Hiring DeAnne was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she was an absolute dream, gentle when we had to make tough decisions, affirming when we finally made them, and endlessly supportive throughout, in what is a very stressful process. I have a background in event planning, and my husband (love him) was a little clueless and had a hard time with a lot of the design decisions. She was so patient and did a great job of explaining things in a way that made sense to him! She was able to transform Picnic House in Prospect Park into a beautiful and romantic venue that we had never imagined, and our guests are still raving about the details. Behind the scenes, she handled everything so seamlessly that we were able to enjoy every moment of our day without worry. Our wedding was at Battello in Jersey City, NJ and Andrea was our month of coordinator. We were so lucky to have her for this journey. She knew exactly what needed to be done to have a successful day. The whole month before she reached out to vendors to ensure they had everything and ensured we were on track. And then she went further the days of with her tireless work and dedication. She was beyond helpful, and was the lead and reference point for everyone and knew exactly what everyone should be doing. She helped us with our ceremony rehearsal, bringing in all my DIY/crafty items, making sure we got all the photos, dealt with a seating situation we had for us... and beyond. Letny (Shindy Studio) was professional, patient, creative, and just overall amazing designer/planner/person to work with! I hired her to design / plan my wedding at the new york botanical gardens in october 2023. up until the wedding date (and even the day after when she dropped off everything i left at the wedding venue to my hotel) she was prepared and only wanted me and my partner to relax. i felt completely confident that she would take care of everything and all the last minute details even when our outdoor wedding became suddenly indoors as it started to torrential downpour. she listened to all our ideas, was super flexible when i told her last minute i want a female magician to perform at the reception, totally nailed the design that i had in mind, and was very communicative and lovely to work with. i would 100% hire letny and shindy studio again (hopefully not for another wedding!) and could not recommend her more. thanks again letny for making my wedding so memorable!

I had the opportunity to work with Lee Ramsay Events for our wedding in August. Lee demonstrated the perfect temperament and attention to detail needed. My fiancé is a surgical resident meaning much of the planning was left to me (the groom) and Lee. Lee managed all of the personalities in our wedding party, family, and venue masterfully. We continue to receive compliments days and weeks after about our wedding and the level of organization that made our day flow so well. She was a true joy to work with and all of our other vendors shared that she was one of the best planners they had ever worked with. When we hired Lee, we did not think we needed a full planner, but she more than demonstrated her ability in one of Manhattan’s premier venues. Lee offered other value add services and guidance to making our wedding weekend the perfect one. Her team of bridal attendants and assistants were incredible on Wedding day. I cannot recommend Lee Ramsay Events enough. Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. We are now coming on a year happily married and I would not have had the confidence to execute such a plan on my own. THANK YOU Morgan & Team!! 10/10 Recommend!

Hiring Chelsea Song Events was easily the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning process. Our wedding day in DUMBO at The River Cafe was perfect and seamless — a large part of that was due to her help and coordination. She made sure all of our vendors came on time and knew where they had to be throughout the day. Creating a wedding day timeline was a bit of a struggle. However, Chelsea came to the rescue and drafted a timeline that made sense and did not leave out any important details. I had many questions throughout the planning process that Chelsea had no issue answering. Whether you want a traditional or non-traditional wedding, Chelsea is there to accommodate. Ambar was our amazing day of coordinator for our wedding on April 12th, 2026. We had several zoom consultations and she created our wedding timeline, coordinated details for the ceremony and reception with all of our vendors, assisted with layout of the venue floorplan, planned our rehearsal, recorded the entire day using so we can revisit it, customized our welcome mirror and personalized champagne glasses, decorated the venue and ensured the entire day went smoothly. Ambar also made sure my husband and I had time to have food and drinks during cocktail hour and dinner. She even bustled my dress so I could dance the night away comfortably with my loved ones! Overall her services are top tier and we highly recommend her to anyone who needs a responsive, professional Wedding Coordinator.

We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands. What we've come to realize is that the best work of wedding coordinators is often invisible to guests—but when it's done well, the event flows effortlessly and feels just right. Not sure where to start. This past year was so insane. We got engaged and planned and had a whole wedding in under a year- not even sure what made me lose my mind and do all that (plus we bought a house!). Without Alinato this entire year would have been a wild undertaking and truthfully there would have been several more breakdowns (and maybe my mother and I would have come to blows!). Truly Alyssa was so helpful. Every time she gave a recommendation even when I disagreed- she was right! Right down to the colored flowers- I do not know how she does it but she can conceptualize the entire day through the whole process. I am someone who needs a lot of visuals and a lot of explanation especially when it comes to the biggest day of my life and because I am super type A!! She was patient and really helped walk me and my partner through it. Our day was not only pretty and amazing to see come together but it was FUN. All I wanted was a stunning day that felt effortless and chic but also I wanted my friends to party and we achieved it! Of course everyone is human and there was a bump or two but truly I have no complaints. I am still in awe at how we pulled it off in such a short time period! Insane but I would 1000% recommend Alinato to any couples looking for a planner!

Working with MaryLouise was more than I could have ever asked for from a coordinator. My wife and I were very anxious about having to relinquish control of everything, but wanted to be out of planning mode and in celebration mode the second everything started. MaryLouise showed up to our rehearsal with a clipboard and a detailed list and we knew we were in good hands. Our wedding had multiple components over a two day (and a half, counting the rehearsal) period. MaryLouise was there before us every time and had every detail accounted for - she liaised with all of our vendors, coordinated the setup of everything from place cards to tripods to decorations; she even brought a bowl from her own apartment when we realized we needed an extra one. Our wedding weekend was so magical, and we absolutely could not have done it without MaryLouise. I am so, SO grateful and wholeheartedly recommend working with her.
