“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“I've never been so excited to review somebody in my entire life!!! We were so lucky to have Irina as our photographer. I cannot say enough how important it is that your photographer on your wedding day is just as wonderful as a person as she is a professional at what she does. A good photographer makes you feel comfortable and effortless behind the camera. Posing parents, siblings, wedding parties, flower girls, ring bearers, and the bride and groom coming together perfectly in a crazy short amount of time? You feel like it’s IMPOSSIBLE. It’s not! I’ve heard that weddings are always not on time. The truth is it’s more worth. The rings may be forgotten, the very important guest is being extremely late, and a lot of other reasons. Irina was super patient, she captured each and every photo I wanted without me even having to make sure that she did it. Her creativity, eye for perfection, and professionalism are unbelievable. It is an all-inclusive venue, which means we didn't have to worry about rentals, the ceremony area, food, drinks, or a baker since they partner with VG's Donuts and Bakery. Lauren was there with us every step of the way and is truly the sweetest. The Crossings was super accommodating when we asked for adjustments to the menu and bar, and letting us girls get in to the bridal suite a little early. Also the food was tasty! Thanks a bunch to The Crossings :)”

“Working with Megan and her husband for our engagement session was such a lovely experience. It was our first time being professionally photographed ever and we were expecting to feel super awkward. But it turned out to be a perfectly tolerable and even enjoyable few hours. We were given enough instruction to help some poses look better, but not so much that we couldn’t feel comfortable to be ourselves or settle into what felt natural — especially since most of the session was in our home. Very organized staff who provided prompt responses to our questions or concerns, and always up front about costs. Our day-of coordinator was excellent! The day ran smoothly, vendors coordinated without difficulty, and we felt to be in very capable hands. We did a buffet-style for our reception dinner, and the food was much better at our event compared to the tasting that we did prior to the event. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

“I We LOVED working with Stacey and can’t say enough good things about her. We got her month of day of package, but she began checking in with us starting a whole year prior to our wedding! After our wedding day my husband said that getting Stacey was the best money we ever spent on our wedding. Stacey is so friendly, I truly looked forward to our calls with her! She really makes you feel like she is your friend and that she is truly invested in the success of your day. She totally guided me through our tablescape (a word I’d literally never heard before she mentioned it to me) and was able to provide me with contacts for rentals for napkins, chargers, and the beautiful ceremony arch we had. She also recommended our awesome dj, she said he could read the room and play music to keep people out dancing, and she was absolutely correct! It really feels like Stacey cares about your day being beautiful and put together just as much as you do, which is a rare thing. For instance, once I began scheming on my tablescape, I fell in love with the idea of having monstera leaf place cards. However, this ended up being more difficult than I had anticipated with a lot of coordination required between the florist and calligrapher, to the point where I decided it was just going to be too difficult and I was going to scrap the whole idea. But Stacey to the rescue, she exclaimed that it was “too cute not to do!” and she made it happen! We also can without reservation recommend Stacey for weddings at the Safari Park. There are a lot of moving parts there as it is a zoo and not just a wedding venue, and there is very limited setup time available. Stacey was able to assist in guiding all our vendors, and she and her assistant beautifully placed all our decorations (welcome table, place settings, etc) which would have been impossible for us to do ourselves, as we had to do our first look prior to the ceremony so we could attend our cocktail hour animal encounter. Stacey was also invaluable both in helping us devise our timeline, and ensuring we stuck to it throughout our day. My maid of honor and my mom both had amazing things to say about Stacey after our wedding day, saying she was constantly moving around and making sure everything went off without a hitch. We as the wedding couple honestly hardly enough noticed all her movement on our day, as she had everything so well in hand that we were able to completely relax, enjoy, and be present in our day. If you want to ensure a seamless and joyful day, hire Stacey!!”

She took our engagement photos and our maternity photos, and not only were they so beautiful, but she made us feel like we are just hanging out (while she’s behind the camera)! On top of all of that, we were slated to have her photograph our wedding but due to COVID, it had to be moved. She made me feel so calm and gave me all the back up plans she could think of (all while planning her own wedding during COVID). In the end she recommended someone else who was also amazing for our new date, and then edited those photos for us. I can’t imagine working with anyone else in the future, and can’t wait for her to capture our growing family over the years. 5 stars to this very sweet, loving lady!”
