They were all so nice and easy to talk with especially on such a high stress day. Taylor did our make up and we all felt BEAUTIFUL. My mother in law said she never had seen herself look done up like that and she was so excited. With guests flying in from across the country and around the world, we heard nonstop praise about how cozy, elegant, and effortlessly chic the hotel felt (plus the cocktails and cookies were top notch). The staff was incredibly accommodating--helping with porterage, clear communication, and even a few lost-and-found rescues (thank you Amber!). Allene and Elisa were standout stars throughout the weekend helping us host several events at the hotel over three days - and stepping in to address curveballs from vendors and weather. When a once-in-a-blue-moon monsoon forced us to pivot from our planned rooftop events, the Casa Loma team handled the change with grace and creativity, preserving the overall vibe we envisioned. Guests-both locals and out-of-towners-couldn't stop raving about the views and the unbeatable location. Some spent time in the cute nooks and crannies throughout the hotel or relaxed on their balconies with those unmatched ocean views (when the rain finally let up), while others wandered over to Marine Room for late-night drinks thanks to the perfect location. And of course, the food via Sapphire was amazing! We were able to check off all our boxes when it came to cuisine and transport our guests to all ends of the earth with food from the Mediterranean, Malaysia, and South America. The Late Night Bites of sliders, fries and chicken tenders were crowd MVPs at our Afters. Thank you to the entire team for transforming a rained-out wedding weekend into the intimate, romantic wedding of our dreams.”

“Raymond (Ray) was great! Very nice, on time and he definitely felt the vibe of the room and played music based on our guests. A lot of our guests were older (millennial and baby boomers). He played songs on our list and accepted request so that everyone could dance to music they like! Which was great! “Wedding was 1/9/2020 . Our officiant didn't add our ring exchange to our ceremony. (We had a buddist ceremony); The chaos of a strict photography schedule kept my husband and I busy. But I was so upset that moment was not going to be in photos. Dom somehow knew I needed that moment to complete. He snuck it in before our cake cutting and I was overjoyed to have him officiate that for us. He was spot on with the playlist and songs matching to our chosen genre. He did more than we asked for even when our venue coordinator dropped the ball on us with not posting seating charts. He is the best and wouldn't pick anyone else to trust to DJ/MC a special event .”
