As the owner and lead planner, Stephanie's passion and purpose is to live life to the fullest, and let her clients enjoy their day without the stress of planning and execution. She wants you to enjoy the little moments that you will remember for the rest of your lives.

| Description | We walk through the wedding process together every step of the way. I will have an initial design meeting with you to determine all the details from budget to venue and color schemes. I will be that person you call/text more than your best friend during this time. If we are the right match, then you will look back on your wedding planning experience with joy rather than regret for what you missed or wish you had done. | Whether it be the fjords of Norway or the island of Santorini, we will gather and manage all aspects of the planning and execution to make your wedding an unforgettable one. Our extensive knowledge and experience of travel planning will allow couples to enjoy every aspect of the planning. | Your venue has been booked, but you need help booking vendors and staying organized throughout the planning process. | Couples looking to take charge of the planning, but enjoy their wedding day stress-free. There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful we are for everything Stephanie and her team did for us. From the very beginning of the planning process through the final moments of our wedding day, she exceeded every expectation we had—and then some. She and her team anticipated needs before we even realized we had them, solved problems before they ever reached us, and somehow made an event with countless moving parts feel completely effortless. We were able to be fully present on our wedding day because we never had to worry about a single detail. We knew everything was being handled, and it absolutely was. More than anything, she took incredible care of us as a couple. She constantly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, kept us on schedule without ever making us feel rushed, and made us feel like the only two people in the room. Her calm presence, professionalism, and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting, enjoyable, and completely stress-free. The day flowed more perfectly than we ever imagined, and that's entirely because of the work happening behind the scenes. Every vendor knew where to be, every transition happened seamlessly, and every little detail we had envisioned came to life flawlessly. We didn't have to think about logistics once—we just got to soak in every moment with our family and friends. Our guests repeatedly commented on how smoothly everything ran, and while they saw a beautiful wedding, we know it was because of the incredible person orchestrating it all. Hiring her wasn't just one of the best wedding decisions we made—it was the best decision we made. She gave us the priceless gift of actually experiencing our wedding day instead of managing it. We would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares, goes above and beyond in every possible way, and delivers absolute perfection.

Forever Grateful for Steph
There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Steph!!! My husband and I hired her for the Month of Coordination service for our June 2024 wedding. About 3 months prior to the wedding, we needed some additional planning/consulting help and Steph was our girl. Steph was able to prioritize what we needed to do and identified logistical concerns that we never would have thought of. She is calm, confident and organized, which is exactly what my pre-wedding/decision fatigued brain needed. The month leading up to the wedding was incredibly seamless with her help. She took on all contact with the venue and vendors so my husband and I could focus on other responsibilities. When it came to the day before/day of the wedding, she was there every step of the way - from coordinating our rehearsal to bustling my dress. The night was so much fun and easy and it is all because of Steph and her team. Easily the best decision we made was having Steph a part of our wedding!! Additionally, her content creation was an amazing bonus to the Month of Coordination package. My husband and I did not hire a videographer but we do not feel like we’re missing out because of the content she captured of the entire day!!

Stephanie Tee went above and beyond
Stephanie was beyond amazing as our day-of planner. We first met her at my sister’s wedding, where she did such an incredible job that we knew we had to have her for our own. From the start, Stephanie made us feel completely at ease. She promised to be like our best friend and sister rolled into one on our wedding day, and she absolutely delivered. She took care of every little detail and handled any issues before they even reached us. Throughout the planning process, Stephanie kept in regular contact, helping us stay organized and on track. The outline she had us create was a real game-changer, making us think about details we would have otherwise missed. During the entire weekend, Stephanie was not just super prepared and on top of everything, but also friendly and fun. She meshed so well with our bridal party and guests. We can’t thank her enough for all she did. If you’re planning an event, you definitely want Stephanie on your team!

Your advocate all day every day
Having Steph & Mali coordinate my wedding allowed me to be present in every way possible. I can tell you every song that played and every single song I missed at my wedding. If I missed a song, it was because it was time to cut the cake or do the garter toss. In fact, the morning of my wedding, I was laying on the couch with my bridesmaids and a facemask until 10am. How many brides can say that? We hired Steph because I knew I couldn't do it all myself (wrangling together our Mexican and American families). She went out of her way to recommend our DJ and cake and absolutely knocked it out of the ballpark. She toured our venue and befriended all of the staff which made vendor coordination meetings go smooth. Although our venue came with a coordinator, I felt that I needed someone who knew what I wanted and would voice that to others. Steph was that mind reader. Steph and Mali are your people from the moment you wake up on your wedding day. We asked them to help with set up, timeline, and break down. I have no idea how they managed to set up our venue up to pure perfection and also make sure either Mali or Steph was with the bride/ groom at all times. At one point, Mali noticed we were struggling with our dog and offered to hold her leash while we finished up with family portraits. I can't tell you if anything went wrong because Steph just handled it. Day of, I was asked about 4 questions and if any changes needed to be made, Steph made sure I approved them, even if my mom said it was okay hahah. Steph is always prepared for worst case scenario. She helped me out with providing like 20 batteries for these inflatable sharks I was using on the dance floor. Which without the inflatable "Bad Bunny" sharks, my dance floor would not have been as awesome. She also offered me some liquid IV for when my legs started to cramp up from all the dancing I was doing. Day of coordinator is not enough of a title for what Steph does. She's so much more and I'll never be able to thank her enough.

The Best Money You Can Spend on a Wedding
I won't lie in this review and say that I did not think I needed a wedding planner when my now wife and I were about 8 months out from our wedding date. Steph is absolutely the most worth it investment we made for our wedding. From day 1, you can tell that she is going to make your wedding day and lead up to it as easy and seamless as possible. I genuinely do not think our wedding would have been as smooth or fun if I had to worry about making sure everything was in place and on time. Steph goes above and beyond what you will typically see for a wedding planner, going so far as to meet with your vendors multiple times in the months leading up to your wedding and take A LOT of the worry and stress off of the couple. She was absolutely one of the easiest and kindest people to work with, guiding our choices and timeline with her plethora of experience. Additionally, she does not push anything on the couple that they are not comfortable with, and is always open to having extended conversations about certain topics and being willing to share ideas. I cannot overstate how crucial she was to our wedding, and how much her help changed my mind about needing an amazing wedding planner like Steph. If you want someone who will always be on your side and working to make your day special, she's the right person for you!
