I'm a light and airy wedding photographer in the San Diego area who loves pretty details and glowy light. I've been capturing weddings for 9 years. My images are warm, joyful and fun! I help my couples extensively with timelines to ensure we have the perfect photography timeline to capture all of your important photos.

I learned early on that it doesn't matter how beautiful an image is, if you don't like what YOU look like in the image. One of my priorities is making sure to capture all of your best, most flattering angles with thoughtful posing.

    Literally, the best!

    Amira is absolutely amazing and not only talented but truly such a beautiful person inside and out. Her calming and engaging presence is so comforting and has a perfect blend of guiding a client organically, yet can assist with a pose to feel most feminine/masculine and enhancing the best of one's features. Her ability to capture beautiful moments, heartfelt feelings and joy between her couples, families and everything in between is goosebump worthy. She stops time through her camera and produces images that reflect a story; although the images are still, they are not motionless. She has the ability to capture that moment in its raw form and somehow layers an illusionary movement to the mind. Her photos, and editing combined produces an album of images that encompass a story. Simply put, Amira is magic *heart eyes*

Typically, couples book me about 10-18 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
A second photographer is included in my wedding package and will be there for the full 8 hour day.
Yes! I go through every single image to make sure they're perfect -- from lighting to retouching!
We do offer a wedding highlight video for couples who don't want an entire videography team. This is a 3-5 minute video from the whole day.
One of the biggest reasons I limit the number of weddings I will accept a year is that I want to be able to turn around your gallery quickly! I know from personal experience how torturous it is to wait for your wedding gallery. During busier seasons, it could be up to 4 weeks, but most couples receive them in 2-3 weeks.
You can expect about 75 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. Most of my couples receive about 650 images in their final gallery.
Absolutely! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
