About this venue

For any event, there is truly no better combination of view, privacy, flat space, accessibility, parking, and natural beauty for events anywhere in Malibu! With 360 panoramic views of the mountain and ocean. This private venue is not available for use by the general public, and is only available by qualified referrals, and only limited dates are available. This is not a commercial wedding factory, and we just do a few events a year by referral, so it is really special and fun and intimate.

    Seriously my all time favorite venue. The view, the house, and Malibu vibes are perfect for my destination clients. Chaya is great to work with and I hope to have more weddings at this beautiful venue soon!

    Venue with best views!

    I had the most positive experience at this wedding venue with breathtaking views that left us in awe. It has panoramic shimmering ocean view which created an unforgettable backdrop for my clients special day. The manager Chaya was professionalism was exceptional; their attention to detail and personalized service ensured every aspect of the clients wedding was flawless. From the initial planning stages to the big day itself, they went above and beyond to make the process smooth. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and team to create cherished memories that will last a lifetime.

    HIGHLY recommend!

    Working with Chaya and the Malibu Seaview Estate team is so, so wonderful. The views are stunning, the house is truly spectacular, and guests leave feeling AMAZED. There is so much you can do to customize the property and it is truly one of the very best in Malibu! I can not recommend enough!

    Just book it! Best views EVER and best team too

    We got married here last year and outside of the amazing views, Chaya and her family are so sweet to work with. She responds to emails fast, is super sweet and attentive to detail, and will truly work with you to make your wedding day a success. She was also so patient with all our questions which was so appreciated. Highly recommend staying there too if you’re able - the views are absolutely breathtaking and paints the perfect setting for creating memories of a lifetime. :) Thank you for everything!

    Malibu view is a beautiful estate to host an event. This is probably one of my favorite venues because of the location, beautiful view and lovely owners.

Yes, it all just must be served by a licensed bartender and to nobody under the age of 21.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
We offer parking for up to 20 vendor cars but all guests must be shuttled to the venue, there is no guest parking. The only exception is 1-2 personal cars of the client.
Malibu has a great temperate climate with mostly sunny days year round. It has an average 70 degree daytime temperatures, with virtually no rain from May to November.
