“Karen and her team have gone above and beyond to help coordinate our wedding back in April and we are still dreaming of that wonderful day! I was originally in the planning process with another coordinator who had a job switch during this process and thus I was referred to Karen. Right off the bat Karen was super on top of everything, and so kind and patient, also just fun to work with. We hit it off with her right away – she was super responsive and knowledgeable. On our wedding day and rehearsal as well she kept the whole crew on top of everything, and everything ran on time and seamlessly. I remember she came over to us during dinner reception and reminded us to take a moment to take it all in with each other – I now realized how important that was as I am still dreaming of that day and reliving all the moments in my mind. At the end of the evening – everything got packed neatly away into our cars so all we had to do was drive back. “I truly cannot thank Sam enough for all the hard work, time, care, and love she poured into making my wedding day so seamless and stress free. I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. From the very beginning, Sam immediately made me feel at ease. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. She thought of the smallest things that I never would have considered until the last minute, and that alone took such a huge weight off my shoulders. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. She brought such positive energy to every meeting and made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of stressful. I also appreciated how honest and experienced she was when giving feedback on decor, ideas, and what works best for weddings. You can truly tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. She consistently communicated with all my vendors and the venue, which made such a difference not only for me, but for my entire family and bridal party. Wedding planning should be a joyful season of life, and Sam made sure it stayed that way. “From our first initial "meet and greet" call with Erin, we could tell that she was extremely intentional about her services. I still remember her asking us, "what a successful wedding day looked like to each of us," when we first started the planning process. Even though we had hired her for her day of coordinator services, throughout the journey of planning our wedding, we would bring Erin some of the most random questions and I (the bride) would bring a lot of concerns that were brought up with times where I was feeling stressed. But each time, Erin made sure to answer all of our questions/concerns and made sure to always bring us back down from stressful mindsets and remind us of our initial answers to that question. We truly felt that Erin prioritized us and made sure to get to know us on a personal level. With knowing our personalities, I feel that Erin would change her approaches in helping us plan in ways that we could easily digest as the planning of a wedding on our own felt overwhelming at times. Erin was also very good at noticing when we would forget to complete some of our “to-do” items and would gently send us reminders or even offer to assist us in completing certain planning tasks to help us get to the finish line. Towards the last few weeks, I was working on the final details such as our seating chart and going slightly crazy with aligning all the names and numbers on Canva and Erin swooped in to quickly fix all of our signage! Even down to the day before the wedding during our “load-in” at the reception space, we discovered that 20 of our plates had broken during transportation and Erin assured us that she would make it all work for our guests and vendors and that everyone had a plate! I wish we had hired Erin for the full wedding coordination, but we were blessed that she worked with our budget to give us day of coordination and month of coordination, and even extra coordination and the answer to our many questions/concerns. Erin was not only was extremely organized with coordinating for us, but she brought up so many factors that we would have overlooked and made the moments leading up to our big day and the wedding day itself extremely seamless. I truly felt that Erin always and completely understood the visions we had for the feel of our wedding and how we wanted everything to flow and look. My husband and I were on a very tight budget which Erin understood and made sure that we could find ways to achieve the aspects of our wedding that we wanted in a budget friendly way. Lastly, Erin's calm, warm and extremely friendly personality made it so that she was amazing to work with, I was always excited for our meetings with her and all of our vendors, and our ceremony/reception coordinators loved her and her team! Our day would not have been as amazing without Erin and her team; my husband and I were able to fully take in all of the moments of our day without having to worry about a thing!”

“I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. “If you’re recently engaged, let Diana be the first person you hire. I knew that someone who used to plan rock shows could handle my family and our wedding and she absolutely delivered. She’s responsive, thorough, super organized, and always goes the extra mile. Her pricing is an incredible value for the level of service she provides. We had our DIY wedding on State Park land, which comes with extra rules and requirements, and she handled every detail with ease. Diana is also really well connected in the wedding world and had excellent vendor recommendations - all people she’s worked with before and has great relationships with. Everything ran so smoothly, and it felt like we were working with one big, cohesive team. It was such a time and money saver to have her handle our florals and rentals too. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and she helped us stay under budget. I had total confidence in all of her recommendations and it was a huge stress relief to let go of some of the details. “I contacted Terri, at TMF, to discuss my daughter’s upcoming bridal shower and she was amazing! I had a few ideas of what I was looking for and she understood what I was imagining and really refined what I was thinking and converted my few thoughts into a cohesive theme and a beautiful event for my daughter!
