“I reached out to Woodland Weddings after seeing a post on Facebook offering their Dog Date services. We were looking to find Doggie Date for our 4 year old German Shepherd, Kyber, for our wedding. He’s a big, energetic boy and not everyone can handle his enthusiasm. I instantly knew we had found the right vendor after speaking with Meg (the owner). She was very quick to respond to emails and after our phone consultation I knew our boy would be in good hands. Meg even went as far as to find our wedding website to get familiar with all of the details for the day. Leading up to the wedding, Meg followed up to go over the timeline and moments when we wanted Kyber included. We were also provided with a questionnaire that included his likes/dislikes, favorite treats, emergency contact, etc. On the day of the wedding Meg and her husband/co-owner Jon arrived early to make sure Kyber was able to stretch his legs and get out any jitters. They touched base with my husband and the best man and went over the cues/signals in case Kyber seemed a bit anxious during the ceremony. They quickly learned that he loves sticks and had one on hand to make sure he looked his best in front of the camera. Overall the day went off without a hitch. Not once was I worried about making sure he was getting the care and attention he is used to. We really wanted to make sure Kyber was included in our day as he is so special to us both and Woodland Weddings went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure he was always close by for the timeline moments we had discussed. After the wedding, Meg reached out with some photos and videos they captured of Kyber throughout the day. We are so grateful to have found them to accompany our boy to our special day.”

“My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!”

“We cannot recommend Sarah of Petal and Pine highly enough! Planning our Maine wedding from Colorado meant booking our venue and all vendors sight unseen, which naturally came with some anxiety. Sarah absolutely exceeded our expectations and went far beyond typical day-of coordination. Our venue was unfamiliar to her, so she took the initiative to stay there overnight with her husband about a month before our wedding - on her own time and dime - to fully understand the space and logistics. She made the trip from Portland (about an hour away) to meet with us at the venue, which was invaluable for our peace of mind. She also coordinated our rehearsal the day before, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to expect. She even allowed us to ship items to her home for storage prior to the wedding weekend and met us a few days before to ensure we picked everything up. “I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. When we first decided to have our ceremony and reception at two separate locations, and eventually realized we would be working with around ten different vendors, I didn’t fully understand how essential an experienced day-of coordinator would be until late in the planning process. Looking back, I’m so grateful I had the foresight to book with MB Events. I worked with Caroline, and she was truly my rock on our wedding day. She communicated clearly and consistently and brought such a calm, genuine presence that immediately put me at ease. We had a few last-minute changes with some guests who were unable to attend while another one was added at the last minute. Caroline handled everything by coordinated directly with the venue to remove chairs and add name cards without needing any prompting from me. I was extremely stressed leading up to the wedding, but in hindsight, I really didn’t need to be. Caroline had everything completely under control! We met four times before the wedding: an initial Zoom meeting, another Zoom call about three months out to review the timeline and vendors, a venue walkthrough, and the rehearsal. She was incredibly detail-oriented and always thoughtful in her approach. It was so helpful to have a professional to bounce ideas off of, and she often raised considerations I hadn’t even thought of. I truly felt like she was my safety net throughout the process. “At first, I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator as I am very organized and was pretty comfortable planning our day on my own. My main reason for hiring a day of coordinator was to not have to worry, to have someone who will help set-up things the way I would, and someone who I can count on to have all the answers for everyone else. Ayden went above and beyond. She is so calm and put together, she helped me more than I can put into words! We had a large wedding of 160 people with a good amount of intricate details. We also had rain that caused our entire ceremony to be switched a few hours before the start time. Ayden handled everything seamlessly. I seriously could not recommend her enough. She made sure my husband and I got wedding cake and extra dessert brought to our room with water for us at the end of the night. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable but encourages you to give your opinions and speak up. I also appreciated that Ayden had to make some executive decisions on her own like moving our LED sign where there wasn't a plug how I originally wanted it, she didn't stress me out with this question, she just handled it and made everything look amazing. I could not recommend her enough, we were so lucky to work with Ayden. I wish we could relive our wedding all over again with Ayden's help!”

I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on.
