally got our vision and made sure every detail was handled perfectly on the day of the wedding. She made our welcome mirror sign, let us borrow bud vases that we used on our sweet heart and welcome table, and truly brought our vision to life. Paru was so wonderful from the very first moment. It was great how easy she was to communicate with and she made me feel so secure in my choice very quickly. Paru had a wonderful portfolio of work to look at online with many diverse clients which made my vision really feel possible as I have a very diverse friend group with ladies of so many different skin tones and complexions. She was amazing at really capturing what I wanted for my wedding day makeup and was super accommodating despite having many additions to my wedding party needs between booking and day of. The whole time, Paru was super professional, kind and understanding of my changing needs. When the morning of the wedding came, she and her assistant were professional and prepared, while also being a joy to work with. I had 5 bridesmaids, my mom, mom’s friend, grandma, and me getting ready and everything worked out perfectly on time. She was so kind accommodating last minute additions just days before the wedding too, and taking such great care of my grandma, who hasn’t had her makeup done in a very long time. Paru and her assistant took such good care of all my ladies and me and everyone looked so stunning, me included of course. She sent me off with a touch up kit, but despite many tears, I feel like my makeup didn’t budge the whole night!!! I’ve never had makeup look so ME, I almost didn’t recognize myself right away as someone who hardly wears makeup, but once I was fully dressed and glammed up I felt like the most perfect version of myself. It was really like a dream come true! I am so happy with how my look and all my ladies turned out, everyone was so beautiful. I cannot recommend her enough, she was such an angel to work with. I’ve never felt more beautiful!

I found Jenny via Instagram and was immediately in love with her work and knew she was the perfect photographer for my wedding. We hit it off from the get go and our engagement photoshoot with her solidified that we had definitely made the right choice with her. We had a very specific fantasy themed vision with both the engagement and wedding photos and Jenny captured everything beautifully. On top of providing amazing photos, Jenny provided great support throughout the wedding planning process and brought a calm confidence day-of that truly helped settle everyone's nerves. Her second shooter did an amazing job as well, they were such a fun team to be around! The other AMAZING part about hiring Jenny as our photographer is that we got sneak peaks of our wedding day photos less than a week after the event and we got all of our edited photos around 1.5 months after the wedding!! Every single person we have shown our photos has gasped at how beautiful they are. Photography was THE most important thing to me about my big day and I am beyond thrilled with my results.
