I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! Having been a bridesmaid in weddings that left me physically and emotionally drained, my biggest goal for my own wedding was to feel calm and stress-free. Thanks to Joyfully Co, I actually got to *enjoy* my wedding day—and everything came together beautifully. We received so many compliments, and best of all, my husband and I were able to leave by 9:30 p.m. while their team took care of all the cleanup. It was such a gift. One of the things I appreciated most was how seamlessly they coordinated with all my vendors—many of whom they had worked with before. I never once worried that someone wouldn't show up or that something would fall through the cracks. As a Korean American, I also want to highlight how thoughtful they were in understanding and incorporating cultural details. They kept everything on schedule and consistently communicated with the bridal party throughout the day, which made a huge difference. The planning tools they provided were lifesavers. Their premade spreadsheets included everything: seating charts, tipping guides, vendor contact lists, timelines, packing lists—you name it. During our planning meetings, they reviewed the timeline well in advance and brought a calm confidence that really helped put me at ease. We also opted for the design package, which was such a game changer. While I could have tried to handle decor myself, having someone bring the vision to life—and then take it all down afterward—saved me an incredible amount of time and energy. They say you should feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding, and that’s exactly how my husband and I felt. Even more importantly, our loved ones were also able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. I’ll always be grateful for Joyfully Co and can’t recommend them enough to other brides. They are truly a gift, and I’m cheering them on always!

949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! Summary/TLDR:  We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help!  We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made.  When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful!  We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts.  I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room.  Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!!  If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!

We had an incredible experience with Tyler’s Saxophone Experience from start to finish. Tyler listened carefully to all of her song requests and put together a hip, amazing playlist that perfectly matched her style and the vibe of the event. Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Long review!! It has been well over a month, almost two and I still have Been gushing over our wedding day. From the start when I matched with Chasing Joy creations on Bark.com I knew I had to use her as my planner. I am the first in my family to have an actual wedding and I knew I needed all the help I could get. My husband has always been a man who needs to meet a person and feel them out and as soon as Joey spoke at our meet up I can tell he was set on her. She is warm, kind and sweet. She takes you in and really loves what she does and it’s shows in how she shows up executing each task. With that being said, there wasn’t ONE thing Joey didn’t help us with. She helped us with venue searching, confirming color schemes, floral arrangements, venue decor, invitation designs, and so so much more. I had no issues with her from beginning to end and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive through the whole process. They were so kind, patient, and genuinely cared about our vision and helped bring it to life. We personally did not use the provided Aisle Planner account to its fullest capability (Google Sheets ftw!), however it would have been a great tool since it has everything you need to keep organized, and more. The planning process was seamless, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and creative ideas. Every element, from the little decor decisions to the coordination of the event, was executed with precision and care. On the day of the wedding, the team was on top of everything, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about any of the logistics. We owe it to Love and Life Events for making our “backyard” wedding a DREAM! There were a lot of unknowns about our wedding. But one decision was easy; choosing Tucker and Alyssa to be our photographers. We have followed Tucker Horton Media on Instagram for a while before we got engaged and when we decided on a venue in southern California, we knew we had to reach out to our favorite Instagram photographers.   Their replies were quick, professional and their quotes were more than fair. We were particularly pleased to learn that engagement photos were included in the quote and took full advantage of that perk as well!   Engagement photos: One thing we loved about working with Tucker and Alyssa was how much space they gave us during our engagement shoot. With all the wedding planning in our heads, they could tell we needed a moment to relax before we could really get the pictures we wanted. Their patience and relaxed presence let us open up and capture some truly beautiful moments. Tucker can chase the light like no other and Alyssa fed us prompts when we were feeling awkward. The result was some really special moments both captured in photo, and felt by the both of us. And! The turn-around time for getting our photos back was way faster than we thought!   Wedding Day: To be frank, our wedding day was more hectic than some. Personalities clashed, and some things fell apart. Through that, Wyld Story found pockets of peace to capture some really beautiful moments and showed incredible grace under pressure.   The final pictures were beyond what we could have expected! One of which we actually turned into a 2000 piece puzzle and is currently hanging in our living room! When we went through the fullness of our wedding photos a couple weeks later, more than once we found ourselves saying, “Wait, that’s us???” just because some of the pictures were so spectacular.   One of the best parts of the Wyld Story package was being able to get a handful of sneak peak photos to pass around at dinner to all of our guests. That extra step was a way for us to keep the celebration going right after the ceremony and was an amazing surprise! We were also amazed at the number of photos we got of our guests that were taken while we were off doing other things. During our wedding day, we found ourselves pulled in so many directions as we interacted with all of our guests. After the wedding day, we got to relive different parts of our reception that we had initially missed and smile in the moments that our guests got to enjoy.

Can't say enough great things about Paru! She was so easy to work with from start to finish and I cannot thank her enough. She was so kind and sweet throughout and I honestly can't thank her enough. I originally had contacted her for hair but added in make up last minute due to issues I was having with other vendors and I am so glad I did! Our trial was amazing and she made me feel like a movie star. It felt so wild to see myself in glam but she did it so well! I wasn't sure how I would feel with a glam look but it definitely played out nicely. We also spontaneously decided to braid my husband's hair during my trial and oh my god, it was so good! We hired her for day of for that as well because it looked so nice and clean. On day of the wedding she did an even better job and honestly knocked it out of the park. She also did my mom and my MOH's make up which both looked so fabulous. I am so grateful to her for making this portion of my day so incredibly seamless and without stress. There's nothing more I could have asked for and can't wait to see how my pictures came out!
