Hi, I’m Amberly Brooks, a wedding photographer who thrives on capturing authentic moments and candid expressions. I love bringing positive and fun energy to every wedding I shoot, ensuring that you and your guests feel comfortable and at ease. My goal is to document the genuine emotions and spontaneous interactions that make your wedding day truly special. Let's make some beautiful memories!

My style of photography and edits has been described as “earthy, romantic, warm, moody, etc”. Style is an important aspect to consider when you are booking your photographer. More importantly than style to me is, PERSONALITY! I believe that my photo sessions and wedding days should be a happy experience to look back on. I am your third wheel for most of the day, so I like to make sure I bring positive energy to you and everyone around you. Yes, I have a job to do, but I am also there with you to document important life moments. Think of having another best friend with you!

    Wedding and Engagement Photos

    Amberly’s photos are truly breathtaking and a work of art. The day is so busy and full of emotion that it is hard not to be present in the moment. And that is okay, because she captures those moments for you. Not only is she incredibly talented, she helped out in so many other ways for the wedding. She answered all questions I had quickly, helped me with timelines, and even helped keep the groomsmen in line. We are forever thankful that we decided to choose Amberly as our photographer.

    Great Photos, Great Energy!

    Amberly was amazing to work with and such a great presence on our wedding day. She made us feel comfortable from the start and captured everything beautifully while blending right in with our friends and family. Everyone loved her, and at one point she even joined us on the dance floor, which perfectly sums up her energy and personality.     Everything We Hoped For and More

    We truly could not have asked for a better wedding photographer. She was bubbly, professional, and completely confident in what she was doing, which made all the difference on our wedding day. She kept us on track when the schedule slipped, protected our private vows, and kept me calm and reassured when I felt behind or overwhelmed. She guided us effortlessly—telling us where to stand, fixing my dress, and making sure we didn’t miss our golden hour photos before the light faded.     Everything I Wanted in Engagement Photos

    We booked Amberly because of the dreamy and romantic quality to her photos and she did NOT disappoint. Despite it being December in Georgia, and all my inspo pictures for our engagement shoot requiring a lot of grass, Amberly was able to take photos that matched (and even surpassed) my vision and hopes. She knew the perfect place to take them, she guided us through everything so the process wasn't uncomfortable, and she made sure we got shots our families would want in addition to the more fun ones we were looking for.     Forever Grateful!!

    I honestly have tears streaming down my face—these are everything! We’ve been doing family pictures for 17 years, and this session is hands-down our favorite. Amberly captured our family so beautifully and so authentically. She caught so many genuine, special moments I didn’t even realize she was capturing. Typically, couples book me about 12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also edit some of my favorites in balck and white to give a vintage, classic look.
My turnaround time varies by season. You will ALWAYS get your sneak peek the week after your wedding. My full gallery turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a wooden keepsake box with a USB drive with high-resolution image files, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 8 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, and will assist to find the perfect replacement.
