Starting about six months out, we assist with vendor communication, timeline and layout creation, design input, rehearsal coordination, and full day-of execution. A licensed officiant is included, with ceremony options. Pricing varies by guest count and event scope. | Starting 14 days before, we take on your stress so you can enjoy your big day. We confirm logistics, manage vendors, and guide the flow of the day so you can relax and be present. Best Doggie Date!
I reached out to Woodland Weddings after seeing a post on Facebook offering their Dog Date services. We were looking to find Doggie Date for our 4 year old German Shepherd, Kyber, for our wedding. He’s a big, energetic boy and not everyone can handle his enthusiasm. I instantly knew we had found the right vendor after speaking with Meg (the owner). She was very quick to respond to emails and after our phone consultation I knew our boy would be in good hands. Meg even went as far as to find our wedding website to get familiar with all of the details for the day. Leading up to the wedding, Meg followed up to go over the timeline and moments when we wanted Kyber included. We were also provided with a questionnaire that included his likes/dislikes, favorite treats, emergency contact, etc. On the day of the wedding Meg and her husband/co-owner Jon arrived early to make sure Kyber was able to stretch his legs and get out any jitters. They touched base with my husband and the best man and went over the cues/signals in case Kyber seemed a bit anxious during the ceremony. They quickly learned that he loves sticks and had one on hand to make sure he looked his best in front of the camera. Overall the day went off without a hitch. Not once was I worried about making sure he was getting the care and attention he is used to. We really wanted to make sure Kyber was included in our day as he is so special to us both and Woodland Weddings went above and beyond our expectations. They made sure he was always close by for the timeline moments we had discussed. After the wedding, Meg reached out with some photos and videos they captured of Kyber throughout the day. We are so grateful to have found them to accompany our boy to our special day.

Best decision ever
Woodland Weddings was the perfect wedding planning team for our special day. From the moment we first spoke with Meg and Jon, we knew they were the right fit - their communication style was personable, quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. The quality of their work was truly outstanding - they were incredibly detailed, tailored everything perfectly to our vision, and made the entire process enjoyable and were incredibly trustworthy. I had so many specific requests, and they were able to achieve every single one, even when we started running behind schedule. Meg and Jon kept us calm and on track with such a friendly attitude. They fit our vibe exactly and were so much fun to work with! Meg coordinated so much for us that we barely had to do anything except get married. And Jon was so funny and personable, he had our guests cracking up all night long. Exactly the energy we wanted for our special day!

If you’re even thinking about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it and book Woodland Weddings. Meg made our entire wedding day feel calm, joyful, and completely under control. She stepped in whenever we needed her, without us even asking. She handled our vendors, kept everyone on time, fixed a dress issue, found someone’s lost boutonniere, and somehow managed to keep the entire wedding party smiling. I don’t know how she did it, but we truly got to relax and enjoy the day because of her.
