“Working with the Joyfully Co team from the initial call when we were still on the hunt for a planner to execution has been great. We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is just 10/10 and they're all so sweet to work with. Thank you Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon for everything! “Summary/TLDR: We had a big wedding with a lot of complex personal decor set up and Kimberly and Travis went above and beyond! Lessen your stress and book her! Full review: My now husband and I had a big wedding at the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney does not handle any personal floral or decor, so we knew we would need help! We hired Kimberly for her full day of coordination service for things not provided by Disney, and it was one of the best decisions we made. When I first reached out, she responded quickly to let me know of her services and to set up a call. I was already pretty set on hiring her from the reviews I'd seen, but the call was also extremely helpful! After hearing about our details, she recommended a DJ for us to request from Disney, who was absolutely perfect for our wedding! In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Kimberly checked in to see how I was doing and if I needed help with anything, even though I had only hired her for the day of coordination, which was so kind and thoughtful! We had a large wedding with over 250 guests, and our bridal party was huge as well, so there were a lot of moving parts. I was pretty frantic the morning of our wedding as I had overslept with so much left to do. Kimberly was so helpful with everything - and really helped reduce and lessen my stress, which as anyone getting married would know, is priceless! Kimberly and her husband handled all of our personal items so well! Several of which had to be set up multiple times (e.g for the ceremony and then for cocktail hour or for cocktail hour and for the reception). We had multiple guestbooks, some of which had multiple parts, multiple card boxes, favors for each family that had to be set up alphabetically (150 bags), a huge memorial table full of pictures that I wanted set up in a very specific way, reserved row signs, a welcome sign, Filipino shawls for the wedding godmothers, custom bar signs, Venmo signs for the money dance etc. We also enlisted their help last minute to help guide people to their table for the reception because of the way our seating chart was set up. Some cousins were supposed to help with that but got caught up in the moment and forgot! But Kimberly and Travis handled it themselves and made sure everything went smoothly! At the end of the night, she and Travis made sure to pack up all of our personal items and bring them back to our getting ready room. Kimberly and Travis also worked seamlessly with the Disney staff and other vendors! After the reception ended, I realized I had lost track of my Disney bouquet, to which I had attached irreplaceable sentimental items, and Kimberly, who was on her way home, texted our Disney day of coordinator to help us find it in the nick of time!! If Kimberly was this fantastic with just day of service, I can't even imagine how incredible she is with full planning. I absolutely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Brides and grooms - do yourself a favor and hire Her!”

“I first contacted Jenny from JenEvents as a preferred vendor of my wedding venue at Coyote Hills Golf Course about 8 or 9 months before our date. She brought this warm energy and excitement to wedding planning that drew us to her. I was planning a western church wedding that still preserved elements of traditional Vietnamese culture so I really wanted a wedding planner who could anticipate those needs and felt that Jenny was our perfect fit! Our venue already provided catering and bar services so we elected to do the day-of-wedding planning package. We were planning from NorCal which made it challenging in many ways. Jen had several check in’s with us over the months and was extremely responsive via e-mail when we requested assistance, such as needed recommendations for late night snacks. She knew all the best vendors in the area so we felt reassured with our vendor line up with her green light. We were also grateful that she was flexible with our tight schedules when we drove down to SoCal. I was a cricut bride and I had A LOT of DIY decor and activity ideas. Jenny was always encouraging yet realistic. She knew or would figure out how to best execute my vision and always had a back up plan which made me feel so secure about trusting her with creating our vision for our big day. For example, I really wanted to create a warm, rustic look over the dance floor with a ceiling of rattan pendant lights with greenery, which the venue had never done before. She really delivered on working with our venue and thinking thoroughly of all the details for execution! It turned out SO AMAZING, just perfect. We received SO many compliments on the decor from our guests! We couldn’t be more grateful to Jenny and her team for carefully making every detail look perfect. Jenny was very thoughtful about details of the wedding that we would have never personally considered and asked clarifying questions to intently understand what we wanted. “Thank you, Sam @thelastroseweddings !!! Our 8.21.26 wedding in Old Towne Orange (CA) was a DREAM, thanks to the SUPERIOR work of Sam. Naturally, the wedding planning process can be extremely stressful. My wife and I were put in contact with Sam through a recommendation by our photographer who had overwhelmingly positive things to say about her. From the initial introductory phone call, we immediately felt Sam's warm and positive "vibe." After exploring two other potential wedding coordinators, we decided to fully commit to working with Sam for our DREAM wedding. During the months and weeks leading up to the big day, Sam was very accessible and communicative via text, phone call, and email. We had many questions and indecisiveness about various items such as the wedding timeline, floor plan layout, and table decorations, to name a few. Sam respectfully provided her opinions without "forcing" them upon us. Additionally, she did not make any "judgement" whatsoever on any of the details that my wife and I decided on. It was VERY evident to us from the get-go, that she has PROVEN experience in the wedding planning industry. On the day of the wedding, Sam showed up EARLY and with a POSITIVE and ENCOURAGING attitude, which eased our nerves. She was constantly checking in on us, asked how we were feeling in the moment, and always made sure we stayed hydrated with water during this emotional (and extremely warm) day. For the decorations, Sam followed our instructions "to a T" and even arranged the hurricanes, candles, and framed photos in a way that looked AMAZING for the photographer. One "surprise" that was not part of our initial vision, but proved to be absolutely amazing was the old-fashioned phone recording device that allowed our guests to leave audio messages to us. My wife and I had some good laughs hearing the funny and sentimental messages from our guests. These audio messages captured a moment in time that we will cherish forever. Overall, we are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL to Sam and @thelastroseweddings for making our dream day happen WITHOUT ANY FLAWS. We CANNOT RECOMMEND SAM ENOUGH to any couple out there who is navigating the wedding planning nprocess. It is a very stressful, yet rewarding experience, and you will be in PERFECT HANDS with Sam. “When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. Erin's attention to detail and years of experience shined. She ensured she completely understood our vision and what was most important to us. Four weeks prior to our wedding date, Erin took over vendor communication and was our point of contact. This was such a stress relief. “I have waited 2.5 years to write this review and could not be more thrilled with our decision to work with Vine and Branch! Tatiana was the best investment we made into our big day, not only was she our planner but our planning bff! When we switched our wedding from California to Italy she didn’t even hesitate and jumped right into helping us pick our venue, research vendors and manage the most insane logistics I’ve ever seen! Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed with a situation she was already working on figuring out a solution with the vendor and was ready with plan B, C and D just in case. Whenever we faced a design dilemma I would text her with the preface of “okay this might sound crazy..,” and crazy enough she was always on the same page. She was also honest with me about changing direction with certain plans if she knew something else would work better. When you live in Pinterest like I do, it was important that I had someone who gave me honest opinions and made sure the design worked together seamlessly! I have heard so many horror stories from friends about their planners not taking their budget seriously but throughout our entire time working with Tatiana she never pushed us to pick a more expensive option or made us feel bad if we had to drop something off of an invoice. She was also upfront with us from day 1 about what it would cost to create our vision. Day of the wedding she was an absolute rock star! I’ve worked in the industry and have been in charge of running events so letting go of control is hard for me but she managed everything without a hitch and I was able to be so present knowing she had everything handled! Seeing the design we have been working on for 2 years was absolutely surreal! Everything was stunning and all of our guests absolutely raved about everything! We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. We knew she was the right person who would be able to manage and listen to our needs and expectations, and also deliver on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Amber ensured all our vendors were promptly on time and she also held our venue accountable for last moment changes, which saved us money. Amber knew all the right things to ask and she also provided great suggestions to make our wedding reception flow smooth. She even went out of her way to assist us during our ceremony that was in a different city. That’s something that we really appreciated from her because we really didn’t have any other person who we can rely on to help us set up our aisle runner and bring our wedding frame to the reception. Amber really took care of us during our big event as well, she made sure we ate and had breaks to re hydrate after all the dancing we did and she ensured that our wedding decorations was neatly packed away in our car when the wedding was over. “We had the absolute BEST experience working with Koral & Ko for our wedding! From day one (about a year and a half out), Koral made the entire planning process stress-free, fun, and incredibly organized. We went with her full-planning package, and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Koral is the perfect mix of sweet, calm, and totally on top of things. She’s super responsive, kept us on track, and truly brought our vision to life. She designed a beautiful, detailed vision board for us, connected with all our vendors, and became the main point of contact so we could actually enjoy the process instead of drowning in logistics. When we finally met her in person for our first walk-through, we instantly knew we were in great hands. She knows Santa Barbara weddings like the back of her hand. We got married at the SB Courthouse with a reception at Villa & Vine and she knew all the ins and outs of those venues. One thing that really impressed us was how seamlessly she handled unexpected hiccups. For example, one of our rental companies messed up our table runners and even used them as drapery without telling anyone. While we were off getting married, Koral was calling their emergency line multiple times, troubleshooting in real time, and still managed to make everything look gorgeous. She even got us a partial refund afterward - all while we had no idea anything had gone wrong. That’s how you know she’s doing her job right! On the wedding day, she and her team went above and beyond. She assigned us our own personal wedding assistant who carried a “wedding survival kit” with everything you could possibly need (bobby pins, mints, lint roller - you name it). They set up all our DIY decor beautifully, made sure everything ran smoothly, and even packed it all up neatly for our families at the end of the night. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better planner. Koral took care of the details so we could just soak in the joy of the day. If you’re getting married in SoCal, especially in Santa Barbara, at the Courthouse or Villa & Vine, look no further. We HIGHLY recommend Koral & Ko!”
