I met with her about 10 months before my wedding, and at that point I was starting to feel overwhelmed because I had barely planned anything. From the very beginning, Sam immediately made me feel at ease. She came fully prepared with everything I could possibly need including wedding budget templates, welcome guides, decor lists, photoshoot lists, timelines, and so many thoughtful details all organized in an easy to access shared Google Drive. She thought of the smallest things that I never would have considered until the last minute, and that alone took such a huge weight off my shoulders. One of my favorite things about Sam is that she was ALWAYS genuinely excited for me. She brought such positive energy to every meeting and made the entire planning process feel exciting instead of stressful. I also appreciated how honest and experienced she was when giving feedback on decor, ideas, and what works best for weddings. You can truly tell how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. She consistently communicated with all my vendors and the venue, which made such a difference not only for me, but for my entire family and bridal party. Wedding planning should be a joyful season of life, and Sam made sure it stayed that way. She attended meetings with me, sent inspiration ideas constantly, kept everything organized, and always made me feel supported. And then came the wedding day itself, and wow. Sam was absolutely incredible. She guided the bridal party, kept everything running on schedule, communicated with vendors and the venue, made sure I stayed hydrated and ate, and most importantly made me feel calm, supported, and fully present. My family and I were able to genuinely enjoy the day without being pulled in a million directions, which was exactly what I hoped for. As a full time working mom, having Sam by my side throughout this process meant more than I can explain. She took so much stress and responsibility off my hands and turned my vision into something even more beautiful than I imagined. I truly do not know how I would have done it without her. If you are debating hiring a coordinator or planner, do it. Having someone like Sam is absolutely priceless when planning such an important and memorable day. “Liz was so easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. She did my hair and makeup trial on my rehearsal day because that’s what worked for me logistically, and she absolutely nailed the look that I wanted. She then executed it flawlessly again the next day for my wedding and I could not be happier with the result. She is punctual, professional, clearly very experienced, and she listens to what you want. Every single person who got a service from her was thrilled with the outcome. My mother in law originally only signed up to get her hair done, but after she saw how great everyone’s makeup looked she asked if she could get makeup done too and Liz was able to fit her into the schedule AND still get everyone done on time. I felt so beautiful and elegant and my husband could not stop complimenting the way she did my hair and makeup, and he does not give compliments out unless they are well-deserved!!! “We did our maternity and holiday family picture with Cassy, and our family love it! I have a golden retriever and a 3-year old toddler so you can imagine how chaotic it can be to take a good family picture with two goofy balls. Cassy is amazing! She has this special magic to make the photo session a fun game for them and capture the precious moments for the family (the interaction, the laugh and etc.). She is patient with all our requests (e.g. different combination of family members) and she is good at guiding us for poses that looks natural but aesthetic. The whole session was like a fun activity and the whole family enjoyed it. We got our picture in about a week ( it's just like a blink considering it is holiday season!) and everyone loves it - the photo gallery is super easy to access and share with family members. Perfect if you want to do a digital holiday cards :) I'd highly recommend Cassy to capture the precious moments for every special occasion.”

“Honestly I don’t have one bad thing to say about the make up it was perfect, I loved the make up and hair it made me feel like a Barbie. I did the trial first, which I do recommend it, because we changed a few things from it for the wedding and that just made it exactly what I wanted. The reason why I’m giving it 4 stars it’s because of her not being based in Phoenix so it makes it less flexible. I asked her like 5 months before the wedding if she could remove just the hair of one of my bridesmaids because she got pregnant and wasn’t coming, and she said no because of the travel she already was counting with that money which I understood. Then for the trial, I got my date (which is hard to request specific dates with my work schedule ) and she canceled last minute ( in her favor it was a really good reason). Then I tried to book it the next month like we talked about and she had another issue and couldn’t travel to do it, so we didn’t have the trial until a few weeks before the wedding, which was okay but I just feel like I was being very flexible to someone that was not being flexible to me at all. And even though she said she doesn’t charge for travel fees, she did charge me 260 for the drive to one area in Phoenix to the venue, which I think it’s a little high (but I’ve never done this before so it might be normal). And my last complain is she told me she was going to give me a touch up kit for the wedding, and when I asked for it she gave me a used lipstick and some setting powder with no brush or sponge or anything, that did not help at all to retouch my make up after some tears. She probably just ran out of them. But like I said at the beginning I have zero complains about the actual make up and hair, it was perfect I do recommend her a lot if you live in LA, if you are out of her area just keep in mind there won’t be a lot of flexibility. (I put pictures of the wedding and trial )”

“949 Studio met and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day! Our DJ Mike was considerate of our wants and met with us a few times before the wedding day to ensure everything was nailed down. He double-checked our chosen songs and made suggestions if he thought one of them wouldn't work. He really brought the party to the wedding day! Our MC Matt was top-notch. He made sure that he had everyone's names correct, that our timeline was on schedule, and was able to work on his feet when something didn't happen exactly in the timeline. He was super easy to work with from the start, very professional and everything with him felt simple and stress free. We knew we were in good hands from the start. What made it even better was how he fit right in with everyone. He, and his assistant Tim, were hanging out and making friends with our guests in the days leading up to the wedding, so by the time the actual party started, it felt like they were already a part of the group. It made the whole night that much more fun. And the party absolutely went off. The dance floor was packed the entire time, the sax was such a hit, and he knew exactly how to keep the energy up. People were dancing all night and we had so many guests talking about how great he was afterward. He even MCed for us in English and Spanish. And to top it off, he joined all of our guests in an epic pool plunge to end the night. We couldn’t recommend Tyler enough. He brought the party and helped make the night unforgettable.”

“Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.”
