Jesse finds a solution to quite literally any issue that arises. She feels like a bff, makes it so fun and is truly amazing to have as part of your day. There were a couple of last minute changes on my end. Jesse always made everything a non issue she is definitely a miracle worker. I genuinely feel as though I could not have picked a better coordinator. I also had the privilege of having Amanda day of. She did our getting ready pics and was also so beyond sweet and felt like another friend. On top of it Amanda also took cute videos and pics on her phone and texted them to me so I had instant moments of the day of. 12/10 sad it’s over and I don’t have them for life.

When I was told I needed to hire a planner, I laughed. Honestly. "Oh please, I've been planning this my whole life, I've got this."-Note, I did not HAVE anything. I reached out to Chelsea because her website and social media drew me in HARD. When I say she is the best cheerleader, I mean it. She was the first to respond with an all-caps "EPIC" as a reaction to my dress. She never once judged me or got short with me as I became more and more of a stress-case. She was right there with answers to every single ridiculous question I had and she genuinely wanted my husband (still new and weird to say) and I to have the best day of our lives. Not only did she take care of the two of us, she also took care to make sure our mothers were comfortable, our guests were happy, and our final dance was unforgettable. I know with absolute certainty I would not have been able to give our loved ones the day we did without Chelsea. If you are trying to decide on a planner-CHOOSE HER. Hands down. Choose her because she was a bride herself. Choose her because she listens, cares, and truly LOVES what she does-you can see it in the results. Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. Katie with Wildflowers Elegant Events was an absolute pleasure to work with! We didn't initially plan on hiring a coordinator as I am an Event Planner as a career, but we decided somewhat last minute to hire a day of coordinator so that we could focus on enjoying our special day, and I am SO glad we did! Katie jumped right in and helped us finalize the last few vendors and details that we still had left to do. She kept us on track and made sure we had all the necessary decisions and details figured out in time, and assisted with recommendations as needed. As we got a week or so out, we were getting worried about the weather and she was monitoring the weather daily with us to figure out what to do as our venue was all outdoors. She assisted us with the logistics and contacts of renting last minute tents which worked out beautifully. On the day of, in addition to keeping us sane and making sure we had time to really appreciate the day, she and her team ran point with all the vendors as they arrived, put out the decor that we had brought, and kept us on schedule for all the different parts of the day from first look photos, to ceremony, and reception, and assisted with gathering up all the decor and items at the end of the night so that we could enjoy the day and be present. Our day was absolutely perfect, and we have Katie to thank for that!

Where to even begin!!! Tatiana was incredible all around. Before we started working with Tatiana, I was super overwhelmed by the huge process of planning a wedding, but from the moment we started planning together, I was so impressed by how she hit the ground running and immediately took stress off of my shoulders and handled things. She is super knowledgeable, and always answered every single question I had (and I had TONS). She guided me every single step of the way, and not only that, but at all times she represented my interests and always stood up for us. I am an anxious person and have a hard time trusting, but whenever Tatiana would tell me "I don't want you to worry about that" I knew I could trust her and she would handle things. Design wise, she took our vision and executed it better than we could have ever imagined. I will never forget the moment I stepped out onto our reception space and saw it for the first time - I am not exaggerating when I say it took my breath away. All of Tatiana's efforts throughout our year of full planning culminated in our wedding day. It was logistically intense because we had tons of vendors to coordinate, but it turned out beautifully! To say it was MAGICAL and more than we could have hoped for is understatement. I didn't have to worry about a single thing as I knew that Tatiana and her team had it all under control. Throughout the entire day I saw her hustling nonstop to ensure that our day was beautiful. We keep hearing from our guests how impressed they were at how well everything was organized and that our wedding was one of the best they've ever been to. Everyone had an absolute blast and the vibes were incredible! I honestly cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us and for making sure our day was everything we hoped for and more. Tatiana truly became our wedding planning BFF. So much so that I am actually missing the wedding planning process and am having wedding planning withdrawals! All to say, I cannot recommend Tatiana and her team enough. Her and her team are total pros and the absolute best at what they do!! Stephanie has been so great to work with! I work with a lot of coordinators (I've shot around 1000 weddings), and they are not always super friendly and accommodating with the other vendors, but she has been great at the weddings I’ve worked with her at. On the wedding day she arrives early and is always on top of everything all day long, tirelessly. I always arrive about 2 hours prior to my start time on the wedding day to scout the location for photography angles, lighting and so forth, and eat lunch, and Stephanie is always there super early as well. There are a lot of moving parts during a wedding, and they all need to stay on track or everything can get derailed, and she is always on top of it all. Of course prior to the wedding day she collaborates with me on the timeline and in general to make sure I have what I need on the day so that my photography will go smoothly and the couple would get what they want out of the photography. I would highly recommend hiring Stephanie and her team!!

Stop what you’re doing and hire Jessica for your wedding! She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She made sure we had all of our final preparations finished on a timely schedule and she attended our final meeting with the venue to make sure everything was perfect. The timeline she created for the day was amazing, and she truly made the big day go as smooth as possible. Another great perk was the use of her wedding decoration/reception inventory. It was incredibly helpful (not to mention cost effective) to use things like picture frames, votive candles, etc instead of having to buy them. Not only did I love her, but both my family and my husband’s family had nothing but amazing things to say about working with and interacting with her during the wedding. My partner and I got married in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony followed by an American reception in the evening. Both events required very different kinds of planning and aesthetics. The decor for morning ceremony and evening reception was absolutely gorgeous! Paige and her team knocked it out of the park. Her assistant was super sweet too. Not just on the wedding day, Paige was super helpful in setting up pre-wedding events and activities, including pre-wedding shoots, food tasting, and events right before the wedding. My partner and I are not from Vegas, so we entirely relied on Paige and her team, and they did not disappoint. They are the absolute best at what they do! I would highly highly recommend Paige and Weddings by Leigh!

Talk about making the impossible, possible! I had worked with MVW Events to plan a surprise engagement picnic for my then girlfriend, now wife. Around the time, I was wrapping up my graduate program and set to graduate the day after I planned on proposing. MVW helped me set the vision for the picnic and coordinated sourcing vendors for the right deals on items that would make the moment extra special. With all the details in place, I was confident in what we had planned and was actually less nervous about the whole bended knee thing because of it. Fast forward to the day of and guess what ... It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. When we got home, when I say the place looked like MAGIC!! We were both blown away (but of course I had an idea of what to expect). And of course, it went perfectly from there. Choosing Ryann as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision my husband and I made in our planning decisions. We knew we needed someone creative, reliable, communicative, strong-willed, detail-driven, and understanding - and Ryann her RKE team was not only that BUT MORE. From the very first phone call to our last meeting before the wedding, Ryann made sure to ask good questions and cover every base (ones we didn’t even know about)! She brings a wave a reassurance with her that eliminated any worry, anxiety, or stress we might’ve had throughout the process and on the day of. Ryann and her assistant, Nicole, helped facilitate our Rehearsal Dinner with our Bridal Party - and also went out of the way to lend a helping hand in our set up. They are both so fast and so knowledgable, and made our night more enjoyable because of it! On the day of the wedding, Ryann was not only there early to make sure everything was ready and prepared for our vendors. We were told during the wedding process that things would go wrong, which did end up happening - as we dropped the ball and forgot all of our mixers and garnishes for our full. BUT - Ryann not only made an immediate decision on how to problem solve, but was so verbally assuring that the night would still be as great as planned. Nicole was able to make a run out during our ceremony and have everything back before we knew it - having an assistant there on the day of is a MUST! Overall, Ryann Kristena Events made sure we had the best and most memorable wedding day with a smile and professionalism that I simply cannot recommend more. My experience working with Nicole was amazing! She is hands down the best planner/ design stylist in the wedding industry! I work in the wedding industry as a wedding photographer so I was a little particular with my wedding planning needs. Nicole has been amazing since our first virtual meet up! Not long after our first virtual meet up she drove down to see our wedding space in person and took lots of videos and photos and even measurements. Nicole is amazing at what she does and is so detailed! We discussed placement of items briefly and not long after nicole sent a mood board with photos of the space with items she thought would look best! I was so shocked and excited that she went above and beyond to give me a visual of what the space would look like. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding , Nicole was extremely responsive to all of my emails and I loved that so much about her. Communication is so important to me and Nicole stayed in communication all year long. Nicole found all of my rentals that would match the vibe of my wedding and communicated with all of my vendors for me. I honestly would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. Nicole is so detailed with her planning & designing and sent me a final design board with everything we had been discussing all year with exact pictures of our rentals and photoshopped mock ups of what my florals would look like. Nicole listened to all my wedding needs and wants and created the most beautiful design board absolutely nailing my vision! The day of my wedding I was blown away at how beautiful everything turned out! Although it looked almost identical to the design board she found ways to still surprise and add unique touches to the design. The day of I didn’t realize things weren’t completed( on my end. Some signage didn’t get made) but Nicole improvised last minute and rearranged some items so that I wasn’t even able to tell. Nicole is truly so talented and I’m so happy I found her!! She is so sweet, creative, talented, and communicative and I will forever be recommending her to everyone! 10/10 recommend nicole with Nicole Leza Design! P.s my husband says he is forever grateful to you for keeping my stress levels down! Wedding planning is stressful and you made it so enjoyable for us. I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! We felt like they went above and beyond our expectations in terms of how well they communicated with us preparing for the wedding. On the day-of, they made sure everything ran smoothly and on schedule (: We did run behind schedule later in the evening (as expected with any wedding, mostly due to some family drama), but they managed to get us caught up because they were very efficient at getting all of the vendors on the same page! We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests saying the flow events appeared very smooth, and there were very few, minor hiccups, which is a huge accomplishment for a wedding in my eyes! I can honestly say I don't think our wedding day could have gone any better, and it would not have been possible without our coordinators working so hard to make sure everyone knew where to go and what to do. I also greatly appreciated their attention to detail, they set up my decorations exactly how I requested and even provided a checklist of items for me to hand to them at the rehearsal. This was such a lifesaver, we would not have had anything to cut our cake with had they not lended us their knife and server! Cannot recommend Mindy & Co Events enough!

I wanted specific wildflowers and she fulfilled my request and made the floral arrangements so beautiful. I also requested to ensure the timeline was on time because I’ve been to weddings that the guests are sitting there and nothing was happening and I did not want to waste any time at the wedding reception. She did great with the rest of my vendors, timeline and organization as well. She was honest, direct and knowledgeable about the Wedding industry. She did everything I requested and more! The venue kept asking me to add on things which cost more and she told me directly that it is a waste of money, which I love because I am a budget bride. I love that she is honest with her clients and recommends what looks the best and cost effective. I feel that she is very approachable like a friend but at the same time she keeps her professionalism. She made our dream wedding into reality!
