After 15 years of pro hockey, James brings focus and drive into full-time photography, specializing in weddings, senior pictures, sports, events, and moments that matter. Specializing in weddings, senior portraits, sports, and major events, I turn split-second, emotion-filled moments into timeless visual art.

Every wedding photographer can deliver pretty photos, but very few are built for high-stakes, fast-moving environments. My background was forged in professional athletics and live sports—where there are no second takes, and mastering low-light, high-speed movement is required. I bring that same elite technicality and calm precision to your wedding. Instead of forcing rigid poses or interrupting your celebration, my editorial-documentary style anticipates split-second emotion and captures candid moments as they naturally unfold. You get crisp, atmospheric, magazine-quality imagery that truly preserves the energy of your day.

    Making Memories

    We booked RyzerCo Photography for our wedding and they made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The team was fast to respond to our questions and easy to work with every step of the way. On the big day, they really showed their skill by finding the best angles and lighting for every shot, and they caught all those special moments we wanted to remember. It's clear they put a lot of thought into their work and it shows in the final photos. We're so happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to other couples.

    Elegant and timeless pictures

    We were pleased with the pictures. They were very experienced and had written up a very detailed outline of what would be taken and where. Formal and casual poses made up the majority of the pictures as well as allowing our guests to pose and purchase custom pictures during our event. They made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The quality of the pictures and detail on the poses were high quality and allowed us to capture this very important moment in time for generations to come.

    All our moments!!

    From our first conversation, James made the planning process feel simple and stress-free. He traveled to California for our engagement session, then to Colorado for our rehearsal, and even stuck around after to capture us snowboarding with our guests. What really sets RyzerCo Photography apart is how James focuses on the real moments. He caught our loved ones laughing, crying, and dancing without making it feel posed or stiff. The behind-the-scenes shots he grabbed are honestly our favorites because they tell the true story of who we are. Although we are located in Atlanta, we do travel for events of all sorts. Any event over 5 hours will incur a trip charge, that number will be discussed and documented before any agreement is signed.
Yes, we will travel internationally to join your big day. A travel budget will be added as required to attend the event.
Our standard wedding timeline is 3-10 days, while we do work to get 15-10 pictures delivered before daybreak, for you to post celebrating your big day. For all other events, we typically deliver within 3 days.
Yes, we do require 50% down at the time of booking, and the difference is due 72 hours prior event.
We use an online payment system to book and complete jobs. If you prefer cash or check, please let us know so we can draft the agreement to reflect the correct payment method. All cash or check agreements are due in full 5 days prior the event.
If you need to cancel for any reason, your deposit is partially-refundable. Any dollar amount paid over 35% will be returned, hassle free. If you cancel within 72 hours of the event, you will only receive a 50% of the final payment refund. Once the event has happened, there are no refunds.
We have a simple $1,000 fee for each additional photographer for weddings. They shoot and edit their own work. For any other event, they range from $250 - $1,000 depending on location, dates, and availability of our other photographers.
