From start to finish, everything was beautifully curated and so much fun. The owner of Rose and Co Hat Bar was not only incredibly talented and creative, but also warm, professional, and made everyone feel at ease. She brought an amazing selection of materials — think rhinestones, feathers, fringe, charms, and so many unique touches — and helped guide us through customizing our own one-of-a-kind cowboy hats. She was amazing and made for an amazing night!

We had such a fantastic experience at the party! They arrived on time, were open to suggestions, and gave each person their full, undivided attention. Everyone left with a beautiful personalized hat! Highly recommend for a fun, creative, and memorable event!

We offer two options: • Custom-Fitted Hats – Individually sized, shaped, and styled on-site, with hatbands, branding, and embellishments. • One-Size-Fits-All Hats – Adjustable with a flex band, styled and embellished on-site.

All hats include styling, shaping, and embellishments such as hatbands, feathers, playing cards, and branding (letters, numbers, and select symbols).

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your date, especially for peak wedding seasons.

Absolutely! We can set up for either host-covered hats or guest-purchased hats, depending on your preference.

We require a minimum 10x10 space (10x20 is ideal) and access to power for our steamer.

On average, guests spend about 5–10 minutes at the hat bar, depending on customization choices. We have worked as quickly as 3 minutes per hat. Keep in mind we bring enough staff to keep the process moving so everything is done seamlessly.

Yes, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, The deposit size depends on your event size.

Yes! We are based in Brentwood, CA, but we travel throughout California and beyond (we have gone as far as Atlanta, Ga.). A travel fee applies depending on the location.
