Any questions, requests, or info I needed was answered and addressed so quickly and efficiently, and it really makes the entire wedding planning process just that much easier. All our favorite songs playing throughout our wedding at key moments like our ceremony, reception, and first dance made the event feel so dreamy and cinematic, and I can’t thank Rob and Jordan enough for making our event so memorable. We also booked our photo booth (Feature Booth) through them, and it was the same amazing communication and day of execution. As a graphic designer, I wanted to customize the text around the photo to give it a little bit of a special touch, and they were able to accommodate this and send me a digital preview as well. They definitely know what they’re doing at Second Song and definitely a team I would recommend to couples for their upcoming weddings!”

“Seth was the best wedding DJ that we could have hoped for! We first met Seth at a wedding vendor expo event at our reception venue and were immediately impressed by the quality of his sound system and his ability to mix the selected soundtrack live. Seth is very communicative. In our first meeting with Seth, it was already immediately apparent that he was very experienced and very passionate about making our wedding day special and everything that we wanted it to be. We felt very comfortable that he knew what he was doing, and on the day of the wedding he executed flawlessly. As for the preparation work, Seth schedules multiple meetings with you leading up to your wedding day which eases a lot of the nerves heading into busy planning season. Seth also has an app that you can download on your phone which is awesome because it allows you to edit details of your wedding day timeline and playlist on-the-go as we were making decisions during the planning months. On the day of the wedding, Seth came prepared having downloaded all the music that we talked about ahead of time and he kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT (over 3 hours). Seth responded to the audience and was able to mix a variety of genres that we had requested (like country, pop, spanish music, musical songs, etc) over various sets across the evening. He also coordinated our photo booth which was a nice touch that all the guests really enjoyed and had a second person stationed there for help all night. We couldn't recommend Seth enough to other couples who are in need of a DJ! Thank you, Seth!”

“I was obsessed with my wedding hair and makeup. It was exactly what I requested (light coverage makeup that lasted all day and hair half up hair with waves that also stayed all day but wouldn’t get all knotted from a bunch of hair spray). I was crying or sweating for about 80% of the day and it all lasted perfectly without ever looking cakey/streaky/etc. As someone who never gets my hair/makeup done, I recommend doing a trial. I found I wasn’t super great at articulating what I wanted and my inspo photos were not cohesive. Tiffany was great in helping with each step and giving me different options! She is communicative and flexible. She’s also super sweet and relaxing which is the right type of energy for the morning of your wedding! I would recommend her to any of my friends.”

“Gabriella and Claudio Cakes were an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Gabriella was easy to communicate and work with - I showed her the cake that I wanted and she was able to execute my vision perfectly. She is very professional, and the desserts and cakes were delicious with a quality like from a Parisian bakery! My guests loved the cake and desserts. I had so many people asking me where I got my cake from. Claudio Cakes also went above and beyond, coming to my house to do a cake tasting which was super convenient. “Can't say enough about the quality of James's work, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and curating the best dance party experience at our wedding!! From start to finish he was extremely prepared and provided us with all the materials needed to organize the music and run of show. As both DJ and MC, James truly went the extra mile to make our day run seamlessly, and made us feel so special. He was even accommodating to our last minute music requests and was very patient with us. “I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! “You will not find a better wedding band than The Moon Units! (and it's way better than a DJ, trust). We chose them because we heard them at our friends’ wedding, and it was the best wedding band we had ever heard. They played songs that weren’t the typical songs you always hear at weddings (and get bored/sick of), and they sounded EXACTLY like the original version of the song - incredible musicians and vocals. My now husband is a former professional musician, so the music at our wedding was extremely important to us, and we knew they were the only choice. From their communication throughout our planning, to their extensive song list, to the option for them to learn specials songs just for us (which they crushed), The Moon Units were nothing short of spectacular. They are also all very kind people, which is the cherry on top and makes such a difference on a wedding day!! They will also be playing at another friends’ upcoming wedding soon too (that’s how impressed everyone is with them). “I was almost not going to choose Ingrid as a wedding coordinator and that would have been one of my biggest regrets as a bride for my wedding. I actually had already put a small deposit down for another wedding coordinator, but once I met Ingrid, she stole my heart. She was my calm to my storm, my ying to my yang, my Robin to my Batman…etc Ingrid is not only an amazing wedding coordinator, but she is also an amazing wedding officiant. She took our love story and crazy ceremony ideas (such as taking a shot with us along with our guests before we sealed the deal or taping our ring box underneath one of the chairs for a surprise ring bearer) and created the ceremony of our dreams. To hear from multiple guests that it was the best ceremony they attended was the best compliment we could receive because the ceremony is the most important part of a wedding. It was my favorite part of my wedding. Then she can amazingly switch gears from officiant to wedding coordinator and rock that too. She can do it all (literally). I always have other couples tell us that their wedding day goes by very fast and they didn’t really get to enjoy all the little things. However, my husband and I felt like our special day did not go by so fast and we most definitely got to enjoy the little things mainly because Ingrid took care of everything behind the scenes that no one sees. She created an amazing timeline for us, took charge of our vendors, made sure we were right on schedule with everything, was super communicative along the way… the list goes on and on. She is everything you would want in a wedding coordinator. I am very sad I won’t get to work with her anymore unless I get married again lol, but I would recommend her to anyone I know and hopefully get to see her in action again.”

Santiago's communication was top-notch, and their thorough questionnaire made me feel really taken care of. We had a few last minute changes that required adding on some equipment, and Santiago handled it swiftly. I really appreciated the vendors that eliminated added stress by being prompt and responsive, so thank you Santiago! Some Pros from the night: - I often find wedding DJs to be way too cheesy/hammy or super low-energy and disinterested. Our DJ was lively and engaged but not over the top, it was perfect. I also appreciated how well he was dressed! - My Do Not Play list was loooooong and they stuck to it! - I definitely felt like he read the room and switched up the vibe as needed - The DJ booth set up was a pleasant surprise - it was really cool! I wasn't expecting more than just a table and black table cloth. But the nice equipment and the vinyl records on display really added a lot and complimented the vintage feel of the space. We were drawn to their journalistic style of capturing love between partners: intimate, natural (doesn’t look too posed), synergizes with the location, delicate, and sweet. After having phone calls with other vendors, we were most excited to work with Cruzio. Not only do they have an amazing portfolio (easily accessible on their beautiful website), but they have great packages to offer their clients. Our package came with an engagement shoot and the results were mind-blowing. I know that sounds hyperbolic, but my partner & I don’t show a lot of PDA and the Cruzio team captured our love so sweetly. When we got the photos and video short, we kept on saying, “That’s us!!” Given their portfolio, we trusted their expertise and artistic eye. Not only were they kind while providing clear directions and great ideas, but they’ll do their best to get the optimal shot. They’re immensely generous with their talents considering all the thought and detail they put into their product. Also, they’re really easy to talk to.
