From our first conversation with the Wedgewood team at Dove Canyon, we knew we were in good hands. They communicated clearly and stayed on top of every detail with multiple check-ins leading up to our big day, which gave us so much peace of mind. They worked closely with our planner and vendors to ensure the perfect day. Our wedding planning process was much less stressful as most of the vendors were included and/or had partnerships with Wedgewood. Additionally, we were so happy they were dog friendly so we could include our dogs in our ceremony! On the wedding day itself, everything ran like clockwork thanks to their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond—they helped guests who needed high chairs and wheelchair assistance. The venue itself is stunning, with gorgeous backdrops that were exactly what we fell in love with, and every inch was spotless and well-maintained. What really impressed us was how the Wedgewood team handled it all with attention and care at every single step. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we'd recommend Dove Canyon in a heartbeat to any couple looking for a beautiful and flawlessly executed wedding day.

While I could have tried to handle decor myself, having someone bring the vision to life—and then take it all down afterward—saved me an incredible amount of time and energy. They say you should feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding, and that’s exactly how my husband and I felt. Even more importantly, our loved ones were also able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. 949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!

Wedding was 1/9/2020 . Our officiant didn't add our ring exchange to our ceremony. (We had a buddist ceremony); The chaos of a strict photography schedule kept my husband and I busy. But I was so upset that moment was not going to be in photos. Dom somehow knew I needed that moment to complete. He snuck it in before our cake cutting and I was overjoyed to have him officiate that for us. He was spot on with the playlist and songs matching to our chosen genre. He did more than we asked for even when our venue coordinator dropped the ball on us with not posting seating charts. He is the best and wouldn't pick anyone else to trust to DJ/MC a special event .

I cannot recommend Love and Life Events enough! From the very beginning, their team made the entire planning process feel seamless, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. My husband and I had Chiell, Kristy, Makayla, Bella, and Christina, who helped us along the way. We were actually referred to LVLF by my cousin, who also used them for her wedding. We had an amazing experience with Sun & Daughter Events! From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, timely, and friendly. She kept us on track with our schedule and attended all of our meetings, as well as the wedding rehearsal. Not only did she lead the rehearsal seamlessly, but she also executed the procession beautifully. We received countless compliments from friends, family, and even other vendors about how smoothly everything went, all thanks to her expertise. I received a text from my florist stating, “She’s great by the way. There’s a lot of terrible ones. She’s a good one.” Aside from all the bigger tasks she also took care of so many “smaller tasks” (that were actually quite a lot!) and made sure everything was done to perfection. Her creative ideas brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined on our own. Her great communication and time management ensured us a stress-free planning. She was prompt, clear, and kept us in the loop on every detail. She communicated with the venue staff throughout the entire process and worked incredibly well with everyone involved, which made everything run seamlessly. She was extremely organized, reaching out to all our other vendors to ensure that all necessary documents for the venue were submitted on time and coordinating set-up times, locations, and details with everyone involved. On our big day, she arrived with so much enthusiasm. From the morning until the very end, she worked her butt off to ensure everything was going well. She made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted it and if something wasn’t working out (inclement weather) she was a quick problem solver. She also checked in on us regularly to make sure we were doing okay, which was such a thoughtful touch. It was a perfect day, and we owe it all to her! She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t expect. Although it wasn’t part of her job, she took it upon herself to capture some of our special moments during the day and shared those pictures with us afterward. It was a small detail, but one of our favorites, and it really showed her dedication and care for us as clients. By the end of it all, we truly felt like we had gained a friend. It was hard to say goodbye after everything she did to make our day so special. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. We recently had DJ Czar play at our wedding, and I can't say enough good things about him! From our first meeting to the last dance, he was exceptional. He took the time to really understand our vision and was super attentive throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions and even joined us for a walk-through of the venue to find the perfect setup spot, which made us feel so much more at ease. The Zoom meetings we had before the big day really helped to clarify our itinerary and address any concerns we had. The day of the wedding he had everyone, young and old, up on the dance floor. Our guests were raving about how much fun they had, and it truly felt like a party all night long. He read the crowd perfectly, mixing in everything from our requested songs, classic hits, to the latest tunes that got everyone moving. The MC was also fantastic, keeping the event flowing smoothly and making our announcements without being over the top, ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. It really felt like they were part of our celebration, rather than just hired help. The photo booth was a hit with our guests! It had a great selection of props, and everyone had a blast taking pictures. We ended up with a fun guestbook filled with memories to look back on, and it created a wonderful way for our guests to take home memories from our big day. We got married at the Wedgewood University Club in Irvine this past May, and I cannot recommend this venue and their staff enough! We were so lucky to have Brianna as our coordinator—she took such great care of us, and we absolutely loved working with her. She is incredibly nice, professional, and organized. Brianna was always on top of everything, supporting my husband and me and truly having our backs throughout the entire wedding process. The food was also fantastic! So many of our guests told us how much they enjoyed their meals. On top of that, the entire staff was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had. If you want a smooth wedding planning process with a team that supports you every step of the way, I highly recommend them!

I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. From the very beginning, Sam immediately made me feel at ease. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. She thought of the smallest things that I never would have considered until the last minute, and that alone took such a huge weight off my shoulders. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. She brought such positive energy to every meeting and made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of stressful. I also appreciated how honest and experienced she was when giving feedback on decor, ideas, and what works best for weddings. You can truly tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. She consistently communicated with all my vendors and the venue, which made such a difference not only for me, but for my entire family and bridal party. Wedding planning should be a joyful season of life, and Sam made sure it stayed that way. She attended meetings with me, sent inspiration ideas constantly, kept everything organized, and always made me feel supported. And then came the wedding day itself, and wow. Sam was absolutely incredible. She guided the bridal party, kept everything running on schedule, communicated with vendors and the venue, made sure I stayed hydrated and ate, and most importantly made me feel calm, supported, and fully present. My family and I were able to genuinely enjoy the day without being pulled in a million directions, which was exactly what I hoped for. As a full time working mom, having Sam by my side throughout this process meant more than I can explain. She took so much stress and responsibility off my hands and turned my vision into something even more beautiful than I imagined. I truly do not know how I would have done it without her. If you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner, do it. Having someone like Sam is absolutely priceless when planning such an important and memorable day. Elizabeth and her team did a great job with mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup on my wedding day! The makeup looked so good in photos while still looking like our normal selves. They were able to do 9 people’s hair and makeup all within 4 hours which was great because we didn’t have to start super early in the day. My makeup stayed put even through all of the happy tears! I absolutely loved how I looked on my wedding day and owe it all to Elizabeth!

I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Together, they did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo on my wedding day so if you are looking for a hugely talented lady, who genuinely cares about your wedding – almost as much as you do – then look no further because Celebrations by Brandi can and will deliver 110%.
