From the start, Seth’s professionalism and easy-going nature made the planning process stress-free. His use of the Vibo app was such a game-changer—it allowed us to easily upload our song selections and ceremony/reception timeline details, making communication and organization effortless. We gave Seth just a handful of songs to set the vibe, and he curated an incredible playlist that perfectly matched the energy we wanted. What impressed us most was how attentive he was to the dance floor—when guests weren’t feeling a particular track, Seth quickly pivoted and got everyone back on their feet. By the end of the night, the energy was sky-high, and our friends and family couldn’t stop raving about how much fun they had! Can't say enough about the quality of James's work, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and curating the best dance party experience at our wedding!! From start to finish he was extremely prepared and provided us with all the materials needed to organize the music and run of show. As both DJ and MC, James truly went the extra mile to make our day run seamlessly, and made us feel so special. He was even accommodating to our last minute music requests and was very patient with us. In addition to being extremely professional, prepared, and organized, he is such a down-to-earth and kind, genuine person. He even captured some videos of our first dance and grand entrance that we wouldn't have had otherwise because we didn't have a videographer. This was so thoughtful and truly above and beyond! We personally added on the photo booth option and are glad we did, as it was a hit. His rates were very reasonable as well especially for the package we got. Everyone raved about James and the music. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. The Moon Units made our wedding day truly spectacular! Every single guest says that a highlight of our wedding was the Moon Units. We loved how professional and flexible they were. Literally from the first interaction, Trey was thoroughly professional. We knew instantly that we'd be in good hands during the process, and he maintained through the big day. With Trey, we always had clarity over next steps, and we also got as much flexibility as we could ever hope for. Aladdin Films truly made our wedding day unforgettable! My dear husband and I are still recovering from that feeling that we got when we first saw our wedding video. I’m not sure why exactly they did not went to Hollywood (or maybe they are, who knows), because they created nothing less than a masterpiece for us. It literally felt like we watched a movie, the way they showed our wedding day from the very beginning to the end was trully enhancting. I can sense and feel every emotion and feeling I got during my wedding day, today! It’s been a month or so, and still I sense our laugh during best man’s speech, the taste of our wedding cake and our kiss at the altar. Started as a group of DJs in 2013, Dart Collective has now grown to include numerous live musicians and performers, all with the same simple goal of offering a more customized and personal approach to music curation at weddings and special events. Dart has also grown geographically, serving Los Angeles, San Francisco and Austin based clients locally, and destination clients all over the world. At Dart, we are all working DJs and musicians. Music is our passion and we want to share it with you and your guests. Our main goal here is to elevate and personalize your event so that it uniquely represents you.

We were SO picky about our DJ. We know that good music has the power to either elevate (or ruin) an event. We were super nervous but Dart Collective was the answer we needed. The benefit of booking through them is you're able to fill out a "Music Map" where you answer questions like "What is a MUST PLAY"? or "What artist(s) to avoid?" It's rather extensive (took us about 2-3hrs to complete). BUT - totally worth it. Through this map, they pair you with an available DJ, in your area, that has the experience the same music taste as you. It's a pretty great formula. We were nervous for the months leading up because we just weren't sure if they were going to match us properly. But, they definitely exceeded our expectations. Our only complaint is that it was SO GOOD that we wanted more, lol! Book! You won't regret it.

Throughout the planning process, Carissa was there every step of the way: from designing the vibe, brainstorming stationery ideas, narrowing down floral options, and helping with venue and vendor selection, to managing the actual flow of the wedding. You think you know what you want — until you’re faced with ten different options and endless Pinterest posts! Carissa was my calm guide in those moments. She patiently walked me through decisions, helped me focus on what mattered most, and gave thoughtful, supportive advice while always respecting my final choice. One of the things I appreciated most was how she reminded us that this was OUR day, and that we should experience it fully. She built the itinerary to include intentional moments of privacy, so we could process everything and make lasting memories together. On the wedding day itself, Carissa and her assistant Helena were with us every moment — directing us where to go and what to do so we didn’t have to think about logistics. She even prepared little cards for our wedding party with key times and tasks, so everyone knew exactly what to expect. When last-minute needs came up (as they always do), Carissa was like a fairy godmother — somehow making everything appear and solving problems before we even had the chance to stress. Overall, Carissa is THE wedding planner if you want your dream wedding. She doesn’t just help you execute your vision — she helps you build it, piece by piece, with incredible care and expertise. Her network of vendors is also fantastic, which saved us so much time and stress. Thanks to her, we ended up with an incredible team, including a handroll ice cream cart that was such a hit! Michelle was the very first vendor we hired, and she was there for us and helped to guide and support us through the entire process, and I trusted her completely to bring our vision to life. Sandy was so helpful, professional, and adaptive! The second-to-last photo was of my trial, which I wanted to change, and Sandy perfectly captured my vision, making me feel like my best self on my wedding day. I felt so beautiful and glamorous, while still being able to recognize myself as someone who doesn’t wear makeup super often (see the last pic for comparison). She did a great job, smoothly adapting when I cried off my first set of lashes; she replaced them and fixed the makeup promptly.
