From our first Google Meet consultation to the moment I personally hand-wrap and package your completed suite, you are completely supported with transparent updates, custom design guidance, and unmatched boutique care. The Inkwelll

Description

-Collaborated custom design. -Two Rounds of Digital Revisions -The invitation suite that includes the printing of your main invitation, RSVP card, and details card. -Premium blank envelops -Up to 100 Invitations. -Your kit arrives flat and un-assembed, ready for you to add your personal touch.

The Impression

Description

-Everything in The Inkwell -Your choice of a vellum wrap, silk ribbon, or cardstock belly band to bind the suite together. -Custom wax seals in a color of your choice to secure the outer envelope or inner wrap. -We handle the folding, tucking, and sealing. Your invitations arrive fully assembled in their envelopes ready for your postage.

The Heritage

Description

-Eveything in The Impression. -An extend suite. Main invitation, RSVP Card and two additonal detail cards or an extra design accessory. -More indepth design with personal touches with an extra digital revision. - Designed matching envelopes arrive packed and addressed, with the inner wrap sealed. -Outer envelopes are left unsealed so you can review the cards and apply postage stamps.

The Heirloom

Description

-White Glove service. -Everything in The Heritage. -High end accessories to add to you invitation (Foiling, printed vellum wrap & additions, and dried flowers) -Matching Suite designed menu and Wedding Day timeline for guests. -Personalized framed copy of invitation suite for a keepsake. -Envelopes packed, sealed, addressed and mailed for you.

    Working with Heirloom & Ink was such a great experience from start to finish. Elizabeth responded quickly to all our questions and kept us in the loop every step of the way, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. Yes, absolutely! My packages are completely customizable and far from set in stone. Because I run a one-woman shop, I work one-on-one with you to build a package from scratch. Whether you just need a simple save-the-date or a comprehensive, white-glove invitation suite complete with matching menus, fans, and table numbers, I handle it all. I pride myself on working closely with every couple to deliver exactly what you want while strictly respecting your budget.
My normal printing and assembly time is 6 weeks or sooner, depending on your specific order and level of customization. This turnaround timeline begins after you have signed off on your custom design and paid your deposit. Because I handcraft everything as a one-woman shop, this production phase covers the final printing, meticulous inspection, and careful assembly of your entire suite to ensure every piece is perfect before it reaches your hands.
You should aim to order your final design about 6 months out from your event. If you are facing a tight deadline, I can expedite the process for a fee to accommodate urgent requests whenever my schedule allows.
Yes, absolutely! I want to make this process as stress-free as possible for you. I offer guest addressing services that match the exact fonts, colors, and style of your invitation suite. All you have to do is provide your guest list in a spreadsheet template, and I will print the addresses directly onto the envelopes for a cohesive, professional look. We can even mail them for you if you would like. We can even offer some personalization to the envelopes to match your design.
We work one-on-one from start to finish! Here is the workflow: • Consultation: I will reach out to discuss your vision, materials, and budget before design begins. • 2. Deposit: You pay a nonrefundale design fee to secure your spot on my design schedule. This will go towards your final balance. • Mock-ups: I will start creating custom designs and will reach out with photos/digital copies for your feedback. • Refinements: I adjust the designs based on your notes and send the final product. • Production: Once decided, you pay half the total balance to join the production schedule for printing and hand-assembly!
