My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. “Claire was the best wedding planner we could hope for. She was with us every step of the way, from looking at venues to the very end of big day. She was very friendly, very meticulous, and did a great job keeping us on schedule during every part of the process, from booking the venue, to picking out a cake caterer, to doing a rehearsal schedule the day before. We never felt overwhelmed as she laid out everything we needed to do in detailed spreadsheets. She helped us schedule visits with wedding venues and coordinated calls with all of our vendors. She had a great list of recommendations for catering, photography, a photobooth, a DJ, and everything in between. We always felt like we were in the best of hands and that everything was under control. Claire did a great job coordinating with all of the different the points of contact for each vendor so we didn’t have to worry about anything but enjoying our day. Whenever we had a question for a vendor she would make sure that the right person was asked and could answer it. She even joined most of the calls we had with our vendors to make sure we got all the information we needed. She also was very encouraging about ideas we had for making our wedding unique and showing off our personality. When we decided to use pez dispensers as escort cards for each guest, she was super excited and made sure we had everything we needed to execute our vision. She was able to turn our ideas into a reality that wowed us! When it got closer to the wedding she made sure that we had a finalized schedule that we could go over and ensured all the vendors and speakers were on the same page. The day of the wedding was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we knew where to go. She made sure that we got some quiet moments with each other to take it all in. Thanks to her we had such a magical evening. The day after she put together a highlight reel on instagram that we’ve watched about 2000 times - we are seriously obsessed with it! It RAINED!! so the park area I had in mind did not allow folks on the grass after fresh rain so we had to change plans on the fly. Morgan and her super creative brain proposed she and her team set up everything in my apartment instead. That way we could have everything we needed for the occasion within arms reach. She even secretly met me while I was out with my partner at a school event to grab my apartment keys and head over to set everything up while I was out. We started with budgeting, and she absolutely nailed it. Megha is incredibly flexible and resourceful—she can work within any budget without compromising the experience. She never showed me options outside of what we were comfortable with, which I appreciated so much. (The only time I went over budget was for my outfit—and that was 100% my doing haha) When it came to vendors, she suggested people who matched our vision, understood the cultural elements, and stayed within budget. As the wedding approached, she checked in constantly, which meant everything during such a busy and emotional time. And during the actual wedding it rained and we needed to rely on our backup plan. she handled it all so calmly that I never once felt stressed. That level of execution is rare. For the record, I didn’t know Megha before this, and there’s absolutely no incentive behind this review. I’m just a bride who feels incredibly lucky and so grateful to have had such an AMAZING planner for such a big, beautiful, and meaningful celebration.”

Our wedding day in DUMBO at The River Cafe was perfect and seamless — a large part of that was due to her help and coordination. She made sure all of our vendors came on time and knew where they had to be throughout the day. Creating a wedding day timeline was a bit of a struggle. However, Chelsea came to the rescue and drafted a timeline that made sense and did not leave out any important details. I had many questions throughout the planning process that Chelsea had no issue answering. Whether you want a traditional or non-traditional wedding, Chelsea is there to accommodate. “We didn't think we needed wedding coordinators because we weren't planning a big, elaborate wedding. We wanted something small and meaningful—an intimate celebration with about 60 - 70 close family and friends —and figured we could handle most of the planning ourselves. We chose a restaurant, sent out invitations, and thought we had things under control. But our thinking shifted once we started considering the logistics of the actual day—including seemingly simple things like how to arrange chairs for the ceremony. Friends and family offered to help, but we wanted them to enjoy the event as guests, not worry about the details. After speaking with Ingrid and Gloria and reviewing their very reasonable proposal, we felt good about bringing them on. Over the next two months, they kept us organized, offered thoughtful and constructive suggestions, and were a steady source of calm and encouragement. They listened earnestly to what we wanted and helped bring it to life in a way that felt both personal and polished. We also really appreciated their help communicating and coordinating with vendors, including the restaurant, our photographer, and our musician. It took a lot of pressure off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing everything was in good hands.
