My name is Dominiq and I have been in the wedding industry since 2006. I absolutely LOVE what I do. My middle name is Jakob so my name is literally DJ, I was born for this. I have 6 sisters so not only do I love what I do, but I believe in it as a hopeless romantic at heart. I enjoy bringing together families and friends to forget about their problems for a day and just enjoy life and celebrate.
What makes me different, I would say, is that I love challenging myself with different blends with different genres so my mixes never become stale. I enjoy reading the crowd and that "oohhhhhhhh" moment is what I strive for with dance floors. Challenge me with 2 genre's that shouldn't work and I will show you how to make them work, bringing together 2 different cultures.

Reliable DJ with Amazing Energy
As a wedding planner, I’ve had the chance to work with a lot of DJs, and DJ Dominiq truly stands out. He is professional, easy to communicate with, and incredibly attentive to the timeline and flow of the event. From ceremony to the last song of the night, he keeps the energy up while still being mindful of the couple’s vision. He reads the crowd well, transitions smoothly between moments, and works seamlessly with the vendor team. It’s always such a relief to have a DJ who is reliable, organized, and genuinely invested in making the couple’s day amazing. I always look forward to working with him.

We booked DJ Dominiq for our wedding on March 11, 2022, and he absolutely made the entire day unforgettable. From our very first planning call, he was incredibly professional, responsive, and collaborative—he truly listened to our vision, song preferences, and must-play/must-avoid lists, then built an amazing timeline and flow that fit us perfectly. During the reception, he read the room like a pro. The dance floor stayed packed literally all night long—no awkward lulls, no empty floor. His energy was infectious, his transitions were seamless, and he kept the vibe exactly where it needed to be: fun, celebratory, and inclusive for every age group. As our MC, he was warm, funny, and confident without ever being over-the-top. He handled announcements, toasts, and intros flawlessly. The absolute highlight was an incredible on-the-fly idea he came up with mid-reception to get every single guest involved in a special moment—it brought the whole room together and created memories we still talk about. It felt so personal and thoughtful, and it wouldn’t have happened without his creativity and quick thinking. I genuinely can’t say enough good things. If you want a DJ who treats your wedding like it’s his own, keeps the party going strong, and makes everyone feel included, book him immediately—you won’t regret it. DJ Dominiq was THE highlight of our wedding. My husband first met Dominiq at a friend’s wedding, and he came home saying he found our DJ. We feel so lucky his schedule was open on our date. My husband and I couldn’t narrow down our list of songs we wanted to hear, and somehow Dominiq managed to get every single one in, plus some other bangers not on our list during the reception. He was so great with the guests and the wedding party. At one point, one of our groomsmen was a bit drunk and didn’t have it together for the grand entrance, and Dominiq got him in shape. We’ve recommended him to anyone we know who is getting married, and if we ever need a DJ for another event, he will be our first call. He’s fun, engaging, and very attentive to what the bride and groom want. Book him. You won’t regret it.

Dominiq did our wedding and he was AMAZING! All you have to do is give him your top 5 songs and he'll know exactly what you want out on the dance floor. He is well verse on all genres of music. If you want people out on the dance floor and not sitting down watching their phones, this is definitely your GUY! He comes fully prepared and over exceeds his job requirement. After your ceremony he can coordinate your entire night.
