I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!

Nina is not what you'd expect of a wedding planner - she is so much more. Besides the fact that she has impeccable taste, an easygoing hat about her, expert knowledge and tons of vendor relations, she made me feel from the first day of hiring her through the moments when the wedding was over and I was sharing photos, that everything would be perfect. Like a coach, she put a few of my expectations, all of my anxiety and some of my to-do list in check, but did so with such professionalism and calmness, that I feel in hindsight her fee was more than worth it. I was apprehensive about paying a planner for something I truly believed I could do. Later than I'd like to admit, I became overwhelmed and seriously behind as the actual day neared. I was referred to Nina by my fiancé's friend [note that my fiancé was so over me planning the wedding me on my own]. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

Liv was amazing and I cannot recommend her enough! She was so on top of things, and that's coming from my extreme type-A self. If you are looking for someone with a "don't worry, I got this" approach and who delivers, BOOK LIV! Even if you think you have everything accounted for, you don't, but Liv does! Liv truly stepped up for the ceremony to make sure all of our requests happened, even with changes happening the day before. The reception was perfect and Liv made sure our vision became a reality. I brought a lot of extra decor so I'm sure it was not easy to set everything up, but Liv made it happen! I was able to enjoy the day and not fret about details. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. Booking Cassie to be my wedding coordinator three months out to my wedding day was the best decision I made in the wedding planning process! I really thought I did not want or need a planner/coordinator, but having Cassie there really allowed me to enjoy my wedding. Cassie was diligent, organized, responsive, and patient. Cassie was so on top of every detail and knew all my vendors’ contracts inside and out! I had done lots of research online to make sure I knew every detail going into the wedding planning process, but there were some things I would not have known and Cassie was able to guide me through. For example, one of my vendors insisted an additional hour of rental time needed to be added to the wedding day (that would have cost me hundreds of dollars) and Cassie advocated for me, citing their contract, that it was not necessary. Cassie was also available to help make decisions regarding decor, helping me decide on pieces that best suited and enhanced the venue. I explained my vision of romantic candles everywhere throughout the event. Cassie and I worked together to shape where everything would go to create the seamless look. Cassie (and her assistant Cammie) made everything look stunning on the wedding day - and expertly packed up everything at the end of the night for us. I thought I could have my sister or family friend be in charge of so many of these tasks, but it was *so nice* delegating this out to a professional so that everyone could enjoy the day. Lauren was a joy to work with and made our wedding day a breeze! She is so organized and extremely hard-working. She even advocated for us to keep our wedding true to our vision when family members tried to change things. She is extremely professional and talented. She drove out to the site multiple times to plan the reception and even helped put up the tents, chairs, decor, etc. she really saved us by driving to pick up our flowers the morning of the wedding! We first met Connie Clark when our daughter was organizing her wedding reception. At that time, Connie was involved with a startup venue that was undergoing renovations. To cut a long story short, around 7 PM the evening before our daughter's reception, it became clear that the venue was not prepared. When the venue manager was not responding to her calls, she rallied the group that was financing the remodeling project. By 10 PM, the lead investor instructed Connie to find an alternative location for the reception, which was scheduled for the following evening. Connie reached out to a nearby coffee shop/bar, explained the situation, and requested the on-duty manager to contact the owner to see if the reception could be held there. Shortly after, Connie received confirmation that the reception would take place at the new venue. She informed the investment group about the change in location and began reorganizing for the new space. Our family learned of the change around 7:30 AM on the day of the reception, and once we gave our approval, Connie assembled a team and transformed the coffee house/bar into a beautiful reception hall. What Connie managed to coordinate and accomplish in such a brief period was truly remarkable.

Allie and the CityLux team really outdid themselves! Everything was seamless and most importantly, FUN! I was hesitant to have a large wedding because of all of the planning that it entails, but hiring CityLux to help was hands down the best vendor choice we made. Our planning timeline was put together, and we’re were told what to focus on and when, which was a huge help with juggling life and work outside of wedding planning. Allie helped pull the vision out of my head and put it all together in a way I didn’t even know was possible to achieve! The actual wedding weekend was executed flawlessly, and we’ve had multiple guests tell us that the flow of the wedding day and entire weekend was so seamless. Some even said they had more fun at our wedding than their own kids! Our guests were wowed by the entire thing.
