I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! From the very beginning, they were an absolute pleasure to work with—thoughtful, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. I had already secured most of my vendors when I reached out to them, and instead of trying to upsell me, they kindly recommended a more tailored package that better fit my needs and budget. That level of honesty and care really set the tone for the rest of our experience. Every meeting with them was encouraging and reassuring—I felt completely safe and supported in their hands. Having been a bridesmaid in weddings that left me physically and emotionally drained, my biggest goal for my own wedding was to feel calm and stress-free. Thanks to Joyfully Co, I actually got to *enjoy* my wedding day—and everything came together beautifully. We received so many compliments, and best of all, my husband and I were able to leave by 9:30 p.m. while their team took care of all the cleanup. It was such a gift. One of the things I appreciated most was how seamlessly they coordinated with all my vendors—many of whom they had worked with before. As a Korean American, I also want to highlight how thoughtful they were in understanding and incorporating cultural details. They kept everything on schedule and consistently communicated with the bridal party throughout the day, which made a huge difference. The planning tools they provided were lifesavers. Their premade spreadsheets included everything: seating charts, tipping guides, vendor contact lists, timelines, packing lists—you name it. During our planning meetings, they reviewed the timeline well in advance and brought a calm confidence that really helped put me at ease. We also opted for the design package, which was such a game changer. While I could have tried to handle decor myself, having someone bring the vision to life—and then take it all down afterward—saved me an incredible amount of time and energy. They say you should feel like the guest of honor at your own wedding, and that’s exactly how my husband and I felt. Even more importantly, our loved ones were also able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. I’ll always be grateful for Joyfully Co and can’t recommend them enough to other brides. They are truly a gift, and I’m cheering them on always!

949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was professional and kind and brought the energy to the wedding day! This team was incredible and made our wedding a night we will never forget!! Pictures don't capture just how much fun we had! When I started planning my 40th birthday party, I couldn't decide between a band or a DJ. Each one I was looking at was just not the vibe and I was starting to get discouraged. Then, a friend of mine posted a story at a party where Tyler was DJing/playing the sax, and right away I knew he was the missing piece. I've attended parties with a sax player before, but NEVER like this and never one who does BOTH the DJing AND the sax! From the moment I reached out, Tyler was incredible. He followed up quickly and was great with all communications - we hopped on a call and to go over my theme and ideas, and he was so receptive and amazing with adding in things to help take my existing ideas to the next level. He even helped with the floor plan suggestions to help ensure my goal of "everyone being on the dance floor with me all night" would be more achievable - and omg am I glad I listened. Additionally, he suggested extending the party 1 hour, and thankfully we did because my initial timing guess was way off. Bottom line - trust him, HE KNOWS HIS STUFF. At the same time, he was never pushy and I never felt like I HAD to go with his ideas, but again, so glad I did. On the night of the party, from start to finish Tyler and his team were flawless. He made sure to play all of my "must play" songs, and read the vibes of the room perfectly - I've truly never seen some of my guests dance this much EVER. The amount of people who came up to me that night and have texted and called me since to tell me how epic Tyler and his team were is not surprising in the least. Multiple guests described it as the "best party they've ever been to" and said they "haven't danced that much since college" (and let's just say, it's been at least 15-20 years since then for all of us). One of my friends even booked him on the spot for her upcoming birthday! I could truly go on and on, but I will just end with this - DON'T THINK TWICE, DON'T BOTHER LOOKING ELSEWHERE, BOOK TYLER. You will NOT regret it! Thanks Tyler and team for the most epic night of my life!!! (also, I wish I could upload videos here because photos don't do any justice!!!)

I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.

Modern Highway was absolutely FANTASTIC at our wedding! Their setlist of 80s, 90s, and 2000s hits had everyone on their feet all night. So blessed to have Joey for our June wedding with lavender theme. Highest ROI florist in SoCal if not the whole country! Love her genuine care about our style and budget, her effective communication, her attention to details, especially her efforts to go extra mile to ensure a perfect wedding. Besides arranging flowers, Joey also helped with cake decoration, table card distribution, seating chart placement with her own mirror and waxing seals etc., leaving us full peace of mind before and during the wedding day. She didn’t charge extra labor cost for loading/unloading, unlike other florists we quoted, and we need to thank her husband for the logistics part too! Joey also solved the emergency caused by the church runner I bought. Luckily she offered to help set up the runner and found about the wrong size the day before she took the folded runner out for ironing. Although I didn’t use her service as planner or coordinator of the wedding, I can tell how awesome she will be when she wears those hats. Hope more brides-to-be can get to know her before signing with other florists & planners.

I’ll start with we are the most last minute couple that ever lived. Cesar made what I thought would be the hardest thing so easy! Even when we had no idea what songs we wanted he asked for a vibe and executed beyond our wildest dreams. Let me just say, he knows all the right questions to figure out what you need, even when you didn’t know you needed it, and doesn’t make you feel bad when you text him at 10 pm saying you forgot to add a song. Haha. We had a little bit of everything when it comes to music (romantic ceremony, elevated jazz cocktail hour, and a wild Hispanic/English reception) and he melted it together seamlessly. Not to mention our photo booth attendant was HILARIOUS, kept it lively and helped even the drunkest of us get awesome pics. Honest, affordable and everything we were looking for. He even let us take pics behind the booth and as you can tell we were having the greatest end to our night (see pics)

The University Club by Wedgewood Weddings made planning our wedding from out of state incredibly smooth. Their team responded quickly to every question. On the day of, we didn't have to worry about organizing or corralling people because everything was already set up and running like clockwork. The venue itself is beautiful and clean, and we were impressed by how reasonable and all inclusive their pricing was. We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, and we'd absolutely recommend them to any couple looking for a convenient and reliable venue. Lisa was the best day of coordinator and we got to be fully present and enjoy our day without worrying about any logistics. We loved all our recommended vendors (Blue Heart Entertainment, Corey with Weddings by LMP, Patty’s Cakes, Juno Bee Charcuterie) and have no regrets about the best day ever!

Jenny and her team made my wedding happen! I got the "Day of" Coordination package, but Jenny worked with me for months leading up to the event. She provided so many wonderful recommendations and resources to help with the planning process. She communicated with all the vendors and made sure there was no stress for me on the big day. Our venue was a bit disjointed in their comunication and Jenny was able to bridge all those gaps, find creative solutions to problems and probably solved so many other issues that I don't even know about. All our items were well taken care of and we always knew what was going on. Jenny took command of our wedding weekend and made sure we were on time and got to experience everything exactly as we wanted to. I'm recommending her to everyone I know that is getting married in the future!!

I have so many good things to say about Celebrations by Brandi aside from being AMAZING! First off, she is an wonderful human being. I knew from the beginning that she was the one! Talking with her was like to talking to a girlfriend. She is genuinely kind, warm, fun, and easy to talk to over the phone. I regretted not hiring her from the beginning because I went with another wedding planner (The W Event Planner) due to budget, which was the biggest mistake ever! I ended up losing my deposit with the other event planner, but it was all worth it when I finally got the planner I really wanted from the beginning. I was very grateful that Brandi was still available for my wedding and that she was kind and understanding enough to take me back after explaining what had happened with the previous wedding planner I hired. After that it was history! Brandi became the person to go to for any and all advice (psychological stuff too!). It was so easy to see her as a friend. Being able to fully trust her with every detail of my wedding just made wedding planning that much more less stressful and made the whole process much more fun and exciting. Throughout the whole process Brandi was always available to help calm nerves and offer effective solutions to all problems, big and small. She was always on hand, day or night, to offer support and guidance. I found the enormity of planning a wedding rather overwhelming at times, while trying to live up to the expectations of myself and others. She took away this worry on so many occasions. Her eye for detail, focus on perfection and wealth of knowledge on all things wedding was invaluable. On the day she was by our side with her assistant Victoria, making sure everything ran smoothly, and we trusted their organization and decision making on our very special day. Together, they did an amazing job! I couldn’t have asked for a better duo on my wedding day so if you are looking for a hugely talented lady, who genuinely cares about your wedding – almost as much as you do – then look no further because Celebrations by Brandi can and will deliver 110%.
