DeBrosse Art & Floral is based in Marin County and serves the greater San Francisco Bay Area, including Napa Valley, Sonoma, San Francisco, the East Bay, Peninsula, and surrounding regions. We are also available for select destination weddings and events. Delivery fees vary based on venue location, order size, setup requirements, and travel distance. A personalized quote, including any applicable delivery, installation, and breakdown fees, will be provided during the proposal process.
Yes. We have a minimum floral investment of $5,000 for full-service wedding floral design. This allows us to provide the elevated level of creativity, customization, service, and attention to detail that our clients expect. We also offer a la carte floral options for select smaller celebrations and intimate weddings.
Our consultation is a relaxed conversation where we’ll discuss your wedding vision, floral preferences, color palette, venue, guest count, and overall design goals. We’ll get to know your style, answer any questions, and explore floral options that fit your celebration. If available, we encourage you to bring inspiration photos, your venue information, Pinterest board, color palette, and any details you’ve finalized with your planner or other vendors. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything decided yet—we’re happy to guide you through the process and help bring your vision to life.
Yes. For our full-service weddings and floral installations, we offer breakdown services to ensure all floral arrangements, vessels, structures, and rental items are properly removed at the end of your event. Breakdown services are included or quoted based on the scope of the event and will be outlined in your proposal. If you’d like to repurpose ceremony flowers for the reception, we’re happy to coordinate that as part of your floral design plan whenever possible.
We recommend booking your wedding florals 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. This ensures availability and allows ample time to thoughtfully design a floral experience tailored to your vision. For shorter timelines, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We occasionally have availability for weddings booked closer to the event date and will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
We provide a custom floral design proposal that may include inspiration images, color palettes, flower suggestions, and design concepts to help communicate the overall vision for your wedding. Because flowers are natural, seasonal products and each arrangement is created by hand, we do not provide physical floral mockups as part of our standard services. Our goal is to create florals that capture the style, mood, and aesthetic we’ve discussed while allowing room for artistic creativity and the freshest seasonal blooms available.
Flower availability varies by season, growing conditions, and market availability. During our design process, we’ll recommend the best blooms for your wedding date, color palette, and overall vision. Whenever possible, we prioritize beautiful seasonal flowers to ensure the highest quality, freshness, and value. If you have specific flowers in mind, we’ll do our best to source them and will discuss suitable alternatives if they’re unavailable or out of season. Our proposals are always tailored to your wedding date and floral preferences.
Yes. In addition to floral design, we can incorporate select decorative elements to enhance your overall event aesthetic, including candles, vessels, arches, floral structures, and other design accents. We also create custom artistic pieces for select events. If you’re looking for additional specialty rentals or large-scale décor items, we’re happy to coordinate with your planner or rental company to ensure a cohesive and beautifully styled celebration.
While we do not currently offer in-house flower preservation services, we’re happy to provide recommendations for trusted floral preservation specialists. If you plan to preserve your bouquet, we recommend making arrangements with a preservation company before your wedding, as most require flowers to be shipped or delivered shortly after the event for the best results.
