With a background in hospitality and product development, Kim was inspired to create a deeply personalized experience for each of her clients. I started my floral journey three years ago while studying floral design in Huntington Beach. I have had the incredible privilege of being a part of some of the most significant and intimate celebratory milestones over the years and it has been a true honor.

Several years ago, I began making ice cream at home and in the process enjoyed experimenting with various flavors. Our guests enjoyed the flavors I created, and the idea of a commercial product was born. I named the company and product ‘Neemo’s Exotic Ice Creams’ after my two daughters Nikita and Monica. My goal was to create a high-quality and unique product in a niche market. In April 2001, I launched the company, supplying wholesale ice cream to restaurants and for events. We started off with four flavors, our signature flavor which still remains the most popular – Saffron Silk (saffron ice cream mingled with rose and pistachios)

Photography has always been a lifelong passion of mine, I picked up my first camera as a gift from my dad when I was 14 years old. Never in a million years would I have thought that my lifelong hobby could eventually become my career. I focused on my future, working my way through college and grad school to achieve my license to practice, but a part of me realized that I wanted to pursue a career that allowed me to go on adventures and meet a lot of new people.
