They asked all the right questions, clearly lined out what I could expect (which exceeded my expectations) and over delivered. I was the most relaxed bride there ever was and it had everything to do with them. They had my complete trust which allowed me to not have to think of anything on my wedding day. They fully understood me. They made me feel like family. They felt as close and important to me as my own family. They supported me and carried me through the day. They cried happy tears with me once I was finally married. Surely, I have to be special to them and they'll never forget me ;) Well at least that is the way they made me feel and that really speaks to them and their work and how amazing they are at what they do. “My husband and I got married at Disney's Grand Californian this year and we are beyond grateful that Kimberly was a big part of our wedding. We found out during the planning stages that Disney does not handle personal items and décor and we would have to reach out to an outside vendor. I heard about Kimberly's Ever After Planning in the Disneyland Wedding Community and I reached out to her when I realized that we would have quite a few personal items. She responded swiftly and we were able to discuss Outside Coordination services. She is absolutely so kind, very responsive, and is on top of it. As a former Disney bride herself, she knows how Disney Weddings work and understands how stressful the wedding planning process is. After we received our BEO, Kimberly was able to arrange a meeting promptly and we went over great detail on the BEO, including which items do we DIY and items we pay Disney to provide. My husband was unsure at first if we needed an outside coordinator, but after our first meeting, he was 100% on board that we needed an outside coordinator. I wish we did this earlier, but we realized the planning stress was a little too much, so we hired Kimberly as a partial planner on top of outside coordination. She made a personalized custom planning package and was able to help take a good chunk of wedding planning stress off of us. We were in constant contact until the big day and had bi-weekly or monthly meetings on various topics in wedding, including signage, floral, and personal item décor. On the day of, Kimberly and Travis were just absolutely amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing! We had our personal items in boxes and we gave them creative freedom to arrange our personal items. They were able to set up all of our personal items so beautifully and were able to move everything to reception on time. They were so attentive and helped us throughout the night. One of my aunts lost her earrings in the Dressing Room, and Kimberly was able to hold onto and return it to her after it was found. Additionally, Travis noticed my husband's boutonniere was starting to fall off during the reception, and he stepped in and reattached his boutonniere. Kimberly and Travis offered and were able to get me our signature drinks while I was getting touch-ups. I'm so glad they did because I did not have a chance to try our signature drinks. They were able to get all of the items in both the reception room and the dressing room and returned everything back to us before the night ended! :) If it was not for them, our wedding would have been 30x more stressful. We absolutely cannot recommend Kimberly's Ever After Planning enough for planning and coordination services!”

Ashley also had the unique ability to navigate and balance our very different planning styles — my Type A tendencies and my husband’s more last-minute approach — with so much grace, humor, and patience. “When I first reached out to the Embrace U team, I wasn't sure if I wanted to spend the funds on a day of coordinator. After a couple of conversations with Erin, I was convinced the Embrace U team was worth every penny. The team did not disappoint, my husband and I will be forever grateful. We found Amber and her team through friend recommendation and once we met and spoke to Amber it was an instant connection. “There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I.
