Hi, I’m Tiffany, owner and lead coordinator of Envisioned Event Planning. I believe you should get to experience the wedding you’ve spent so much time planning, not spend the day managing it. I’m the person thinking three steps ahead, keeping an eye on the timeline, answering vendor questions, and handling the little things before they ever become your problem. My approach is calm, organized, and people-first. Whether you’ve planned every detail yourself or want more support along the way, I step in where you need me so you can carry less and be fully present for the moments that matter.

EEP bridges the gap between planning your wedding yourself and handing it completely over to a planner. You stay in the driver’s seat, but you don’t have to figure everything out alone. We provide professional tools, guidance, and check-ins throughout the planning process, then intentionally take more off your plate as the wedding approaches. By the time your wedding day arrives, the logistics aren’t yours to carry. You planned the wedding. We help you experience it. Carry less. Experience more.

Peace is collaborative planning for couples who want to stay involved without carrying the entire planning process themselves. We step in with budget guidance, vendor research and selection, logistics, floor plans, timelines, and ongoing planning support, then lead the final coordination and wedding day. You keep the decisions that matter to you. We help carry the rest.

Presence is wedding management for couples who want to plan their own wedding without managing it on the day. You’ll have professional tools and guidance while you plan, then 12 weeks out we begin the handoff. We step in to build the timeline, coordinate vendors, manage final details, lead your rehearsal, and run the wedding day so you can actually experience what you planned.

    Organized, Calm, and Always One Step Ahead

    We had the opportunity to work with Tiffany of Envisioned Event Planning on several community events, and her organization and attention to detail made such a difference. Tiffany has a way of seeing all the moving pieces of an event and making sure nothing gets missed. She kept things organized, communicated clearly, helped coordinate volunteers and logistics, and was always thinking a few steps ahead. When something unexpected came up, she handled it calmly and found a solution without adding stress for everyone else. One of the things we appreciated most was being able to focus on the event and the people attending it instead of constantly worrying about what needed to happen next. Tiffany is dependable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about creating an experience that feels well managed for both the hosts and their guests.     Tiffany was truly incredible, and we cannot recommend her enough! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. You’ll have tools and guidance while you plan, then we begin the handoff 12 weeks out. Peace is for couples who want more hands-on planning support throughout the process, including budget guidance, vendor research and selection, logistics, and ongoing planning support.
It depends on your service. 🛟 With Presence, you’ll receive planning tools and guidance from the start, with our formal handoff beginning 12 weeks before your wedding and final coordination beginning 30 days out. With Peace, we typically begin working together around 12 months before the wedding and stay involved throughout the planning process.
That depends on the service you choose. With Presence, you lead the planning with professional tools and guidance from EEP, then we begin our formal handoff 12 weeks before the wedding. With Peace, we work collaboratively throughout the planning process, including budget guidance, vendor research and selection, logistics, and ongoing support. Neither package is full-service planning or event design.
EEP does not book multiple weddings on the same day. When your wedding day arrives, our attention is on your event. Weekend availability is considered individually based on each wedding’s location, timeline, and scope so we can make sure every couple receives the level of support they booked.
Yes. Rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, next-day brunches, transportation coordination, and other wedding-weekend needs can be added depending on your celebration and the level of support you need.
