We build a playlist with your groups favorite music because music truly sets the mood and this should feel like YOUR group’s class, not a template. Think soft aromatherapy, space to reset, time to laugh, and the feeling of being present with your best friends. Every class ends with chilled rosé to celebrate the moment you are all in together.
