Revel in the exclusivity of reserving our private sprawling 1920s Mediterranean-style mansion with breathtaking ocean views for your dream wedding experience. Imagine exchanging your vows on the bluffs overlooking Los Angeles bay with a backdrop of swaying palms, lapping waves and lush gardens. *Bel-Air Bay Club is exclusively reserved for one event at a time, with a food and beverage minimum guarantee and site fee required. We do not work with any outside catering, nor do we offer site rental-only/ceremony-only events. Rates do vary by year, day of the week and time of year. We offer prime and off-season rates. Our rates are most applicable for guest counts of 125+ based on day of the week (with an average of 175+ on a Saturday where our rate is the highest). We offer a (non-holiday) weekday Monday-Thursday evening rate that is our most cost effective and a win for clients anticipating fewer than 100 guests. We typically work with events with a minimum guest count of 75 on a weekday.

This is the experience of the Bel-Air Bay Club, an exclusive Los Angeles wedding venue with a beautiful ocean view and private estate on the bluffs overlooking the Southern California bay where all your wedding dreams will come true. House your wedding party in our nine well-appointed Guest Rooms and get ready for your big day on-site. Exchange vows on the Lawn overlooking the Santa Monica Bay as the sun sets over the Pacific. Enjoy cocktails and congratulations in the Living Room, or wander to the outdoor Patio with its lighted fountain and roaring fireplace. Dine and dance the night away in the Dining Room – where vaulted ceilings, wrought iron chandeliers and a grand fireplace are just steps away from the ocean breezes on the balcony. Every room features grand windows with an endless view of the coastline.

As the Club is primarily reserved with the food and beverage minimum guarantee requirement, we do not work with any outside catering. **As you are reserving the entire estate exclusively for you and your guests to enjoy, our location is meant for events with a minimum of 75 guests. ***Please note that rates do vary by day of the week and time of year.     best day of my life

    Working with the Bel Air Bay Club to plan my wedding was so amazing and simple! I got married on Saturday June 6, 2026. They provide workbooks and packets of things you must decide on to make your day how you want. I was lucky enough to have had a planner help me plan my perfect day, but the BABC did an amazing job communicating with me as well to make sure we were all on the same page. The staff was so attentive and friendly throughout the whole process. From working with Liz, Jenny, and Alissa leading up to the big day to the staff the day of the wedding, the service and etiquette was more than I could’ve ever imagined. My husband and I were well taken care of all day and everyone always made sure they were there is we needed anything. Marielena, the bridal assistant from BABC, was the sweetest most angelic person I have ever met! She was such an amazing help to my husband and I on the day, and I couldn’t imagine my day without her help. She really is a fairy godmother and if you’re lucky enough to be able to have her assist you on your day, it is such a treat. The food was amazing from start to finish, our guests continue to rave about it until this day! They have so many great options to select from to personalize your day to fit you and your partner’s preferences. The quality is definitely up to par for the price you pay. The BABC does have a lot of regulations and protocols to be mindful of for the day of your event since they are a very busy venue, if you have any questions about restrictions or regulations their team does a great job of answering all of your questions or concerns. My wedding day was such a dream and I wish I could relive it everyday thanks to everyone at the BABC and our amazing vendors. ️️

    The ABSOLUTE BEST

    We got married at BABC on New Year's Eve 2024 - a week before the fires in the Pacific Palisades. Although I'm not sure what 2025 looks like for Bel-Air, I still wanted to share my wonderful experience working with the team at BABC. From the first interaction with Jenny and the on-site tour and working with Liz for almost a year in planning and then the day-of team of Ben and Madison, everything was 15/10. Every detail was addressed and taken care of. I was able to personalize each aspect and our wedding day was planned down to the (literal) 5-minute. We had countless calls and video meetings planning in the months and weeks leading to the big day and Liz could not be more patient in working with me and changing previously made decisions. Part of my thank you note to the BABC team: "It was truly perfect!! I keep saying “I wish I was a guest at my own wedding!” so we truly could’ve experienced every detail. We’ve gotten so many comments from our friends and families that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. You and the entire BABC staff went above and beyond. The service was incredible, every tiny detail was noticed and taken care of, and the whole day was so smooth. Kyle and I had zero nerves all day and I didn’t look at a clock once if you can believe it! That brings me to Ben and Madison - wow! What a fantastic team they make. I hope they know how much we appreciated them (and Vivienne!) in bringing the day to life and handling anything that came up so we could just enjoy the day. I will miss working with you but am so excited to have these perfect wedding memories and the best experience to look back on." If you have the chance to get married at Bel-Air Bay Club - DO IT! It truly was a magical day and will forever hold a special place in my heart. What a perfect place to start our marriage.
