Even though we hired her for our wedding day only, she started having calls with us around a month prior and began organizing day-of logistics with all of our vendors. We had planned a weekend at camp for 200 people, and Steph stayed the whole weekend to make sure everything went smoothly. She even carried over 100 pints of cider to a freezer in a cellar with me when I realized that they couldn’t sit in guests’ cabins at room temperature! Beyond her coordination help, Steph is a super kind and fun person to have at your wedding. We had a bonfire until around 2am on our wedding night and Steph was out there with us, celebrating and making sure we were having fun. My sister is getting married in June and she’s working Steph too. Steph is wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough.”

Chrissie Sue was a joy to work with over the past year. Her energy, professionalism, creativity and incredible fountain of knowledge were invaluable to my daughter and me. We shared our vision with Chrissie Sue at our first meeting and she ran with it. When we got crazy, she was there to help calm us down and we all had lots of laughs throughout the year! I would also like to comment that Chrissie Sue was a pro at staying within our budget and showing us how to spend our money wisely. Chrissie Sue was incredibly helpful with choosing vendors and securing contracts. For example, Chrissie Sue assisted us with florist recommendations and then she and the florist, Petal & Wren, compiled a Look Book for us to review and have a super productive zoom meeting to nail down the details. My daughter lives in NYC so holding zoom sessions was important and Chrissie Sue always showed up with a detailed agenda and answers to our endless questions. Chrissie Sue was creative with all the table designs for the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party, and the reception at the Boston Harbor Hotel. She also worked incredibly well with Amanda, the event planner at the Boston Harbor Hotel. Chrissie Sue secured contracts for all of our transportation needs (buses, trolley, Rolls Royce) and assisted with the band contract. I could go on endlessly with all that Chrissie Sue did for us but you can see how helpful she truly was to an involved planning process. On the actual weekend, Chrissie Sue was on site for all the events. She supervised all of the vendors and there were NO hiccups at all. Chrissie Sue was truly invaluable to us that weekend – we never dealt with a single issue. Chrissie Sue is a leader and that was exactly what we needed to direct the endless vendors for that weekend, ranging from the band to the florist to the photo booth, etc. She also had an incredibly detailed timeline so the weekend would flow smoothly. Finally, I will say that when she opened the doors to the ballroom for my daughter and me to see our vision finally implemented, it was incredible. Chrissie Sue brought to life my daughter’s dream wedding and for that, I will be forever grateful. Hire this woman NOW!!!”

I mean she was even replacing candlesticks as they were burning out! It was so helpful having her there to navigate the ceremony rehearsal the prior day and then making a weather call the day of. “It is not unusual for wedding planning to begin more than a year in advance of your big day. Venue, flowers, decor, churches (bring your own priest which is a thing), engagement photos, DJ, wedding party, save the dates, invitations. The list DOES. NOT. STOP. With all of these moving parts it really makes you wonder how such a complex event can happen without the slightest issue and seemingly end before you know it. Well, Liv is our reason. After months of planning, and picking, and choosing, and changing, and scrapping ideas our bandwidth for creativity and follow-through was wearing thin. Liv saved the day. She seamlessly coordinated communications between all parties and vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. I will honestly say that without her our day would not have come together like it did. Everyone tells you that something will inevitably go wrong regardless of how thorough your planning. Liv didn’t let that happen. The groomsmen forgot tie clips. Liv ran 5 blocks to pick up tie clips for the boys and was back before the girls even arrived at the church. “HIRE CASSIE!!! There are so many reasons to hire Cassie, including that she is absolutely a lovely human being, but it really boils down to she will make your whole wedding better, both from your perspective and your guests’. We were definitely that overly anxious couple who thought about eloping at every other decision. Cassie greatly reduced the stress on our plates by doing all the research so we could actually enjoy making the decisions and envisioning our day. Anything we didn’t absolutely love, Cassie would come back to us with new options, helping to fine tune the vision so the day perfectly fit us. When we were worried we were behind schedule or over budget, Cassie and her phenomenal organizational skills always helped reassure us of the timeline and that we were in fact coming in under budget for our wedding. And she did all of this while we lived in California, planning our Massachusetts wedding. At one point during the process, my partner,Cassie, and I were in three different states, but she always found the time to meet and made sure she was always available for us. The day of the wedding, we got so much feedback from our parents and the bridal party that they have never seen a wedding run so smoothly. “Sarah was a clear standout from all the planners we met. My initial impression of her was that she was warm, kind, and professional. She didn’t expect us to have every detail figured out and was incredibly welcoming from our very first conversation. We hired Sarah as a full-time planner, and she was always available to text, email, or chat about anything and everything. I still wanted some independence when it came to design choices, and she was very respectful of that. She is extremely organized and always came prepared—asking the best questions during vendor meetings. She also served as the main point of contact for all our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Since we’re currently out of state but wanted our wedding in Massachusetts, Sarah went above and beyond for us. She visited all the venues we were interested in and sent us videos so we could make informed decisions from afar. I met Sarah in person for the first time on our wedding day, and immediately noticed how sweet and endearing she truly is. She exudes grace and came fully prepared with everything we could possibly need. Even though she had never worked with our venue before and the weather was unpredictable, she remained calm and composed throughout. “Wei Yuh was hired for the task of organizing a lovely and elegant Victorian Romance themed wedding rehearsal dinner at the Omni Parker Hotel on October 24, 2025. Following the dinner, a private Ghost Tour of Boston also took place for the wedding party, and the timing for these events was crucial. She did so professionally, with good communication with myself, the hotel staff, and the florist. From lace table runners to floating candles, everything was perfect when we arrived. Wei Yuh also communicated well with our guests concerning the day’s itinerary, suggestions for appropriate dress (since the ghost tour could be a bit chilly), and handled special needs requests with ease. She took charge of scheduling gift presentations and toasts between courses, tweaking them as needed to meet our schedule. I couldn't be happier with her services and I appreciate the work she put forth to make this event a very special evening!”
