When our venue pivot from outdoor to indoor happened mid-day due to rain and humidity, she executed the transition seamlessly—new timelines were locked in and the layout adjusted so quickly that our guests never missed a beat. Her husband's role as assistant was invaluable, especially when they showed up with snacks and drinks while we were getting photos taken, which felt like such a thoughtful touch. The execution was flawless, and their expressive communication style kept us calm through every curveball. I'd recommend them without hesitation to any couple looking for planners who genuinely care about creating a smooth, joyful celebration.

Exceptional Wedding Planning Team – We Could Not Have Done It Without Them! Lucky Day Events Co., specifically the founder Sabrina, was absolutely phenomenal in helping bring our daughter's wedding to life. From our very first conversations through the final moments of the celebration, she demonstrated professionalism, creativity, organization, and genuine care for our daughter and her then fiance’s vision. Lucky Day Events made the entire process feel manageable and enjoyable. Having a ceremony at our home at first seemed overwhelming, but Sabrina gave us the confidence to make it work! On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly. From coordinating vendors and transportation (which was significant) Sabrina handled every aspect with grace and precision. We are deeply grateful to the entire Lucky Day Events team for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. Choosing Sabrina as our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. From the very first time we talked to her, we knew she was the right choice for us. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything happened seamlessly without me ever having to worry. We also found many of our other very important vendors (who also did amazing jobs) through her. I am an extremely detail oriented and thorough person. I am not the kind of person who gets to their wedding day and realizes they forgot to plan for something. I have a plan, a backup plan, and a backup for the backup. Needless to say, my standards were high, and Sabrina was my holy grail. In an environment where there can be a lot of interpersonal stress, Sabrina made it so easy to explain all of our specific considerations and preferences. We always felt like she was prioritizing us and our vision. Whenever I had a long list of questions or notes, I could send them her way and know they were in good hands. She was the 'command center' of the day, managing our families and the timeline with a calm, grounded energy without ever feeling saccharine. I felt so beautiful and happy, and honestly, the day wouldn’t have been possible without her.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. I cannot recommend Chelsea and her team enough. Chelsea is so detailed oriented, organized, and knowledgeable on all things wedding. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and went off without a hitch thanks to her and her team - cannot tell you the amount of comments I received from family and friends along the lines of being a “chill” bride not just during planning but even day of - all thanks to her!

The best planner there ever was!
Chelsea was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From start to finish, she made sure every single detail was exactly how I pictured it and somehow even better. She paid attention to the smallest details, kept everyone on track, and handled every moving piece with grace and calm professionalism. Her creativity and ideas, especially for the tablescape, elevated the entire look and feel of our wedding day. She and her team went above and beyond, spending so much time fluffing Christmas trees, perfecting the space, and making sure everything felt magical and personal. Nothing was overlooked. Chelsea is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. She made the entire planning process feel manageable and the wedding day itself completely stress-free. I truly could not have had the wedding I did without her. Grant and I are endlessly grateful and cannot say enough kind words about her and her team. It was truly the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Chelsea. Highly, highly recommend.
