“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“Great staff the owner is so friendly and they are very responses to calls and e-mails. I went to their location and did a tasting which was some of the best Mexican food I have had. They did all the table and linen rentals for my wedding. They made it easy and beautiful. I got so many compliments on all of the food (especially the shrimp ceviche appetizer). The only complaint is they ran out of ice cream for the churros. I would 100% use them again for another event.”

“Peace love and photo bus came out as a part of my sisters wedding. They were an absolute hit, and were a really fun part of the celebration. They had really cool Vintage VW Bus that they drove out, with the interior being converted into a Photo Booth. They had all kinds of fun hats, glasses, and other accessories to give it that extra spice! Everyone loved taking pictures that were sent directly to your phone after to ensure you have those memories for a life time! And to top that off the owners were fantastic and easy to work with! “Working with Megan and her husband for our engagement session was such a lovely experience. It was our first time being professionally photographed ever and we were expecting to feel super awkward. But it turned out to be a perfectly tolerable and even enjoyable few hours. We were given enough instruction to help some poses look better, but not so much that we couldn’t feel comfortable to be ourselves or settle into what felt natural — especially since most of the session was in our home. The Flower Fields

“We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

The Justin Jay

“As one of the preferred vendors at our venue, Olympia's Valley Estate in Petaluma, we booked with Justin Jay after our first conversation with him and of course, his phenomenal past work. I'd never had a photographer before and we did not meet him until our wedding day so naturally, I was a little nervous about whether I'd feel comfortable in front of the camera. From the moment we met in person, you could feel Justin's warmth and willingness to accommodate minor schedule changes in stride. He even went out of his way to steam my wedding dress - I mean, seriously?! He didn't miss anything from our shot list, followed our timeline closely, and in all honesty, stayed in the background for most photos which allowed me to feel at ease and natural. He took the most incredible photos of our entire day (160 guest count, no less) and I would recommend him to anyone in search of a photographer. The team was incredibly responsive, every email, question, and little detail was handled quickly and with so much care. They truly made us feel supported every step of the way. Having an all-inclusive venue took so much stress off our shoulders, specially the bride!!! Their recommended vendor list is outstanding, every vendor we worked with was professional, reliable, and high-quality. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort and Spa

“We got married at Cape Rey Carlsbad in May 2026 and it was the best decision we made. From the very first visit in April 2025, we couldn't stop thinking about how gorgeous the venue was. Not only was it extremely spacious to host 140 guests, the Ocean view is spectacular plus it was very close to our ceremony site. Just steps away from the beach, it was a no brainer for us to take our newlywed photos there. Each part of our reception had a unique space. Our cocktail hour was hosted on the grassy patio, dinner was out on the terrace to enjoy the sunset, and dancing was inside the ballroom. We even had space to set up more fun activities and bars for our guests in the foyer between the ballroom and the terrace! There was plenty of space for our guests to roam around. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach setting and the food! Not only is the food portions generous in size but it is so delicious. The head chef knows what he is doing. We had quite a few of out of town guests and most stayed on property. It was convenient and everyone felt well accommodated. Having the room block there was a great choice. Our suite was comfortable and we felt welcomed! What really made the day unforgettable was the team. 4 months before the wedding, there was a change in Sales Manager. We had a good relationship with the previous Sales Manager and were nervous. Cape Rey managed the transition well and the new Sales Manager, Mikayla Leversen, hit the ground running She went above and beyond, making sure everything ran smoothly. From the planning process to the last dance, the staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. We loved everything about Cape Rey and can't wait to come back for our anniversaries!”

“Draft Republic Carlsbad made planning our wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome event so easy with their timely and clear communication from start to finish. We loved having a smaller private space for our rehearsal dinner and then a larger area for welcome drinks, which gave us flexibility for different parts of our celebration. We rented the golf simulators for the larger group event which was a total hit with our guests! The staff delivered excellent service throughout the night, and the food was genuinely great. From our first conversation to the last toast, the team was friendly and responsive to all of our requests and needs. We felt taken care of every step of the way. We highly recommend Draft Republic Carlsbad to any couple looking for a venue that combines space with real hospitality.”

“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding. Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct! It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen! We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter. Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day. If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!!”
