“There are a great many things I can say about how absolutely amazing Koral is, and I will. But first and foremost I need to say this: hire this woman! We booked Koral & Ko for a “month of,” coordination package. We already had most of our things booked (venue, vendors, etc.) but we wanted someone to help us make it over the finish line. Most of our anxiety stemmed from small details, little decisions and doubt in our ability to corral all of our friends and family. Koral, made all of that anxiety evaporate. She knew all the right questions to ask to ensure we were all aligned when it came to the details. Prior to when Koral’s contract actually began, she would still checked in and even provided us with check lists to ensure we were on track with all of our planning. When something we wanted to figure out was too complicated for us to do on our own, we were able to utilize our Planning Calls that were part of our package. It was incredibly helpful to use her as a sounding board when it came to ideas and timelines! We didn’t realize how many little details and questions come up or how many people reach out once you approach the actual wedding date. Koral took on all of our vendor communication and timeline coordination to iron out any wrinkles. All of our vendors told us how much they loved how organized and prompt she was! When it came to our wedding day, my husband and I can honestly say we felt like guests. Koral and her team handled absolutely everything. There was a moment where a dark shade of lipstick was smeared across my dress and she pulled out a tide to go pen and cleaned it up before my grand entrance! She also procured a sewing kit when a groomsman lost a button on his tuxedo! And when we needed to find a family member or friend for a picture, she was able to track them down with the efficiency of a bloodhound. We did not feel at all rushed at any point on the day. Our vendors were genuinely shocked at the fact we were consistently ahead of schedule because everything was so seamless. The timeline Koral created was intuitive and well thought out. The day was orchestrated so beautifully that my husband and I forgot we helped planned this day too! Seeing our vision executed by Koral’s team was simply beautiful. Our wedding was kid friendly and we wanted to add a kid’s specific area for our wedding. We were able to add a design package with Koral because we had no idea what to do! Koral and her team create a mocked up design of a children’s play area and executed it perfectly! All of our guests with kids loved the idea! My husband and I even forgot there were kids at our wedding! Overall, Koral’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine passion for what she does created a magical day for my husband and I. Anytime I had a question (even 11 months out) she provided a quick response. As it got closer to the wedding, she made herself readily available to meet us or join us for meetings. This was extremely important since we were getting married outside of where we lived. I have been in many weddings who have wedding planners and Tara has hands down been the best. Even everyone in my wedding party, family, etc loved her and respected her. The way she can take charge and control of situations while still being calm and composed is amazing. It is exactly what a Bride needs on her wedding day. I think it is one of the main reasons I was able to remain so calm and still enjoy, even when our rehearsal was completely rained out and were unable to practice before the big day. I knew she had everything under control. I also cannot fail to mention how well she knew her stuff. There was not a question I asked where she did not have a well thought out and helpful answer. Also, another huge thing is my husband even loved her as much as I did. She was the perfect balance of both of us, so was able to communicate on both our levels which was great. “I was referred by Jay from the DJay company when I asked him if I should get a day of coordinator for my wedding and he said if I could afford it, absolutely. Megan has been an absolute life saver during our wedding process. We had multiple meetings over the phone discussing the day of timeline process, any questions I had, any suggestions or ideas she had, etc. We met the week before the wedding to do a final walk through and go over the day of timeline which helped ease a lot of our anxiety about where things would go and how things would flow together. Megan was there the day before our wedding for our rehearsal dinner & she picked up all of our wedding decor to take to our venue the next day. The day of the wedding, she was there literally from beginning to end. She was so kind and helpful, assisted in areas we couldn’t, set up our decor beautifully, helped our vendors set up and show them where they’re supposed to go, she helped set up our tables beautifully! When it was time for our cocktail hour pictures she met us outside with food and drinks knowing the bride and groom do not eat much during the wedding day. When we sat down at our sweetheart table, we had our dinner plates stacked with food sitting there waiting for us with water and drinks. She went above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful we could save the money and afford to hire her for our wedding. It made all of the difference. At the end of the night she packed everything up for us and signed off on the venue paperwork that we were down and cleaned up. Aside from Megan being super helpful, she has such a great personality and flowed well with our crazy family. Thank you Megan for all of your help and hard work, our day could not have been as beautiful and PERFECT (not one thing went wrong) without you!! You’re the best!”

“My experience working with Nicole was amazing! She is hands down the best planner/ design stylist in the wedding industry! I work in the wedding industry as a wedding photographer so I was a little particular with my wedding planning needs. Nicole has been amazing since our first virtual meet up! Not long after our first virtual meet up she drove down to see our wedding space in person and took lots of videos and photos and even measurements. Nicole is amazing at what she does and is so detailed! We discussed placement of items briefly and not long after nicole sent a mood board with photos of the space with items she thought would look best! I was so shocked and excited that she went above and beyond to give me a visual of what the space would look like. Throughout the year leading up to our wedding , Nicole was extremely responsive to all of my emails and I loved that so much about her. Communication is so important to me and Nicole stayed in communication all year long. Nicole found all of my rentals that would match the vibe of my wedding and communicated with all of my vendors for me. I honestly would not have survived the wedding planning process without her. Nicole is so detailed with her planning & designing and sent me a final design board with everything we had been discussing all year with exact pictures of our rentals and photoshopped mock ups of what my florals would look like. Nicole listened to all my wedding needs and wants and created the most beautiful design board absolutely nailing my vision! The day of my wedding I was blown away at how beautiful everything turned out! Although it looked almost identical to the design board she found ways to still surprise and add unique touches to the design. The day of I didn’t realize things weren’t completed( on my end. Some signage didn’t get made) but Nicole improvised last minute and rearranged some items so that I wasn’t even able to tell. Nicole is truly so talented and I’m so happy I found her!! She is so sweet, creative, talented, and communicative and I will forever be recommending her to everyone! 10/10 recommend nicole with Nicole Leza Design! P.s my husband says he is forever grateful to you for keeping my stress levels down! Wedding planning is stressful and you made it so enjoyable for us.
